In view of this, the present invention provides an RDF pyrolysis gas noncondensable gas purification system, so as to solve all or part of the deficiencies in the prior art, and thereby provide an environment-friendly treatment system for completely converting RDF pyrolysis into RDF resource conversion.

Optionally, the deacidification degree of the secondary acid gas remover is greater than that of the primary acid gas remover.
Optionally, the noncondensable gas purification system comprises at least one gas outlet communicated with the gas outlet of the RDF pyrolysis gas.
Optionally, an electronic pressure controller is further installed between the gas outlet of the noncondensable gas purification system and the gas outlet of the RDF pyrolysis gas, so that the pressure of the RDF pyrolysis gas is ensured to be in a controllable range.

From the above, the invention provides an RDF pyrolysis gas noncondensable gas purification system, which purifies the noncondensable gas discharged from a condensation collection device at the temperature of a condenser, wherein the noncondensable gas firstly enters a primary buffer for buffering and then is subjected to a primary acid gas removal process, the noncondensable gas after wet-process electric coke capture and secondary deep acid gas removal and purification is pressurized by a pressure pump and then is sent into a rear buffer gas cabinet for storage, the noncondensable gas is sent out to a hot blast stove of a pyrolysis furnace for use as required, and the redundant gas is used for direct-combustion power generation or used as fuel. Due to the arrangement of the noncondensable gas purification system, the investment of environmental protection facilities for treating the flue gas of the pyrolysis furnace is greatly reduced, and the environmental protection effect of the flue gas emission of the pyrolysis furnace is greatly improved. The acid gas removal is realized by two stages, the first stage is used for treating the noncondensable gas with high-concentration acid gas content, a safer condition is created for wet-method electric coke capture, and a condition is created for two-stage deep deacidification. The secondary deacidification is fine treatment, so that the concentration of acid gas in non-condensed steam is not only low, but also stable. And (3) designing a wet-process electrical tar capturing system according to the RDF characteristics, so that the requirements of an RDF pyrolysis system are met, and the safety and tar removal effect are ensured. The gas purification replaces the flue gas treatment, the gas flow is low, the investment of treatment facilities is low, the treatment effect is good, more importantly, the pyrolysis non-condensable gas is changed into a universal combustible gas, the application range of the RDF pyrolysis system is greatly expanded, and the pyrolysis is completely changed into the RDF environment-friendly resource conversion equipment.

In the following description of the embodiments, the detailed description of the present invention, such as the manufacturing processes and the operation and use methods, will be further described in detail to help those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the inventive concept and technical solutions of the present invention.
The RDF is prepared by the processes of sorting, crushing, drying, compression molding and the like of garbage, is convenient to transport and store, and can replace novel fuels such as coal, petroleum and the like. The RDF has the characteristics of high heat value, stable combustion, easy transportation, easy storage and the like, but because the raw garbage contains a lot of substances which can generate toxic and harmful substances after combustion and substances which are not suitable for combustion, the RDF is changed into a general resource product, and the thermal decomposition mode treatment of indirect heating in an air isolation mode becomes a preferred technology. However, as can be seen from the existing research on the RDF pyrolysis system, most of the research on the RDF pyrolysis system is on the pyrolysis process and the pyrolysis furnace, and the attention on the RDF pyrolysis gas treatment technology is little, so that the pyrolysis oil quality is low, the pyrolysis non-condensable gas combustion environment-friendly emission is high, the RDF pyrolysis technology popularization and the high-value utilization of the product are influenced, and the development of RDF resource utilization is hindered.
In order to overcome the defects of the RDF environment-friendly resource conversion system in the prior art, the RDF pyrolysis gas noncondensable gas purification system provided by the invention comprises,

