Background
When the cigarette burns, harmful gases such as carbon monoxide are generated. Along with the development of science and technology, heating non-combustion type electronic cigarettes appear, namely a baking mode is adopted, so that smoke is emitted from smoking articles for people to inhale. The heating mode of the electronic cigarette at present mainly comprises heating by winding a heating wire on a heating tube, heating by a heating sheet and heating by a heating needle. The heating tube winding heating wire heating has the advantages of being capable of realizing sectional heating, having the defects that the heating of the outer ring of the tobacco product is better than that of the inner ring or the center, having the advantages that the center of the tobacco product is well heated, having the defects that the heating tube cannot be used for sectional heating and is not easy to be pricked into the tobacco product, having the advantages that the heating needle heating is easy to be pricked into the tobacco product, and having the defect that the processing is complex. The application number 201811233110.7 discloses a heating element of a low-temperature non-combustion smoking set and a processing and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the two ends of the heating element are connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of a power supply, the heating element is folded in half and then is wrapped by an insulating layer, and then a cover is covered to form a heating element.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the electronic cigarette, wherein two ends of the heating element are electrically connected with a power supply through the first conductive unit and the second conductive unit, the two ends of the heating element are electrically connected with the power supply without doubling or a printed circuit, an insulating layer is not arranged on the heating element, so that the heating element is prevented from being short-circuited, and the whole heating element is simple to manufacture and process.

The electronic cigarette is characterized by comprising a shell component, a power supply component, a first conductive unit, a second conductive unit and a heating element, wherein the shell component is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and a cigarette cavity arranged in the shell component, the air inlet, the cigarette cavity and the air outlet are sequentially communicated, the first conductive unit and the second conductive unit are arranged on two sides of the cigarette cavity, one end of the heating element is fixed to the first conductive unit, the second conductive unit can move relative to the heating element to achieve contact or separation of the other end of the heating element and the second conductive unit, and the heating element is electrically connected with the power supply component through the first conductive unit and the second conductive unit.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The invention may be embodied in many other forms than described herein and similarly modified by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention, which is therefore not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.

The electronic cigarette comprises a shell component 1, a power component 2, a first conductive unit 3, a second conductive unit and a heating element 5, wherein a cigarette cavity 7 is arranged in the shell component 1, the cigarette cavity 7 can be directly formed by the shell component 1 or can be formed by other parts, the cigarette cavity 7 is taken as a cigarette placing pipe 9 for forming an example, the shell component 1 is provided with an air inlet 8 and an air outlet 6, and the air inlet 8, the cigarette cavity 7 and the air outlet 6 are sequentially communicated. The first conductive unit 3 is a circuit board, one end of the heating element 5 is welded to the circuit board, a through hole 14 for the heating element 5 to pass through is formed in the side wall of the smoke placing tube 9, and the first conductive unit 3 and the second conductive unit are respectively arranged on two sides of the smoke placing tube 9. When the tobacco product is required to be placed in the smoke placing pipe 9, the heating element 5 is positioned outside the smoke cavity 7, and after the tobacco product is placed in the smoke placing pipe 9, the heating element 5 is moved, so that the heating element 5 passes through the tobacco product to be in contact with the second conductive unit, and the heating element 5 is conducted with the power supply assembly 2 through the first conductive unit 3 and the second conductive unit. The two ends of the heating element 5 are electrically connected with a power supply through the first conductive unit 3 and the second conductive unit, the two ends of the heating element 5 are electrically connected with the power supply without doubling or a printed circuit, and an insulating layer is not arranged on the heating element 5 so as to avoid short circuit of the heating element 5, and the whole heating element is simple to manufacture and process.
