The IP address in the promotion information is linked with the unique address corresponding to the member, other mobile terminals forwarded the promotion information are equivalent to new users, and the user can enter the operator platform through the two-dimensional code or the IP address with the member label in the promotion information; when the operator platform receives that other mobile terminals enter the operator platform based on the promotion information and sends an order payment request to the operator platform, a link of an order payment request sending end is obtained through a member management module contained in the operator platform, and a two-dimensional code and an IP address with member identity information in the link are identified; and searching the identity information of the resident member in a member distribution database according to the two-dimension code and the IP address.
After confirming the corresponding member, the operator platform submits the identity information of the resident member to a self-built CA center of a transaction center through a distributed management module, the identity information of the resident member is verified, if the verification is passed, the operator platform accesses an account associated with the member through proxy payment service, and the promotion reward is paid; after the payment is completed, the operator platform automatically generates transaction success information; sending a message to the member informing of the completion of the transaction; the information comprises short messages and information pushing of application software.
Similarly, the newly issued user becomes a new resident member of the operator platform, and can also be distributed as a subordinate dealer.
