Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the pressure cooker with the one-key control function.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the pressure cooker with the one-key control function comprises a cooker body and a cooker cover, wherein the cooker cover is arranged above the cooker body, and comprises a pressure cover, a panel, a pressure ring assembly, a safety valve assembly for warning and auxiliary exhaust, an air valve cap for exhaust and transverse pressure regulation, a regulating valve assembly for controlling the air valve cap to exhaust and a rotating assembly arranged on the panel; the pressure cover is provided with a first mounting groove, and the panel is buckled on the pressure cover at the outer side of the first mounting groove; the pressure ring assembly is provided with a pair of symmetrical mounting grooves, is connected with the rotary assembly and controlled to slide along the first mounting grooves so as to fasten or unfasten the pressure cover and a pair of side edges of the pot body; the safety valve assembly is arranged in the first mounting groove and can slide up and down along the pressure cover and the panel, the lower end of the safety valve assembly is communicated with the inside of the pot, and the upper end of the safety valve assembly extends out of the panel or retracts into the panel along with the change of air pressure; the air valve cap is penetrated through the panel and the pressure cover from top to bottom and then locked by an air valve nut, an exhaust channel is arranged in the air valve cap, and the exhaust channel is communicated with the boiler through the air valve nut; an upper air outlet hole is formed in the upper portion of the air valve cap, a transverse air outlet hole is formed in the side wall of the air valve cap, the upper air outlet hole is communicated with the transverse air outlet hole and the air outlet channel, and the height of the transverse air outlet hole is lower than that of the upper air outlet hole; one end of the regulating valve assembly is provided with an air blocking rubber plug, the other end of the regulating valve assembly is connected with the rotating assembly, and the rotating assembly controls the air blocking rubber plug to extend into the transverse air outlet hole to block the air exhaust channel, or controls the air blocking rubber plug to extend out of the transverse air outlet hole to open the air exhaust channel.
The pressure ring assembly is controlled by the rotary assembly to fasten or loosen the pressure cover and the pot body, and the pressure ring assembly can be opened or closed by single-hand control, so that the operation is simple; under the control of the rotary assembly, the regulating valve assembly enables the air blocking rubber plug to block the exhaust channel to realize the air locking function, and enables the air blocking rubber plug to exit the exhaust channel to realize the air discharging and pressure releasing function.
The pressure cover is provided with a first central hole, a first mounting hole for the air valve cap to pass through and a second mounting hole for the safety valve assembly to pass through, the first central hole is positioned at the center of the pressure cover and in the first mounting groove, and the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole are respectively positioned in the first mounting grooves at two sides of the first central hole; each pressure ring assembly comprises a connecting piece provided with a third mounting hole, two ends of the connecting piece are respectively provided with a pressure ring and an opening and closing cylinder, the two pressure rings movably buckle or loosen the pressure cover and the pot body, and the connecting piece is arranged in the first mounting groove and can slide along the first mounting groove; the center of the panel is recessed from top to bottom to form a second mounting groove, a second center hole and symmetrically arranged long groove positions which are positioned at two sides of the second center hole are formed in the center of the second mounting groove, and square holes are formed in the side wall of the second mounting groove; a first round hole and a second round hole are respectively formed at two ends of the panel; a chute is arranged on the lower side of the panel, the chute extends to the edge of the first round hole, and the other end of the chute is communicated with the square hole; the regulating valve assembly comprises an air valve column, a pressure spring, a pressure regulating connecting rod with a through hole in the middle, a clamp spring and an air valve sealing ring; one end of the pressure regulating connecting rod is provided with a fourth mounting hole communicated with the through hole, the other end of the pressure regulating connecting rod is provided with a regulating cylinder, the pressure regulating connecting rod is provided with a square groove, and the air valve sealing ring is embedded into the square groove; the front end of the air valve column is provided with a front end ball, the middle part of the air valve column