Background
A chromatograph for chromatographic separation and analysis comprises a sample introduction system, a detection system, a recording and data processing system, a temperature control system, a mobile phase control system and the like, wherein the modern chromatograph has the characteristics of high stability, sensitivity, versatility, high automation degree and the like, and comprises a gas chromatograph, a liquid chromatograph, a gel chromatograph and the like, the chromatographs are widely used for chemical products and analysis of certain content of high molecular materials, the gel chromatograph can also measure the molecular weight and the distribution of the high molecular materials, the earliest application of the chromatograph is used for separating phytochrome, and the method comprises the following steps: putting calcium carbonate into a glass tube, pouring petroleum ether containing plant pigment (plant leaf extract) into the tube, wherein the upper end of the glass tube immediately shows a mixed band of several colors, washing with pure petroleum ether, continuously moving the band downwards along with the addition of petroleum ether, gradually separating into several bands of different colors, and continuously washing to respectively obtain pigments of various colors, and respectively identifying the pigments, thereby obtaining the name of a chromatography.
The gas chromatograph is a chromatographic analysis instrument using gas as a mobile phase, and the principle is mainly that the separation of a mixture is realized by utilizing the difference of the boiling point, the polarity and the adsorption property of a substance, a sample to be analyzed is gasified in a gasification chamber and then is brought into a chromatographic column by inert gas, the column contains a liquid or solid stationary phase, each component in the sample tends to form distribution or adsorption balance between the mobile phase and the stationary phase, along with the flowing of carrier gas, the components of the sample are repeatedly distributed or adsorbed and desorbed in the motion, the component with high distribution concentration in the carrier gas firstly flows out of the chromatographic column, and the component with high distribution concentration in the stationary phase flows out after being distributed, the traditional gas chromatograph is inconvenient to carry and needs to be held by a user for moving, however, the gas chromatograph consumes excessive manpower and material resources and is inconvenient to use, and if a moving mechanism such as a universal wheel is installed, the moving problem is solved, also there is the universal wheel to support to have and places the unstability, use under the outdoor environment very much, in case when meetting outdoor ground unevenness, then can appear placing the unstability, place the unstability and then lead to being unfavorable for the sample and pour into the work, make the sample take place the weeping problem when pouring into easily, and when pouring into the sample, the syringe is difficult for placing, when outdoor, most utilize the people hand to place, be unfavorable for sample analysis more, be difficult for the retrieval and utilization, lead to the result of use not good, and there is the heat dissipation in traditional gas chromatograph and remove dust problem that is difficult to the compatibility.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a chromatograph comprises a chromatograph box, a top plate, a sample placing mechanism, a dustproof mechanism, supporting legs, a moving mechanism and a hand wheel, wherein the top plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the chromatograph box, the sample placing structure used for storing samples is movably arranged on one side of the chromatograph box, the dustproof structure used for preventing dust is arranged on the surface of the chromatograph box, the supporting legs used for supporting are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the chromatograph box, the moving mechanism used for moving and carrying is arranged inside the supporting legs, and the hand wheel used for controlling the moving mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the surface of the chromatograph box;
the moving mechanism comprises a gear, the gear is located inside the chromatograph box, a rack plate is arranged on one side of the gear in a meshed mode, moving wheels are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the rack plate through telescopic sleeve rods, a fixing plate is arranged on the other side of the gear in a meshed mode, a dust guard is fixedly arranged on one side, far away from the gear, of the fixing plate, and heat dissipation holes located in the surface of the chromatograph box are formed in one side of the dust guard.

Specifically, the equal fixed mounting in both sides of chromatograph case inner chamber bottom has the guide rail, the inside sliding connection of guide rail has the movable block, one side fixedly connected with rack plate of movable block, one side that rack plate is close to the gear is provided with the tooth's socket, and the gear is connected with the tooth's socket meshing.
Specifically, one side of the fixing plate, which is close to the gear, is provided with a connecting tooth groove, the connecting tooth groove is meshed with the gear, a fixing groove is formed in the bottom of the fixing plate, a guide rod is movably connected inside the fixing groove, and a telescopic spring is sleeved on the surface of the guide rod.
Specifically, one side fixedly connected with dust guard of gear is kept away from to the fixed plate, the outside of dust guard is provided with the louvre, dust guard, louvre and dust screen set up from inside to outside.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the chromatograph provided by the invention has the advantages that when the chromatograph is used and needs to be placed stably, the hand wheel is rotated to drive the gear to rotate, the rack plate is driven to move upwards in the gear rotating process so as to drive the moving wheel to move upwards when the chromatograph is used and needs to be placed stably, the moving wheel is accommodated in the supporting leg, the supporting leg is contacted with the ground and is supported by the supporting leg, the purpose of stable placement in use is achieved, meanwhile, the fixed plate is driven by the gear to move downwards, the dustproof plate is separated from the side face of the radiating hole, the radiating hole can be used for radiating, the purposes of stable placement and synchronous radiating can be achieved, the use effect is greatly improved, and the dust screen is pulled downwards simultaneously, and the front side of louvre is removed to the dust screen, plays dirt-proof purpose, avoids the dust to enter into the inside of chromatograph case for when reaching and placing stability and radiating, remove dust and handle.
(2) When the chromatograph is used for an outdoor chromatograph, the problem of liquid leakage during sample injection is easily caused due to the fact that the sample cannot be injected easily because the sample cannot be placed stably outdoors, and the problem that the syringe cannot be placed easily when the sample is injected is solved.