In some optional embodiments, the RDF pyrolysis gas noncondensable gas purification system provided by embodiments of the present invention includes a noncondensable gas purification system including a buffer storage, a primary acid gas remover, a wet electric coke catcher, a secondary acid gas remover, and a gas storage tank, which are connected in series. And the deacidification degree of the secondary acid gas remover is greater than that of the primary acid gas remover. The non-condensable gas purification system comprises at least one gas outlet, and the gas outlet of the non-condensable gas purification system is communicated with the gas outlet of the pyrolysis gas of the RDF pyrolysis furnace. And an electronic pressure controller is also arranged between the gas outlet of the noncondensable gas purification system and the gas outlet of the RDF pyrolysis gas, so that the pressure of the RDF pyrolysis gas is ensured to be in a controllable range.
Furthermore, an RDF pyrolysis gas non-condensable gas purification system is shown in figure 1, and the system aims to remove acidic pollution gases (compounds of S, Cl and F, and the like) in non-condensable combustible gas; and simultaneously, the contained trace tar is removed to meet the requirement of direct-combustion power generation.
The RDF pyrolysis gas is subjected to two-stage oil collection through a pyrolysis furnace oil collection system in the early stage, and the specific process is as follows: the mixed RDF pyrolysis gas discharged from the RDF pyrolysis furnace firstly enters a primary oil spraying collection tower to be captured and collected, the collected heavy oil components are deposited at the bottom of the tower, then the heavy oil is discharged from an oil outlet and conveyed to an oil residue separation device to be subjected to oil residue separation treatment to obtain carbon residue and heavy oil, a part of the obtained heavy oil is properly cooled and then conveyed to the primary oil spraying collection tower through a pipeline, the collected heavy oil is used as a spraying medium to be sprayed for oil collection, and the redundant part of the obtained heavy oil is changed into a product to be output. In the spraying process, part of RDF pyrolysis gas can not be captured, the uncaptured pyrolysis gas is discharged from the top of the tower, and the outlet temperature of the top of the tower is controlled to be 90-150 ℃. And (3) the discharged pyrolysis gas enters a secondary indirect condensation collector, and after secondary cooling, light oil components and pyrolysis water are condensed together and discharged from an outlet of the secondary indirect condensation collector, and meanwhile, the outlet gas temperature of the secondary indirect condensation collector is controlled to be 35-50 ℃. And (3) discharging an oil-water mixture of the secondary indirect condensation collector, conveying the oil-water mixture to an oil-water separator, standing to realize oil-water separation, allowing separated pyrolysis water to enter a sewage treatment system, and allowing pyrolysis light oil to enter an oil tank to become a product.
And after the two-stage oil collection, the gas which cannot be condensed at the temperature of the condenser and is discharged from the two-stage indirect condensation collector is the non-condensable gas. As a plurality of pyrolysis furnaces are included in one project, the noncondensable gas processed by oil receiving systems of different pyrolysis furnaces is firstly buffered in a buffer memory, and the operation can avoid the mutual interference among the pyrolysis furnaces. The buffer storage is followed by a primary acid gas removal process, and primary deacidification is carried out on secondary cooling non-condensable gas, so that on one hand, the concentration of the acid gas entering wet-method electric coke capture is controlled, and on the other hand, conditions are created for secondary acid gas removal. The deacidified gas enters a wet-process electric coke catcher to be subjected to wet-process electric coke catching treatment, the tar content in the non-condensable gas is reduced from about 100mg/L to below 30mg/L, the fuel gas requirement of a direct-fired generator (less than 50mg/L) is met, and instruments and valves of a system are protected. In order to change the noncondensable gas into clean fuel gas, a secondary acid gas removal process for increasing the deacidification depth is installed and connected after wet-method electric coke catching, and the content of acid gas in the noncondensable gas is stated to be 40mg/M3The following. The purified non-condensable gas is pressurized by a pressurizing pump and is sent into a rear buffer gas storage cabinet. The residual part is used for direct-fired power generation or used as fuel. In order to maintain the stability of the furnace pressure of the pyrolysis furnace system, the purified non-condensable gas is communicated with a pyrolysis gas outlet of the pyrolysis furnace, and the pressure in the pyrolysis furnace is ensured to be in a controllable range by means of automatic adjustment of an electronic control system of the system.
Due to the arrangement of the non-condensable gas purification system of the pyrolysis furnace, the investment of environment-friendly facilities for treating the flue gas of the pyrolysis furnace is greatly reduced, and the environment-friendly effect of the flue gas emission of the pyrolysis furnace is improved; and the non-condensable gas is changed into a general clean fuel gas, so that the resource utilization rate of the RDF is improved.
The acid gas removal is realized by two stages, the first stage is used for treating the noncondensable gas with high-concentration acid gas content, a safer condition is created for wet-method electric coke capture, and a condition is created for two-stage deep deacidification. The secondary deacidification is fine treatment, so that the concentration of acid gas in non-condensed steam is not only low, but also stable.
The design of the wet-process electrical tar capturing system is improved according to the RDF characteristics, so that the requirements of the RDF pyrolysis system are met, and the safety and tar removal effect are ensured.
