The improved main frame and the transverse and longitudinal disc mechanism arranged on the main frame have the advantages that the main frame can be flexibly lifted and adjusted in the vertical direction in the presence of the structures such as a fourth motor, a screw rod nut, a vertical sliding rail and a sliding block, so that the explosion beads can be implanted into filter rod tows with different heights, and the applicability is good.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The transverse disc mechanism and the longitudinal disc mechanism are both rotationally connected to the main frame, and the main frame is installed in the fixed frame and can be lifted and adjusted in the vertical direction, so that the applicability is good.

Description of the embodiments
The principles and features of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings, the examples are illustrated for the purpose of illustrating the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the invention provides a horizontal type horizontal and vertical disc centrifugal explosive bead on-line implantation device, which comprises a main frame 1, wherein the upper surface of the main frame 1 is rotationally connected with a horizontal type centrifugal cooking mechanism 1a, the front side of the main frame 1 is rotationally connected with a vertical disc mechanism 1b, the horizontal type centrifugal cooking mechanism 1a can uniformly distribute and convey two explosive beads to the vertical disc mechanism 1b at intervals, the main frame 1 is arranged in a fixed frame, and the main frame 1 can be lifted in the vertical direction to adjust the ground clearance of the vertical disc mechanism 1 b.
The longitudinal disc mechanism comprises a valve mechanism, the valve mechanism can implant the burst beads received by the longitudinal disc mechanism and conveyed by the transverse disc mechanism into the cigarette filter stick, and the valve mechanism of the longitudinal disc mechanism is in the prior art and is not described herein.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 11, the horizontal centrifugal cooking mechanism 1a includes a horizontal distribution tray 2 rotatably connected to the main frame 1, wherein a plurality of channel groups are uniformly spaced on the upper surface of the distribution tray 2 along the circumferential direction, each channel group is composed of a radially extending long channel 200 and a short channel 201, a circular hole 202 is formed in the center of the distribution tray 2, an annular cover plate 3 is disposed on the upper surface of the distribution tray 2, a separating ring 4 is disposed on the outer side of the annular cover plate 3, the annular cover plate 3 is fixedly connected with the distribution tray 2, the separating ring 4 is fixedly connected with the main frame 1, an inner feed cylinder 5 and an outer feed cylinder 6 are fixed on the annular cover plate 3, the inner end of the short channel 201 is communicated with the inner feed cylinder 5, the inner end of the short channel 201 is communicated with the outer feed cylinder 6 through a lower feed channel formed on the annular cover plate 3 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the inner feed cylinder 5 and the outer feed cylinder 5 are fixedly connected with the inner and outer feed cylinder 7, and the inner and outer feed cylinder 7 are fixedly connected with the inner and outer feed cylinder 7 and the outer feed cylinder 7, and the inner and the outer feed cylinder 7 are respectively arranged on the annular cover plate 3 and the inner and outer feed cylinder 7 and the outer end 7 are fixedly connected with the inner and the outer feed cylinder 7 and the inner and the outer feed cylinder 8.
It should be noted that, the outer fringe of distribution dish still has annular unloading ring, unloading ring and main frame fixed connection and separating ring outside compress tightly on the unloading ring, and the unloading ring can be stopped to explode the pearl by centrifugal force and is thrown away in other regions except the unloading point from in the length channel, and the unloading ring is current part, also can see this part in figures 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 etc. and is not described here again.
It should be noted that, the upper end of pivot 9 pass through fretwork support body 14 with the upper end fixed connection of outer perturbation dish 8, outer perturbation dish 8 inside wall with the lateral wall clearance fit of interior feed cylinder 5. Specifically, the fretwork support body includes a fretwork bottom plate, ring roof and connects a plurality of vertical connecting rods of ring roof at the bottom of the fretwork, fretwork bottom plate center and pivot fixed connection, the top fixed connection of ring roof outer fringe and outer disturbance dish, the center round hole of ring roof is the feed inlet of interior feed cylinder.
Further, the bottom surface of the distribution plate 2 is coaxially provided with a circular truncated cone 203 protruding downwards, the main frame 1 is provided with a mounting hole for the circular truncated cone 203 to pass through, and the rotating shaft 9 is rotatably connected with the circular truncated cone 203 through a bearing piece sleeved outside.
Further, a first driving wheel 10 is coaxially fixed at the lower end of the circular cylinder 203, the first driving wheel 10 is in transmission connection with a driving wheel of a first motor 16 fixed on the main frame 1 through a synchronous belt, a second driving wheel 11 is coaxially fixed at the lower end of the rotating shaft 9, and the second driving wheel 11 is in transmission connection with a driving wheel of a second motor 15 fixed on the main frame 1 through a synchronous belt.
It should be noted that, in addition to the above connection via a synchronous belt, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that a transmission connection may also be made via a gear assembly.
Regarding the long and short channels on the upper surface of the distribution tray, it should be noted that, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the long channels 200 and the short channels 201 are both linear and 16 in number, the circumferential included angle between two adjacent long channels or two short channels is 22.5 degrees, and the circumferential included angle between two adjacent long channels and short channels is 11.25 degrees, as shown in fig. 8. It will be appreciated that the long and short channels may be arcuate channels having a degree of curvature in addition to the radially linear channels described above.
Further, an annular material distributing groove 204 is arranged on the upper surface of the distributing disc 2 near the outer edge, a section of arc material distributing strip 400 protruding downwards is arranged on the inner side of the lower surface of the separating ring 4, and the material distributing strip 400 is provided with a wedge-shaped tip and is inserted into the material distributing groove 204.
Further, a gas hole 401 is formed in the separating ring 4, the gas hole 401 is located at the outer side of the material separating strip 400, a compressing fixing ring 12 is arranged on the separating ring 4, and a gas blowing nozzle 13 corresponding to the gas hole 401 is fixed on the compressing fixing ring 12.
Further, the lower parts of the inner perturbation disc 7 and the outer perturbation disc 8 are respectively provided with conical surfaces with thin upper part and thick lower part, the outer edge of the lower part of the inner perturbation disc 7 is close to the inner end of the long groove 200 and can enable the explosion beads in the inner charging barrel 5 to gather towards the inner end of the long groove 200, and the outer edge of the lower part of the outer perturbation disc 8 is close to the upper end of the discharging channel on the annular cover plate 3 and can enable the explosion beads in the outer charging barrel 6 to gather towards the upper end of the discharging channel.
Further, the inner end of the short channel 201 is provided with a chute 2010 which is obliquely upwards matched with the lower end of the blanking channel.
Further, the vertical disc mechanism 1b comprises a bead planting disc, a rotating shaft is fixed at the rear side of the bead planting disc, a third driving wheel 17 is coaxially fixed at the rear end of the rotating shaft, a third motor 18 is fixed on the lower surface of the main frame 1, and a driving wheel of the third motor 18 is in transmission connection with the third driving wheel 17 through a synchronous belt.