The second conductive units comprise a plurality of (positive integer) plug bodies 4, wherein the plug bodies 4 are connected in series in pairs, or the plug bodies 4 are connected in parallel (the second conductive units can also be conductors arranged on the smoke placing tube 9, or the smoke placing tube 9 is made of conductors, and the smoke placing tube 9 serves as the second conductive unit). The plug body 4 is provided with a plug interface 401, and the heating element 5 is inserted into the plug body 4 to be electrically connected with the power supply assembly 2. The plug connector 401 can be elastically contracted, when the heating element 5 is inserted into the plug connector 401, the heating element 5 can be contacted with the inner side wall of the plug connector 4, so that the effective electric connection between the heating element 5 and the plug connector 4 is ensured, and the problem that the heating element 5 and the plug connector 4 are not contacted well due to the aperture machining error of the plug connector 401 or the machining error of the size of the heating element 5 is avoided, so that the heating element 5 is not contacted well with the power supply assembly 2 is avoided. The two schemes of the plug-in port 401 capable of elastically shrinking are listed, wherein the first scheme is that a notch 402 is formed in the side wall of the plug-in body 4, the notch 402 is U-shaped or V-shaped, when the heating element 5 is inserted, the size of the notch 402 is changed, so that the size of the plug-in port 401 is changed, the heating element 5 is well contacted with the plug-in body 4, the second scheme is that the plug-in body 4 comprises a first elastic piece 403 and a second elastic piece 404, the plug-in port 401 is formed between the first elastic piece 403 and the second elastic piece 404, when the heating element 5 is not inserted into the plug-in port 401, the distance between the first elastic piece 403 and the second elastic piece 404 is smaller than the thickness of the heating element 5, and when the heating element 5 is inserted into the heating element 5, the first elastic piece 403 and the second elastic piece 404 are separated under the action of the heating element 5, so that the heating element 5 is inserted into the plug-in port 401, and the first elastic piece 403 and the second elastic piece 404 are tightly attached to the heating element 5. The first spring plate 403 and the second spring plate 404 are made of copper or food grade stainless steel.
The shell assembly 1 comprises a first shell 101 and a second shell 102, the smoke cavity 7 and the second conductive unit are arranged in the first shell 101, the first conductive unit 3 and the power supply assembly 2 are arranged in the second shell 102, and the first shell 101 and the second shell 102 slide relatively to achieve contact or separation of the heating element 5 and the second conductive unit. By utilizing the sliding of the first shell 101 and the second shell 102, the heating element 5 is inserted into the cigarette cavity 7 or pulled out from the cigarette cavity 7, a needle storage cavity is not required, and the volume of the whole electronic cigarette is reduced. The locking mechanism 13 is arranged between the first shell 101 and the second shell 102, the locking mechanism is a push-pull electromagnet, the push-pull electromagnet comprises a base body, a movable iron core and a first spring, the first spring is sleeved on the movable iron core, the movable iron core is in sliding connection with the base body, when the push-pull electromagnet is powered on, the movable iron core drives the first shell and the second shell to slide under the action of magnetic force of the base body, when the push-pull electromagnet is powered off, the movable iron core locks the first shell and the second shell under the action of the first spring, or the locking mechanism is a second spring, and two ends of the second spring are respectively fixed on the first shell and the second shell to prevent the first shell and the second shell from sliding off and keep locking.
When the heating element 5 is in contact with the second conductive unit, the first housing 101 and the second housing 102 are not in conduction with air flow, so that harmful gas generated by the circuit board and the power supply when heating can be prevented from entering the smoke chamber 7, and thus the smoke chamber is sucked by people. The gap between the first shell 101 and the smoke placing pipe 9 forms an air inlet channel 10, and the air inlet, the air inlet channel, the smoke cavity and the air outlet are sequentially communicated. The gap between the first shell 101 and the smoke placing pipe 9 is used as an air inlet channel 10, so that waste heat can be reduced to be transmitted to the shell component 1 to prevent the shell component 1 from heating, and on the other hand, air before entering the smoke cavity 7 can be preheated, so that when the air enters the smoke cavity 7, less heat can be absorbed to enable smoke to be generated by the smoke product, and energy is saved. The air inlet 8 and the air outlet 6 are arranged at the same end of the first shell 101, so that air entering the air inlet channel 10 from the air inlet 8 can enter the smoke cavity 7 only by flowing a circle around the smoke tube 9, and more heat in the air inlet channel 10 can be taken away. In order to avoid smoke scalding, the aperture of the through hole 14 on the side wall of the smoke placing pipe 9 is larger than the diameter of the heating element 5, so that part of cold air can enter the smoke gun from the through hole 14 to be mixed with smoke, thereby reducing the temperature of the smoke and preventing the smoke from scalding. The air inlet 8 and the air outlet 6 are connected respectively to the both ends of putting tobacco pipe 9, put the bottom of tobacco pipe 9 promptly and switch on, and the air that gets into cigarette chamber 7 from the bottom is more than the air that gets into cigarette chamber 7 from lateral wall through-hole 14 like this, avoids smog cold air excessively, and smog taste is too light, influences the taste.
