By adopting the technical scheme, after the intelligent sound box is started, the identity of the user can be automatically identified according to the voice of the user, one or more suitable music playing types are provided for the user to select, and after the user selects the music playing types, the communication module can acquire corresponding music data from the Internet platform or the mobile terminal and sends the music data to the playing module to play, so that the use convenience of the intelligent sound box is effectively improved, and the user experience is improved.

Therecognition module 3 is used for recognizing the voice of the user and comparing the voice with the voice data in thedatabase 2, and if the recognized voice is matched with the voice data in thedatabase 2, outputting a matching data, wherein the matching data corresponds to the information of the corresponding user.
Referring to fig. 1, the invokingmodule 4 is configured to receive the matching data output by the identifyingmodule 3, and obtain each music playing mode of at least one music playing mode corresponding to the user in thedatabase 2 according to the received matching data to serve as a candidate playing mode. Theplaying module 5 is configured to generate voice playing data for the user to perform mode selection according to the candidate playing mode obtained by the callingmodule 4 and play the voice playing data, specifically, after thecalling module 4 obtains the candidate playing mode, the candidate playing modes are sequentially played for the user to select. In addition, theplaying module 5 is further configured to generate voice playing data for the user to select the ambience light switch, and play the voice playing data for the user to select the ambience light switch after playing the candidate playing mode. Referring to fig. 1, therecognition module 3 is further configured to recognize a candidate play mode selected by the user's voice as a matching mode, and control thecommunication module 1 to acquire corresponding music data from an internet platform or a mobile terminal according to the recognized matching mode. After thecommunication module 1 acquires the music data, the acquired music data is sent to theplaying module 5 for playing. It should be noted that, thedatabase 2 also records volume range data corresponding to each user, and theplaying module 5 will acquire the volume range data corresponding to the corresponding user and control playing volume according to the volume range data before playing the music data acquired by thecommunication module 1.
Referring to fig. 1, thedatabase 2 includes aconfiguration module 21, a segmentation module 22, and alearning module 23. Theconfiguration module 21 stores a plurality of music playing modes and is used for configuring the modes for the user. The dividing module 22 is configured to divide the time of day into a plurality of time intervals, that is, to divide 24 hours into a plurality of time intervals, for example, 0:00 to 6:00, 6:00 to 8:00, 8:00 to 11:00, and 11:00 to 13: 00. Each time interval in the partitioning module 22 corresponds to at least one music playing mode in the configuringmodule 21, and the invokingmodule 4 is specifically configured to obtain a music playing mode of a corresponding type in the configuringmodule 21 as a candidate playing mode according to the matching data output by the identifyingmodule 3 and the time interval in which the current time is located.
Referring to fig. 1, theplayback module 5 includes a cuttingunit 51, astorage unit 52, and asplicing unit 53. The cuttingunit 51 is used for a user to cut out a certain section of audio frequency spectrum of the music currently played by theplaying module 5 and generate a music fragment; thestorage unit 52 is used for storing the music pieces intercepted by the cuttingunit 51; thesplicing unit 53 is configured to combine at least two different pieces of music stored in thestorage unit 52 to generate new combined music. One of the music playing modes is a personalized mode, and when the personalized mode is set, theplaying module 5 plays the combined music stored in thestorage unit 52.
The implementation principle of the above embodiment is as follows:
after the smart sound box is started, therecognition module 3 recognizes the voice of the user to determine the identity of the user, so that theplaying module 5 plays one or more music playing modes corresponding to the current time for the user to select. When the user does not select within the set time, that is, the user does not speak voice within the set time, theplaying module 5 randomly selects one of the played music playing modes as the current playing mode.
When the user selects one of several music playing modes played by theplaying module 5, thecommunication module 1 obtains corresponding music data from the connected internet platform or mobile terminal and sends the music data to theplaying module 5 for playing, and meanwhile, theplaying module 5 adjusts the playing volume to be within a corresponding volume range according to the identity of the user.
When the music playing mode selected by the user is not in the several modes played by theplaying module 5, thelearning module 23 matches the music playing mode selected by the current voice of the user with the time interval of the current time and generates a matching relationship, so that the user can play the music in the next time interval when using the smart sound box, and the user can select the music.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a method for controlling an intelligent speaker based on an intelligent speaker control system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s1, establishing communication connection with an Internet platform or a mobile terminal;
s2, recording voice data of at least one user and configuring a plurality of music playing modes; each user of the at least one user corresponds to at least one music playing mode and one volume range data;
s3, acquiring the voice of the user and taking each music playing mode in the music playing modes corresponding to the user as a candidate playing mode according to the acquired voice of the user;
s4, playing the candidate playing modes one by one in a voice mode;
s5, acquiring voice selected by the user from the candidate playing mode and configuring the corresponding candidate playing mode into a matching mode according to the voice;
and S6, acquiring corresponding music data from the Internet platform or the mobile terminal according to the matching mode and playing the music data.
Referring to fig. 3, step S2 includes the following sub-steps:
s21, recording voice data of at least one user and configuring a plurality of music playing modes;
s22, dividing the time of a day into a plurality of time intervals;
and S23, matching at least one music playing mode for each time interval.