is provided with an annular bulge, the rear end of the air valve column is provided with a connecting column, the diameter of the annular bulge is larger than that of the connecting column, and the air blocking rubber plug is sleeved on the front end ball; the rear end of the connecting column passes through the through hole and then is positioned in the through hole, the clamp spring is clamped in the third mounting groove, the pressure spring is sleeved in the connecting column, one end of the pressure spring is propped against the annular protruding part, and the other end of the pressure spring is propped against the pressure regulating connecting rod; the rotary assembly comprises a knob cover and a cover fixing seat, wherein a group of symmetrically arranged cover opening and closing guide grooves are formed in the bottom of the knob cover, and a pressure adjusting guide groove is formed in the outer side of one cover opening and closing guide groove; the knob cover is provided with a third central hole penetrating the upper side and the lower side of the knob cover; a fixed seat screw rod is arranged at the bottom of the fixed seat of the cover, the knob cover is arranged in the second mounting groove, and the fixed seat screw rod sequentially penetrates through the third central hole, the second central hole and the first central hole and then is locked by a mounting nut; the lower end of the air valve cap is provided with an air valve screw rod with threads, the air valve cap sequentially penetrates through the first round hole, the third mounting hole and the first mounting hole from top to bottom, and the air valve nut locks the air valve screw rod at the lower side of the pressure cover; the transverse air outlet hole is opposite to the chute; the panel is also provided with a fifth mounting hole, a sealing base plate and a self-tapping screw, the self-tapping screw penetrates through the sealing base plate and then is locked in the fifth mounting hole, the regulating valve assembly is placed in the sliding groove, and the lower side of the regulating valve assembly is against the sealing base plate; one end of the adjusting valve assembly, provided with the adjusting cylinder, penetrates through the square hole, and the adjusting cylinder is inserted into the pressure adjusting guide groove; the opening and closing cylinder penetrates through the long groove and then is inserted into the opening and closing cover guide groove. The diameter of the annular bulge part is larger than that of the connecting column, so that a stress fulcrum of the pressure spring can be formed and used for propping the pressure spring; the clamp spring is clamped in the third mounting groove, so that the air valve column can be prevented from falling off; and the sealing backing plate is matched with the self-tapping screw and is used for fixing the regulating valve assembly in the sliding groove.
The side face of the pressure cover is provided with a long hole, the inner wall of the side face of the pressure cover is provided with a plurality of protruding rib positions, the inner wall of the side face of the pressure cover is provided with a pot opening sealing ring, and the outer side of the pot opening sealing ring is buckled on the rib positions; under normal state, the pot mouth sealing ring is tightly attached to and seals the long hole, and when the pressure in the pot exceeds the warning value, the pot mouth sealing ring deforms to be horizontally moved out of the long hole so as to realize air exhaust and pressure relief. The sealing ring of the pot opening is used for sealing the pressure cooker and has the function of pressure maintaining; the elongated aperture may assist in venting the pressure when over-pressurized.
The upper part of the knob cover is provided with two positioning holes, and the two positioning holes are respectively positioned at two sides of the third center hole; a circle of concave-convex grooves are formed in the lower side of the fixed seat of the cover, and the concave-convex grooves are annular belts taking the screw rod of the fixed seat as the center; the tensioning spring and the hand feeling column are sequentially placed in the positioning hole, the lower end of the tensioning spring is propped against the bottom of the positioning hole, the upper end of the tensioning spring is propped against the lower end of the hand feeling column, and the upper end of the hand feeling column is propped against the concave-convex groove. The concave-convex groove, the hand feeling column and the tensioning spring are arranged, when the rotary knob cover is rotated, the rotary knob cover has a vibration effect and beeps to remind a user that the rotary knob cover is rotated to perform opening and closing operations or perform an exhaust function.
The air valve screw is sleeved with an air locking sealing ring, and the air locking sealing ring is clamped between the air valve nut and the pressure cover; the fixing seat screw rod is sleeved with a gas locking sealing ring, and the gas locking sealing ring is clamped between the mounting nut and the pressure cover.
