Background
Infusion is a common means of treatment and care in hospitals. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a transfusion monitoring method which is adaptive to different Murphy dropper sizes and can be sleeved on Murphy droppers with different specifications in a seat filling mode.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides an infrared speed measurement, a novel dropper fixing mode, a seat type charging technology, a wireless communication technology and the like to realize intelligent monitoring management, setting and alarming of multi-tube-diameter infusion, and has the following main technical effects:
(1) the dropper fixing seat is matched with a left baffle and a right baffle in a combined mode, a Murphy dropper with a small pipe diameter is hung, the right baffle is pushed into the upper end of the dropper fixing seat to prevent the instrument from falling off in the use process, a Murphy dropper with a large pipe diameter is hung, and the left baffle is pushed out of the upper end of the dropper fixing seat to prevent the instrument from falling off in the use process;
(2) when the voltage is insufficient, the charging device can be directly placed on the charger for direct charging;
(3) in the monitoring process, the nursing staff monitors the infusion speed, the remaining time and the like in real time at any time through the liquid crystal screen and the data uploaded to the system, and once abnormal buzzer prompts;
(4) direct counting is adopted, speed measurement is simple and convenient, meanwhile, the instantaneity is better, error processing is combined, and errors generated due to environmental factors (such as shaking of equipment, speed regulation and the like) are eliminated.

The infusion monitoring method of the device comprises the following steps:

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the dropper fixing seat 11 further includes adropper limiting boss 111 disposed on an inner wall of the dropper fixing seat 11, and the height of the protrusion is adjusted according to the diameter of the dropper, so as to prevent the dropper with a small diameter from falling off.
The transmittingpipe 651 and thereceiving pipe 652 of the infrared pair ofpipes 65 are arranged 8mm-12mm away from the top end of the fixed seat of thedropper 20.
In order to reduce the error in S30, the average time interval of 8 pulses is calculated, and the value of the maximum error removal, that is, the time interval after error removal is recorded as T (∑ T10+ T20+ T30+ … + T80)/8, T10-T80 is the time interval of each of the 8 pulses in milliseconds, and the drop rate after error removal is recorded as S60000/T, and the unit of S is drop/minute.
The bottom of therear shell 14 further comprises a base charging electrode sheet, which is connected with thecharging manager 66, and therechargeable battery 7 is charged through thecharging manager 66. Therechargeable battery 7 has the capacity of 1200-2000mAh, and can ensure that the monitoring machine can normally work for about 7 days.
The inner part of thekey 2 comprises a snap dome to increase the elasticity of thekey 2. The top parts of theleft baffle 12 and theright baffle 13 are both provided with anti-slip threads, so that the operation is more convenient when the positions of theleft baffle 12 and theright baffle 13 are adjusted, in S10, if the monitored pipe diameter of the Murphy 'Sdropper 20 is larger than the default pipe diameter, theleft baffle 12 is pushed out, and the Murphy' Sdropper 20 is placed in the dropper fixing seat 11; if the monitored pipe diameter of the Murphy'sdropper 20 is smaller than the default pipe diameter, the Murphy'sdropper 20 is placed into the dropper fixing seat 11 and pushed into theright baffle 13. The buzzer fixing seat 4 is clamped on the circuit board 6 and covers thebuzzer 63 to prevent shaking. The wireless communication module 64 includes an RF chip, and uploads the drop velocity f in S30.
