Air outlet atmosphere lamp structureTechnical Field
The invention relates to an automobile decoration, in particular to an air outlet atmosphere lamp structure.
Background
With the increasing popularity of automobiles, people have higher requirements on automotive interiors, and consumers are difficult to motivate by traditional interior design schemes, so that continuous interior innovative design and differentiation become the necessary trend of interior development. For example, the existing treatment process of the surfaces of the air outlet shell, blades and buttons of the automobile interior instrument panel basically adopts mature process schemes such as electroplating, piano black, spraying-free or fire pattern and the like, and is difficult to form differentiation.

The invention aims to provide an air outlet atmosphere lamp structure so as to form a novel visual effect.
The invention discloses an air outlet atmosphere lamp structure, which comprises a shell with an air outlet formed at the upper end and a decoration piece arranged at the upper end of the shell, wherein a plurality of air outlet blades are arranged in the air outlet of the shell, a containing cavity is arranged between the upper end face of the shell and the decoration piece, a luminous body is arranged in the containing cavity, a plurality of air outlet blade light-transmitting parts facing the plurality of air outlet blades are arranged on the side wall of the containing cavity, and a plurality of air outlet blades are respectively provided with a reflecting part capable of reflecting light irradiated by the light-transmitting parts.
Further, the reflecting portion is provided at an upper edge of the tuyere blade.
Further, the reflecting portion is a high-gloss surface provided on the tuyere blade.
Further, the light-transmitting part is a light-transmitting gap arranged on the side wall of the accommodating cavity.
Further, the light-transmitting slit is formed between an inner edge of the garnish and an upper end surface of the housing.
Further, the ornamental piece is an opaque piece.
Further, the luminous body comprises a light source and a light guide for guiding light emitted by the light source.
Further, the accommodating cavity is an annular cavity surrounding the air outlet of the shell, and the light-transmitting part is an annular light-transmitting part surrounding the air outlet of the shell.
Further, the upper end face of the shell is provided with a reflecting groove for accommodating the luminous element.
Further, the plurality of tuyere blades are gradually lowered from the center of the air outlet of the housing to the edge of the air outlet of the housing in the up-down direction.
The invention has the advantages that the light emitted by the luminous element irradiates the tuyere blade through the light transmission part, and the reflection part maps, reflects and diverges the light emitted by the luminous body, so that a new visual effect is formed, and a uniform, soft and pleasant in-car atmosphere is baked.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The air outlet atmosphere lamp structure as shown in fig. 1 to 3 comprises a shell 1 with an air outlet formed at the upper end and adecoration piece 2 arranged at the upper end of the shell 1, wherein a plurality ofair outlet blades 4 are arranged in the air outlet of the shell 1, a containing cavity is arranged between the upper end face of the shell 1 and thedecoration piece 2, a luminous body is arranged in the containing cavity, the side wall of the containing cavity is provided with a light transmission part facing the plurality ofair outlet blades 4, and the plurality ofair outlet blades 4 are all provided with reflection parts capable of reflecting light irradiated by the light transmission part.
In one embodiment, the reflecting portion is provided at the upper edge of thetuyere blade 4.
In one embodiment, the reflective portion is a high-gloss surface provided on thetuyere blade 4. The blast surface may be formed on thetuyere blade 4 by a blast plating or blast painting process.
In one embodiment, the light-transmitting portion is a light-transmitting slit 6 provided on a side wall of the receiving chamber. Further, a light-transmitting slit 6 is formed between the inner edge of thegarnish 2 and the upper end surface of the housing 1. The use of the gap between the inner edge of thetrim 2 and the housing 1 as the light-transmitting slit 6 has the advantage of easy implementation and low cost.
In one embodiment, thedecoration 2 is an opaque member, and thedecoration 2 visually shields the light emitting member, so that more light emitted from the light emitting member is irradiated through the light transmitting portion.
In a specific embodiment, the luminaire comprises alight source 7 and alight guide 3 for guiding light emitted by thelight source 7. Thelight source 7 uses one or more LED light sources, which may be a single-color light source or a multi-color light source, in order to achieve a uniform display effect. From a cost point of view, thelight guide 3 may alternatively be an injection molded rigid light guide; thelight guide 3 may be selected from soft light guides in view of uniformity of the luminous efficacy.
In a specific embodiment, the cavity is an annular cavity disposed around the air outlet of the casing 1, and the light-transmitting portion is an annular light-transmitting portion disposed around the air outlet of the casing 1.
In one embodiment, the upper end face of the housing 1 is provided with alight reflecting groove 5 for accommodating a light emitting element. Thereflective trough 5 and thedecoration 2 enclose a containing cavity. The reflectinggroove 5 reflects and gathers the light emitted by the luminous element to the light transmitting part to irradiate out.
In one embodiment, the plurality oftuyere blades 4 are gradually lowered from the center of the air outlet of the casing 1 to the edge of the air outlet of the casing 1 in the up-down direction. So that the light emitted by the light emitting element falls ontomore tuyere blades 4.
The light emitted by the light emitting element irradiates thetuyere blade 4 through the light transmitting part, and the reflecting part maps, reflects and diverges the light emitted by the light emitting element, so that a new visual effect is formed, and a uniform, soft and pleasant atmosphere in the vehicle is set aside. The luminous element is hidden between the upper end face of the shell 1 and thedecoration 2, and the light emitted by the luminous element is converged and then uniformly falls on thetuyere blade 4, so that the visual effect is uniform and soft.