The electronic cigarette is further provided with a cover plate 11, the cover plate is matched with the air outlet, the cover plate leaks out or covers the air outlet when moving relative to the first shell, and the cover plate 11 can slide or rotate when moving relative to the first shell. The electronic cigarette is further provided with a reset mechanism, the reset mechanism comprises a third spring, the cover plate leaks out of the air outlet when the third spring is stressed, and the cover plate is driven by the third spring to reset and cover the air outlet when the third spring is not stressed.
The heating element is a heating needle or a heating sheet. The heating element 5 comprises a connecting section 501 and an inserting section 502, the resistance of the inserting section 502 is larger than that of the connecting section 501, one end of the connecting section 501 is fixed on the first conductive unit 3, the other end of the connecting section 501 is connected with one end of the inserting section 502, and the other end of the inserting section 502 is spliced with the splicing body 4. When the heating element 5 is inserted into the plug body 4, the part between the first conductive unit 3 and the smoke placing pipe 9 is the connecting section 501 of the heating element 5, and the rest is the inserting section 502. The connection section 501 has small resistance and less heat generation, so that on one hand, the connection section 501 can be prevented from overheating and damaging the first conductive unit 3 fixedly connected with the connection section 501, and on the other hand, the connection section 501 has small resistance and less heat generation, and less heat is transferred to the shell assembly 1 and the power supply assembly 2 in the air inlet passage 10. The connecting section 501 and the inserting section 502 can be formed by splicing two sections or can be integrally formed, and the connecting section 501 and the inserting section 502 can be made of the same material or different materials. If the connecting segment 501 and the insert segment 502 are made of the same material, the cross section of the insert segment 502 is smaller than the cross section of the connecting segment 501. Because of the same material resistance, the resistance is inversely proportional to the cross section.
A transition section 503 is further disposed between the connection section 501 and the insertion section 502, the transition section 503 makes the insertion section 502 smoothly transition to the connection section 501, and the transition section 503 is in a truncated cone shape.
When the cigarettes are filled into the cigarette cavity 7, the first shell 101 and the second shell 102 slide away under the action of pushing force of the push-pull electromagnet, the heating elements 5 are pulled out of the cigarette cavity 7, then the cigarettes are filled into the cigarette cavity 7, after the cigarettes are filled, the first shell 101 and the second shell 102 move towards each other under the action of the pulling force of the push-pull electromagnet until the heating elements 5 are inserted into the plug body 4, then the heating elements 5 generate heat, the heating elements 5 can be in one row, two rows or more rows, one row and two rows are described in detail, when the heating elements 5 are in one row, the heating elements 5 can be connected in parallel with each other, or can be connected in series, and the sectional heating or the integral heating of the cigarettes can be realized according to requirements. When the heating elements 5 are in two columns, the heating elements 5 of the same row may be connected in series or in parallel with each other. After the smoking is finished, the first shell 101 and the second shell 102 slide away under the action of push-pull electromagnet pushing force, so that the heating element 5 is pulled out of the smoking article, the smoking article is taken out of the smoking cavity 7, then the first shell 101 and the second shell 102 move towards each other under the action of push-pull electromagnet pulling force, the first shell 101 and the second shell 102 are locked, and the reset mechanism 12 pushes the cover plate 11 to seal the air outlet 6 and the air inlet 8.
