Detailed Description

the drilling mechanism comprises adrilling motor 11, adriving rod 61, alifting driving cylinder 10, adrilling knife 7 and anouter protection cylinder 60, wherein the output end of thedrilling motor 11 is connected with thedriving rod 61 extending downwards, the driving rod is connected into the liftingdriving cylinder 10, the lower end of the lifting driving cylinder is detachably connected with thedrilling knife 7, and the outer protection cylinder is coaxially sleeved outside the lifting driving cylinder and the drilling knife;
thedrilling motor 11 drives the lifting driving cylinder to rotate through the driving rod and simultaneously drives the lifting driving cylinder to move up and down, and the lifting driving cylinder drives the drilling knife to rotate and simultaneously move up and down;
the bottom of the outerprotective cylinder 60 is also provided with apressing sleeve 64 for pressing the part to be drilled.

When a plurality of accounting vouchers need to be drilled, firstly, the accounting vouchers are placed between adrilling platform 8 and apressing plate 24, thescrew rod 21 is rotated, thepressing plate 24 connected with thescrew rod 21 moves downwards, so that thepressing plate 24 can press the accounting vouchers tightly, then apressing sleeve 64 is pressed and positioned at a position to be drilled, a switch of adrilling motor 11 is turned on, thedrilling motor 11 drives a lifting driving cylinder to move up and down through a driving rod, the lifting driving cylinder drives a drilling knife to move up and down while rotating, meanwhile, a negativepressure suction pipe 66 utilizes a negative pressure suction pump to draw out paper scraps, the problem of jamming of the drilling knife is prevented, the accounting vouchers on thedrilling platform 8 are drilled quickly and reliably, the first support rod 1 is pushed left and right, and asliding block 13 connected with the first support rod 1 slides in asliding groove 14 formed in thedrilling platform 8, therefore, theconical cutter 7 and thedrill rod 6 can be conveniently moved, and the accounting documents on thedrilling platform 8 can be conveniently drilled at different positions.