The safety valve assembly comprises an upper valve body, a safety valve spring, a valve plug, a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring and a lower valve body; the upper valve body is internally provided with a cavity, the top of the upper valve body is provided with a first exhaust hole communicated with the cavity, and the lower part of the upper valve body is provided with a convex annular cap peak; one end of the valve plug is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove respectively, and the other end of the valve plug is of a sphere-segment structure; the lower valve body is of a vertically penetrating structure, a second exhaust hole is formed in the bottom of the lower valve body, and a third clamping groove surrounding the lower valve body is formed in the bottom of the lower valve body; the lower end of the upper valve body is buckled with the upper end of the lower valve body through threaded connection, the safety valve spring and the valve plug are positioned in a cavity formed by the upper valve body and the lower valve body, one end of the safety valve spring is propped against the inner wall of the upper valve body, and the other end of the safety valve spring is clamped in a first clamping groove of the valve plug and promotes a spherical gap structure of the valve plug to prop against or open the second exhaust hole; the first sealing ring is clamped in the second clamping groove and props against the inner wall of the lower valve body at the periphery of the second exhaust hole under the action of the safety valve spring; the second sealing ring is clamped in the third clamping groove; when the valve is installed, the lower end of the upper valve body sequentially passes through the third installation hole and the second installation hole, and the upper end of the lower valve body passes through the second installation hole and is screwed on the outer wall of the lower end of the upper valve body; the diameter of the annular cap peak is larger than that of the second round hole, the diameter of the bottom of the lower valve body is larger than that of the second mounting hole, and the second sealing ring is clamped between the bottom of the lower valve body and the pressure cover. The ball-lack structure of the valve plug forms a seal for the second vent hole, so that a pressure environment can be created, and the valve plug is opened to open the second vent hole, so that the pressure in the pot can be relieved by venting; the diameter of the annular cap peak is larger than that of the second round hole, so that the upper valve body can be prevented from flying out of the pot; the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring can avoid air leakage of the second exhaust hole and maintain the pressure maintaining function.
The side wall of the pot body is provided with side ears, and each side ear comprises an ear seat, a retainer, a side ear body and a fastening screw; the ear seat is welded on the side wall of the pot body, the front end of the side ear body is provided with a mounting part, the mounting part is provided with a sixth mounting hole, and the fastening screw penetrates through the sixth mounting hole and is locked on the ear seat; the retainer is sleeved on the periphery of the mounting part, and is clamped between the pot body and the side ear body.
The side ear body outside has seted up flutedly, install the decoration in the recess. The decoration can insulate against heat, can prevent to cause the scald when extracting pressure cooker.
The open-close cover guide groove is an arc-shaped eccentric guide groove which is arranged in a split mode, and the pressure adjusting guide groove is an arc-shaped eccentric guide groove. The arc-shaped cover opening and closing guide groove is beneficial to fastening or loosening the side edges of the pot cover and the pot body, so that the pot cover can be opened and closed; the arc-shaped pressure adjusting guide groove is beneficial to forcing the adjusting valve assembly to be separated from or sealed in the exhaust channel so as to realize the functions of exhausting, releasing pressure or locking gas and maintaining pressure.
