Background
Steam ironing machines are machines that soften the fibrous structure of a garment by burning hot water steam in continuous contact with the garment. The product is suitable for ironing and sterilizing clothes, curtains and carpets with any materials, and has the advantages of simple use, convenient operation and energy and time saving.
The general steam ironing machine has a large machine body, is only suitable for being placed in a home, a hotel or a laundry, and later, some handheld small steam ironing machines are also arranged, and can be carried when going out, but the water storage cup of the current steam ironing machine is fixed on the machine body, so that the whole volume of the machine body is still large.
With the development of the age, ironing machines gradually develop from the earliest electric irons to the current garment ironing machines and to the current hand-held ironing machines. The hand-held ironing machine has small volume, is easy and convenient to use and convenient to carry out, so that the hand-held ironing machine is the best choice when ironing a small amount of clothes. The water tank of the hand-held ironing machine can be independently disassembled and assembled, so that the water adding operation is convenient.
In the existing hand-held ironing machine, the water tank is generally located at a position below the machine body, a water pump is required to be arranged in the machine body so as to pump water in the water tank into the heating component, and in addition, a control module of the water pump is required to be arranged on the circuit board, and a switch button is also required to be arranged on the machine body so as to be matched with the use of the water pump. Therefore, the structure is troublesome to operate and use, the cost of the whole machine is certainly increased, the reliability of related components is poor, the failure rate is increased, and once the structure is damaged in the use process, the user cannot continue to use the structure.

the adjusting block is hollow in the interior, the adjusting block is movably arranged in the adjusting cavity, the length of the adjusting block is smaller than that of the adjusting cavity, when one end of the adjusting block is abutted against the adjusting cavity close to the water inlet interface, the adjusting block blocks the water inlet interface and enables the water inlet interface not to be communicated with the adjusting cavity, and when the other end of the adjusting block is abutted against the adjusting cavity close to the water outlet interface, the water outlet interface is kept to be dredged with the adjusting cavity;
the gravity moving body is arranged in the regulating block and can move in the regulating block and drive the regulating block to move in the regulating cavity;
applying down force to the water control box body near the water outlet interface, the water control box body is close to one end of the water outlet interface and is forced to move downwards, the water control box body inclines and enables the regulating block to move to one side of the water outlet interface, the water inlet interface is not plugged by the regulating block at the moment, the water inlet interface is communicated with the water outlet interface, the position of the water outlet interface at the moment is lower than that of the water inlet interface, and water can automatically flow into the regulating cavity from the water inlet interface through gravity and flow out from the water outlet interface.

The invention also provides an ironing machine, which comprises an ironing machine main body, wherein the upper end of the ironing machine main body is provided with a handheld part, the lower end of the ironing machine main body is provided with a heating ironing component, the handheld part is internally provided with a water tank, the ironing machine also comprises the one-way water control mechanism, the water tank is communicated with a water inlet interface on the one-way water control mechanism through a water inlet pipeline, and the heating ironing component is communicated with a water outlet interface of the one-way water control mechanism through a water outlet pipeline.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the full-mechanical unidirectional water control mechanism has the advantages that when the full-mechanical unidirectional water control mechanism is used in a flat ironing mode, the full-mechanical unidirectional water control mechanism needs to be matched with a button for use, when the full-mechanical unidirectional water control mechanism is used in a garment steamer or an inclined ironing mode, the water outlet function can be realized by means of gravity, the full-mechanical unidirectional water control mechanism is simple in integral structure, fewer in parts and convenient to operate, the water control function can be realized, and the full-mechanical water control mechanism is better in stability, less prone to damage and lower in cost; 2. when not in use, one end of the regulating block is abutted with the regulating cavity close to the water inlet port through the inclined arrangement of the water control box body, so that the water inlet port is blocked, the water inlet port is not communicated with the regulating cavity, water can not be controlled, and the situation of backflow can be prevented; 3. if the button is inconvenient to press when the ironing mode is adopted, the waterway is communicated through the inclined handle, so that the water outlet function is realized, and the ironing is performed after water is discharged.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a one-way water control mechanism includes:
the water control box body 1 is internally provided with a regulating cavity 2, one side of the water control box body 1 is provided with a water inlet port 3, the other side of the water control box body 1 is provided with a water outlet port 4, the water inlet port 3 and the water outlet port 4 are respectively communicated with the regulating cavity 2, the water control box body 1 is obliquely arranged, and the position of the water outlet port 4 is higher than that of the water inlet port 3;
the adjusting block 5 is hollow, the adjusting block 5 is movably arranged in the adjusting chamber 2, the length of the adjusting block 5 is smaller than that of the adjusting chamber 2, when one end of the adjusting block 5 is abutted against the adjusting chamber 2 close to the water inlet port 3, the adjusting block 5 blocks the water inlet port 3 and enables the water inlet port 3 not to be communicated with the adjusting chamber 2, and when the other end of the adjusting block 5 is abutted against the adjusting chamber 2 close to the water outlet port 4, the water outlet port 4 is kept to be dredged with the adjusting chamber 2;
a gravity moving body 6, which is arranged inside the regulating block 5, can move inside the regulating block 5 and drives the regulating block 5 to move in the regulating chamber 2;
applying down force to the position of the water control box body 1, which is close to the water outlet interface 4, wherein one end of the water control box body 1, which is close to the water outlet interface 4, is stressed to move downwards, the water control box body 1 inclines and the adjusting block 5 moves towards one side of the water outlet interface 4, at the moment, the adjusting block 5 does not block the water inlet interface 3, so that the water inlet interface 3 is communicated with the water outlet interface 4, the position of the water outlet interface 4 at the moment is lower than the position of the water inlet interface 3, and water can automatically flow into the adjusting cavity 2 from the water inlet interface 3 and flow out from the water outlet interface 4 through gravity.
In this embodiment, the water control box further includes an elastic member 7, which abuts against the lower end of the water control box 1, and the elastic member 7 is disposed near the water outlet 4. Through the arrangement of the elastic piece 7, the water control box body 1 can keep the position of the water outlet interface 4 higher than the position of the water inlet interface 3 under the condition of no stress, and the water is prevented from being discharged; in addition, under the action of the elastic piece 7, the pressure on the water control box body 1 is withdrawn, so that the water control box body 1 can be automatically reset to an initial state.
Preferably, a sealing element is arranged at one end of the adjusting block 5 close to the water inlet port 3, and the sealing element can play a role of blocking the water inlet port 3.
Preferably, in order to cooperate with the movement of the adjusting block 5 to realize the water control function, the water inlet port 3 is disposed on the left side of the water control box 1, and the water outlet port 4 is disposed on the right side of the water control box 1.
In this embodiment, the gravity moving body 6 is a gravity ball. The gravity ball exists in the interior of the regulating block 5 in a rolling mode, and the gravity ball is spherical, so that the friction force of the inner wall of the regulating block 5 can be greatly reduced, the gravity ball rolls more smoothly, and then the regulating block 5 can smoothly move in the regulating chamber 2 when the water tank inclines, so that the smoothness and stability of water supply are ensured.

