referring to fig. 1-7, the embodiment of the automatic frying pan of the invention comprises a pan body, a pan cover 10, a stirring device, a temperature control heating device, a power supply 16 and a switch 4, wherein the pan body comprises a split inner container 1 and a shell 5, and the pan cover 10 is arranged on the inner container 1. The stirring device is a stirring fin 9 fixed on the inner side wall of the inner container 1, and the inner container 1 is driven to rotate by a motor 15 arranged below the inner container. The shell 5 is a hollow cavity formed by two layers, heat insulating materials 5.1.1 are filled in the hollow cavity, the temperature control heating device comprises a heating pipe 5.1.2 and a temperature controller 11, and the heating pipe 5.1.2 is arranged in the hollow cavity of the shell 5 and is close to the inner side wall. The stirring fin 9 of the automatic frying pan with the structure is integrated with the inner container 1, the problem that the stirring fin 9 falls off does not exist, and the inner container 1 can rotate and be taken out, so that the automatic frying pan is convenient to clean; the heating pipes 5.1.2 are arranged around the inner wall of the outer cylinder, and food rotates along with the inner container 1, so that the food is fried fully and heated uniformly.
Further, the number of the stirring fins 9 is at least three, and the stirring fins 9 are uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the inner wall of the inner container 1, the stirring fins 9 extend from the bottom of the inner container 1 to the position of the inner container 1 close to the upper edge, and the width and the thickness of the stirring fins 9 are gradually reduced from the bottom of the inner container 1 to the upper edge of the inner container 1.