The outer wall of the upper part of the upper valve body is provided with a red coating. The red coating can remind a user that the pressure cooker is in a high-pressure state and needs to carry out the operation of exhausting and releasing pressure.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the pressure cooker can control the opening and closing of the cooker cover and the adjustment of the pressure in the cooker by one key through the rotation of the knob cover, and is simple to operate; the regulating valve assembly can realize the multi-gear pressure regulating function; the design of transverse pressure adjustment and the design of a buffer box type safety valve assembly can reduce the problem of easy blockage in the cooking process, realize transverse pressure adjustment and reduce the problem of people injury caused by exhaust; the upper valve body is arranged, so that the exhaust design and the pressure condition can be intuitively observed, and the pressure prompting function is realized.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 29, a pressure cooker with a one-key operation function comprises a cooker body 015 and a cooker cover, wherein the cooker cover is arranged above the cooker body 015, and comprises a pressure cover 007, a panel 005, a pressure ring assembly 019, a safety valve assembly 006 for warning and assisting in exhausting, an air valve cap 016 for exhausting and adjusting the transverse pressure, an adjusting valve assembly 017 for controlling the air valve cap 016 to exhaust and a rotary assembly arranged on the panel 005; the pressure cover 007 is provided with a first mounting groove 0076, and the panel 005 is buckled on the pressure cover 007 outside the first mounting groove 0076; the pressure ring assembly 019 is provided with a pair of symmetrically installed in the first installation groove 0076, and the pressure ring 0193 assembly is connected with the rotary assembly and controlled by the rotary assembly to slide along the first installation groove 0076 to fasten or unfasten the pressure cover 007 and a pair of sides of the pot body 015; the safety valve assembly 006 is installed in the first installation groove 0076 and can slide up and down along the pressure cover 007 and the panel 005, the lower end of which is communicated with the inside of the pan, and the upper end of which extends out of the panel 005 or retracts into the panel 005 with the change of air pressure; the air valve cap 016 is arranged on the panel 005 and the pressure cover 007 in a penetrating way from top to bottom and then locked by the air valve nut 021, an air exhaust channel is arranged in the air valve cap 016, and the air exhaust channel is communicated with the inside of the pot through the air valve nut 021; the upper part of the air valve cap 016 is provided with an upper air outlet hole 0161, the side wall of the air valve cap 016 is provided with a transverse air outlet hole 0162, the upper air outlet hole 0161 and the transverse air outlet hole 0162 are communicated with the air outlet channel, and the height of the transverse air outlet hole 0162 is lower than that of the upper air outlet hole 0161; one end of the regulating valve assembly 017 is provided with an air blocking rubber plug 0172, the other end of the regulating valve assembly 017 is connected with the rotary assembly, and the rotary assembly controls the air blocking rubber plug 0172 to extend into the transverse air outlet 0162 to block the air exhaust passage, or the rotary assembly controls the air blocking rubber plug 0172 to exit from the transverse air outlet 0162 to open the air exhaust passage.
The pressure ring assembly 019 can realize the fastening or loosening of the pressure cover 007 and the pot body 015 under the control of the rotary assembly, and can realize the opening and closing operation by single-hand control, and the operation is simple; the regulating valve assembly 017 is controlled by the rotating assembly, so that the air blocking rubber plug 0172 blocks the exhaust channel to realize the air locking function, and the air blocking rubber plug 0172 exits the exhaust channel to realize the air discharging and pressure releasing function.
Pressure cap 007 is provided with a first central opening 0072, a first mounting opening 0071 through which air supply valve cap 016 passes, a second mounting opening 0073 through which safety valve assembly 006 passes, the first central opening 0072 being located at the center of pressure cap 007 and within first mounting groove 0076, the first and second mounting openings 0071 and 0073 being located within first mounting grooves 0076 on either side of first central opening 0072, respectively; The side surface of the pressure cover 007 is provided with a long hole 0074, the side inner wall of the pressure cover 007 is provided with a plurality of convex rib positions 0075, the side inner wall of the pressure cover 007 is provided with a cooker opening sealing ring 020, and the outer side of the cooker opening sealing ring 020 is buckled on the rib positions 0075; under normal state, the cooker opening sealing ring 020 is tightly attached to and seals the long hole 0074, and when the pressure in the cooker exceeds the warning value, the cooker opening sealing ring 020 is deformed and is translated out of the long hole 0074 to realize the pressure relief. The pot opening sealing ring 020 is used for sealing the pressure cooker and has the function of pressure maintaining; the elongate orifice 0074 may assist in venting the pressure at overpressure.
The upper part of the knob cover 004 is provided with two positioning holes 0041, and the two positioning holes 0041 are respectively positioned at two sides of the third central hole 0042; a circle of concave-convex grooves 0012 are arranged on the lower side of the fixed seat 001 of the cover, and the concave-convex grooves 0012 are annular belts taking the screw 0011 of the fixed seat as the center; the tensioning spring 003 and the hand feeling column 002 are sequentially placed in the positioning hole 0041, the lower end of the tensioning spring 003 is propped against the bottom of the positioning hole 0041, the upper end of the tensioning spring is propped against the lower end of the hand feeling column 002, and the upper end of the hand feeling column 002 is propped against the concave-convex groove 0012. The concave-convex groove 0012 is arranged with the hand-feeling column 002 and the tension spring 003, when the rotary knob cover is rotated, the rotary knob cover has a vibration effect and beeps to remind a user that the rotary knob cover is rotated to perform opening and closing operation or perform an exhaust function.