By adopting the arrangement of the embodiment, the moving speed of the regulating block 5 is changed from slow speed to fast speed and then from slow speed, the smoothness of water supply can be ensured in the moving process, and a certain clamping force is generated by abutting the buffer support legs 18 with the inner wall of the left cavity 10 or the right cavity 12 when the regulating block moves in place, so that the regulating block 5 can be prevented from moving under slight shaking, and good using effect is ensured.
The invention also provides an ironing machine, which comprises an ironing machine main body 13, wherein a handheld part 14 is formed at the upper end of the ironing machine main body 13, a heating ironing component 15 is arranged at the lower end of the ironing machine main body 13, a water tank 16 is arranged in the handheld part 14, the ironing machine further comprises the one-way water control mechanism, the water tank 16 is communicated with the water inlet port 3 on the one-way water control mechanism through a water inlet pipeline, and the heating ironing component 15 is communicated with the water outlet port 4 of the one-way water control mechanism through a water outlet pipeline.
In this embodiment, the water tank 16 is disposed obliquely downward in the hand-held portion 14. By adopting the arrangement mode of the embodiment, the power of the water pump can be replaced by self gravity, so that the water in the water tank 16 always has a tendency of flowing outwards.
In this embodiment, the hand-hold portion 14 is provided with a button 17, the lower end of the button 17 extends into the hand-hold portion 14 and is in contact connection with the water control box 1, and the button 17 is disposed at a position biased toward the water outlet port 4. By adopting the structure of the embodiment, when ironing, the water control box body 1 can be inclined by pressing the button 17, so that the position of the water outlet interface 4 is lower than that of the water inlet interface 3, and water can automatically flow into the regulating cavity 2 from the water inlet interface 3 and flow out from the water outlet interface 4 through gravity.
The unidirectional water control mechanism provided by the invention is generally applied to ironing machines, in particular to hand-held ironing machines, and can be used in different modes in cooperation with a flat ironing mode and a garment ironing mode.
When the ironing machine is used in a ironing mode, the button 17 is required to be pressed, the button 17 applies downward pressure to the position, close to the water outlet port 4, of the water control box body 1, the elastic piece 7 is stressed to shrink and move downwards, the water control box body 1 inclines and enables the adjusting block 5 to move towards one side of the water outlet port 4, at the moment, the water inlet port 3 is not blocked by the adjusting block 5, the water outlet port 4 and the adjusting chamber 2 are kept in a dredging state, so that the water inlet port 3 and the water outlet port 4 are communicated with each other, the position of the water outlet port 4 is lower than the position of the water inlet port 3, and water can automatically flow into the adjusting chamber 2 from the water inlet port 3 and flow out of the water outlet port 4 through gravity, so that a water outlet function is realized.
When the ironing machine is used in a garment ironing mode or an inclined ironing mode, the whole ironing machine is in an inclined or vertical state, so that the height of the water inlet port 3 is higher than that of the water outlet port 4, the gravity moving body 6 drives the adjusting block 5 to move towards the water outlet port 4 under the action of gravity, the water inlet port 3 is not blocked by the adjusting block 5, the water outlet port 4 and the adjusting chamber 2 are kept in a dredging state, the water inlet port 3 and the water outlet port 4 are communicated with each other, and water can automatically flow into the adjusting chamber 2 from the water inlet port 3 and flow out from the water outlet port 4 through gravity, so that a water outlet function is realized under the condition that the button 17 is not pressed.
