Background
At present, the known anoscope structure mainly comprises an endoscope tube and an inner core, wherein the cylindrical head of the inner core is provided with a bulge, the outer diameter of the inner core is (slightly) smaller than the inner diameter of the endoscope tube, so that the inner core can be just sleeved into the endoscope tube, and the bulge part at the front end of the inner core just extends out of the endoscope tube. A method of using an anoscope, comprising the steps of:
(1) the lens core is sleeved in the lens barrel, the rubber liquid storage bag is filled with lubricating liquid, the handle on the lug boss is held by hand, the blocking piece is rotated to press the lens core, and the head end of the lens core firstly performs expansion preparation on the anus;
(2) the head end of the lens core is inserted until the lens barrel is sent into the anus through the circular truncated cone-shaped barrel, at the moment, the rubber liquid storage bag is pressed by holding the lens barrel, and lubricating liquid enters the infusion channel through the liquid outlet channel and then flows out of the liquid outlet hole;

(4) then the lens core is pulled out, the light source is powered on, and the lens is removed for observation.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the lubricant in the rubber liquid storage bag is pressed by holding the hand until the lubricant is discharged to the surface of the lens cone through the liquid conveying channel and the liquid outlet channel, so that the inner part of the anus is smooth enough, and when the lens cone is inserted into the inside, the excessive drying is avoided, thereby reducing the friction force and avoiding the damage in the anus;
the lubricating liquid flowing out of the surface of the lens cone in the operation process can be buffered and blocked by the inward sunken grooves of the circular sleeve and falls into the elastic corrugated sleeve, so that leakage is avoided, and pollution is avoided;
lubricating liquid can flow to the surface of the lens cone only when the liquid outlet hole is exposed by the round sleeve compressing the elastic corrugated sleeve, and the lubricating liquid plays a role in the operation process (namely when the lens cone is inserted into an anus to expand), so that the operation is facilitated;
the invention has simple structure, repeated cleaning and use, convenient use and high operation efficiency.

The number of theliquid channels 7 and theliquid outlet channels 8 is set according to the actual situation, in this embodiment, six groups of theliquid conveying channels 7 and theliquid outlet channels 8 are arranged and are distributed in the cylinder wall of thelens barrel 1 at equal intervals, theliquid conveying channels 7 are connected with theliquid outlet holes 13 throughliquid outlet channels 15, and the tail ends of the six groups of theliquid outlet channels 8 are connected with the tube II 12 after being communicated through the tube III.
The inner diameter of theliquid outlet channel 8 is larger than that of theliquid conveying channel 7, if the inner diameter of theliquid outlet channel 8 is 1.2 times that of theliquid conveying channel 7, the rubberliquid storage bag 11 is pressed by holding with a hand, the amount of the lubricating agent in theliquid outlet channel 8 is larger than that in the liquid conveyingchannel 7, the lubricating agent in theliquid conveying channel 7 continuously enters, pressure difference exists between theliquid outlet channel 8 and theliquid conveying channel 7, and the lubricating liquid can flow out from theliquid outlet hole 13 quickly.
The tail end of thetransfusion channel 7 is sealed by asealing plug 16, and thesealing plug 16 is opened, so that the lubricant in theliquid channel 7 and theliquid outlet channel 8 can be conveniently cleaned and cleaned after the operation.

A method of using an anoscope, comprising the steps of:
(1) when in use, thelens core 2 is sleeved in thelens barrel 1, the rubberliquid storage bag 11 is filled with lubricating liquid, thehandle 18 on thelug boss 4 is held by hand, the blockingpiece 19 is rotated to press thelens core 2, and the head end of thelens core 2 firstly performs expansion preparation on the anus;
(2) the head end of thelens core 2 is inserted until thelens barrel 1 is sent to the anus through the circular truncated cone-shaped barrel 3, at the moment, the rubberliquid storage bag 11 is held and pressed by hand, lubricating liquid enters theliquid conveying channel 7 through theliquid outlet channel 8 and then flows out from theliquid outlet hole 13, and due to the fact that pressure difference exists between theliquid outlet channel 8 and theliquid conveying channel 7, theliquid outlet channel 8 applies pressure to the liquid conveyingchannel 7, and the lubricating liquid can flow out from theliquid outlet hole 13 quickly;
(3) thelens cone 1 is inserted into the anus smoothly, thecircular sleeve 6 compresses theliquid leakage hole 13 of the elasticcorrugated sleeve 5, and thelens cone 1 is inserted into the anus easily until the expansion is finished;
(4) then extract themirror core 2,light source 10 circular telegram is opened, moves back the mirror and observes, and switch onlight source 10 back,rotatory lens cone 1 to suitable position can direct observation affected part through the opening part (tail end) oflens cone 1 to diagnose the operation, it can to withdraw fromlens cone 1 after diagnosing and treating.