The air valve screw 0163 is sleeved with an air locking sealing ring 008, and the air locking sealing ring 008 is clamped between the air valve nut 021 and the pressure cover 007; the fixing base screw 0011 is sleeved with a gas locking sealing ring 008, and the gas locking sealing ring 008 is clamped between the mounting nut 009 and the pressure cover 007.
The relief valve assembly 006 includes an upper valve body 0061, a relief valve spring 0062, a valve plug 0063, a first sealing ring 0064, a second sealing ring 0065, and a lower valve body 0066; the upper valve body 0061 is internally provided with a cavity, the top of the upper valve body is provided with a first exhaust hole 00611 communicated with the cavity, and the lower part of the upper valve body is provided with a convex annular cap peak 00612; one end of the valve plug 0063 is provided with a first clamping groove 00631 and a second clamping groove 00632 respectively, and the other end is of a sphere-segment structure; the lower valve body 0066 has a vertically penetrating structure, the bottom of which is provided with a second vent hole 00661, and the bottom of which is provided with a third slot 00662 surrounding the lower valve body 0066 for a circle; the lower end of the upper valve body 0061 is buckled with the upper end of the lower valve body 0066 through threaded connection, a safety valve spring 0062 and a valve plug 0063 are positioned in a cavity formed by the upper valve body 0061 and the lower valve body 0066, one end of the safety valve spring 0062 is propped against the inner wall of the upper valve body 0061, the other end of the safety valve spring is clamped in a first clamping groove 00631 of the valve plug 0063, and the spherical segment structure of the valve plug 0063 is driven to prop against or open a second vent 00661; the first sealing ring 0064 is clamped in the second clamping groove 00632 and is pressed against the inner wall of the lower valve body 0066 around the second vent 00661 under the action of the safety valve spring 0062; the second sealing ring 0065 is clamped in the third clamping groove 00662; when in installation, the lower end of the upper valve body 0061 sequentially passes through the third installation hole 0192 and the second installation hole 0073, and the upper end of the lower valve body 0066 passes through the second installation hole 0073 and then is screwed on the outer wall of the lower end of the upper valve body 0061; the annular cap peak 00612 has a diameter greater than the diameter of the second circular aperture 0056 and the bottom of the lower valve body 0066 has a diameter greater than the diameter of the second mounting aperture 0073, and the second sealing ring 0065 is clamped between the bottom of the lower valve body 0066 and the pressure cap 007. The sealing of the second vent hole 00661 by the ball-and-socket structure of the valve plug 0063 creates a pressure environment, and the valve plug 0063 opens the second vent hole 00661 to vent and release pressure in the pot; the diameter of the annular cap peak 00612 is larger than that of the second round hole 0056, so that the upper valve body 0061 can be prevented from flying out of the pot; the first sealing ring 0064 and the second sealing ring 0065 can avoid the air leakage of the second exhaust hole 00661, and maintain the pressure maintaining function.
The side wall of the pot body 015 is provided with side ears, and the side ears comprise ear seats 014, a guard ring 013, a side ear body 011 and fastening screws 012; the ear seat 014 is welded on the side wall of the pot body 015, the front end of the side ear body 011 is provided with a mounting part 0111, the mounting part 0111 is provided with a sixth mounting hole 0113, and the fastening screw 012 passes through the sixth mounting hole 0113 and is locked on the ear seat 014; the retainer 013 is fitted around the outer periphery of the attachment portion 0111, and the retainer 013 is sandwiched between the pot body 015 and the side ear body 011.
The outside of the side ear body 011 is provided with a groove 0112, and a decoration 010 is arranged in the groove 0112. The decoration 010 can perform a heat insulation function, and can prevent scalding during the extraction of the pressure cooker.
The opening and closing cover guide groove 0043 is an arc-shaped and oppositely arranged eccentric guide groove, and the pressure adjusting guide groove 0044 is an arc-shaped and eccentrically arranged guide groove. The arc-shaped cover opening and closing guide groove 0043 is beneficial to fastening or loosening the side edges of the pot cover and the pot body 015, so as to realize the opening and closing of the pot cover; the arcuately oriented pressure regulating guide groove 0044 facilitates forcing the regulator valve assembly 017 out of or into engagement with the vent passage to achieve venting or locking and pressure maintaining functions.
The outer wall of the upper part of the upper valve body 0061 is provided with a red coating. The red coating can remind a user that the pressure cooker is in a high-pressure state and needs to carry out the operation of exhausting and releasing pressure.
Assembly of the present embodiment:
1. completing assembly of the rotary assembly:
1. the tensioning spring 003 and the hand feeling column 002 are sequentially arranged in a positioning hole 0041 of the 004 of the knob cover;
2. the fixing seat screw 0011 is passed through a third central hole 0042 of the knob cover 004 from top to bottom.
2. Completing the assembly of the regulator valve assembly 017:
1. the air blocking rubber plugs 0172 are respectively sleeved on the front end round balls 01731 of the air valve columns 0173 in sequence;
2. a pressure spring 0174 is sleeved in a connecting column 01732 at the rear end of the air valve column 0173;
3. the fourth mounting hole 01751 in the pressure regulating connecting rod 0175 is penetrated into the regulating cylinder 01753 of the air valve column 0173, and then the clamping spring 0176 is clamped on the third mounting groove 01733 in the penetrating hole to be connected into a whole;
4. the air valve sealing ring 0171 is sleeved on the square groove 01752 of the pressure adjusting connecting rod 0175.

2. placing the faceplate 005 over the pressure cap 007 assembly from top to bottom with the air valve screw 0163 passing through the first mounting hole 0071 on the side of the pressure cap 007 and with the elongated slot 0054 of the faceplate 005 passing through the opening and closing cylinder 0191 of the pressure ring 0193; the air locking sealing ring 008 is sleeved on the air valve screw 0163 and then screwed by the air valve nut 021.

Placing the assembly of the rotary cover in a second mounting groove 0057 in the middle of the panel 005 from top to bottom, screwing a fixing seat screw 0011 in the assembly of the rotary cover by using a mounting nut 009 after passing through a third central hole 0042 of the knob cover 004, a second central hole 0055 of the panel 005 and a first central hole 0072 of the pressure cover 007; the opening and closing cover guide groove 0043 is fitted over the opening and closing cylinder 0191 of the pressure ring 0193, and the pressure adjusting guide groove 0044 is fitted over the adjusting cylinder 01753 of the adjusting valve link.
6. Pressure cooker body assembly
1. The ear mount 014 is welded to the pot body 015 as required,
2. the retainer 013 is fitted to the attachment portion 0111 of the lug body 011 in the direction.
3. The decorative piece 010 is fixed in a groove 0112 on the face of the side ear body 011.
4. The fastening screw 012 is safely passed through the sixth mounting hole 0113 in the side ear body 011 and screwed with the ear seat 014 welded to the pot body 015.
Innovation point of this embodiment
1. The knob cover 004 on the panel 005 is rotated left and right, so that the cover opening (figure 24), the cover closing (figure 25) and the multi-gear pressure adjustment (figure 26) can be realized, and the one-key control function is realized.
2. The knob cover 004 is rotated continuously in the closing state, the pressure adjusting guide groove 0044 arranged in the knob drives the pressure adjusting connecting rod 0175, the pressure spring 0174 and the air valve column 0173, the air blocking rubber plug 0172 pushes and blocks the transverse air outlet hole 0162 of the air valve cap 016 in the air valve cap 016 direction, and the air pressure in the pot is controlled under the action of the pressure adjusting guide groove 0044 and the pressure spring 0174. The transverse pressure adjustment, the design of the air hole exhaust and the design of the buffer box exhaust reduce the problem of easy blockage in the cooking process, realize the transverse pressure adjustment, break through the phenomena of heavy and unsightly uncoordinated conventional vertical exhaust and reduce the problem of hurting people by the exhaust.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
1. (as shown in fig. 27), the fixing seat 001 of the cover is internally provided with concave-convex grooves 0012, two handfeel posts 002 are arranged in 004 of the knob cover, and jump up and down under the action of the elasticity of the tension spring 003, so that 004 of the knob cover has a vibration effect and beeps.
2. Two opposite shaped opening and closing cover guide grooves 0043 and a shaped pressure adjusting guide groove 0044 are designed in the knob cover 004 (as shown in fig. 28); a pressure regulating connecting rod 0175 in the regulating valve assembly 017 is provided with a regulating cylinder 01753; a pressure ring assembly 019 is provided with an opening and closing cylinder 0191.
1. (as in FIG. 28) assembled, two sets of pressure ring assemblies 019 are symmetrically placed on the pressure cap 007, respectively, the panel 005 assembly is placed on the face of the pressure cap 007 from top to bottom, the rotating assembly is placed in the second mounting groove 0057 in the middle of the panel 005 from top to bottom, and the cover opening and closing guide groove 0043 is sleeved on the opening and closing cylinder 0191 in the pressure ring assembly 019; the pressure adjustment guide groove 0044 is nested with the adjustment cylinder 01753 in the pressure adjustment link 0175 in the adjustment valve assembly 017.
2. Rotating the rotary cap clockwise, the regulator valve assembly 017 caught in the knob cap 004 moves toward the center of the pressure cap 007 by the pressure regulating guide groove 0044; the regulator valve assembly 017 is separated from the valve cap 016. The pressure valve is stepped to atmospheric pressure by the pressure spring 0174 in the regulator valve assembly 017. When the pressure in the cooker is lower than 4kPa, the safety valve assembly 006 will automatically descend, at this time, the knob cover 004 is continuously rotated, the opening and closing cylinder 0191 in the pressure ring assembly 019 clamped in the knob cover 004 drives the pressure ring assembly 019 to open outwards under the action of the opening and closing cover guide groove 0043, and the cover can be separated from the cooker. The knob cover 004 is rotated anticlockwise, so that the pressure ring assembly 019 can be folded, and the pressure valve assembly can be driven to move outwards when the knob cover continues to rotate, so that the air blocking rubber plug 0172 is contacted with the transverse air outlet hole 0162 of the air valve cap 016, and pressure step boosting is realized under the action of the pressure spring 0174.
3. When cooking, the knob cover 004 is rotated anticlockwise, the pressure ring 0193 can be folded, the pressure of the pressure valve is boosted, when the pressure in the cooker is greater than 4kPa, the safety valve component automatically rises and passes through the third mounting hole 0192 on the sliding block, the red upper valve body 0061 rises out of the panel 005, and the pressure in the cooker is warned.
When the pressure in the cooker is more than 5kPa, the pressure ring assembly 019 cannot move transversely and open even under the action of external force, and the pressure cover 007 cannot be opened when the pressure in the cooker is generated; when the pressure in the cooker continuously rises and reaches the set pressure, the higher pressure can be discharged out of the cooker from the upper air outlet hole 0161 on the adjusting valve cap, and the pressure in the cooker is stabilized within the set pressure value, so that the pressure cooker can work normally; when the air valve cap 016 is blocked, the valve plug 0063 automatically rises to exhaust when the pressure in the cooker reaches 140kPa or more and sounds to warn the pressure in the cooker to be high, thereby informing a user of closing the heat source; when the safety valve assembly 006 is subsequently misaligned, the port seal 020 will automatically translate out of the elongated orifice 0074 in the side of the pressure cap 007, allowing the pressure in the pan to drop below 20kPa in 60 seconds without further pressure rise without manual recovery.
