Background
While snoring occurs due to various reasons such as obstruction of respiratory passages, age, obesity, etc., the main reason for snoring is that when the respiratory passages become narrowed due to the fact that soft tissue portions of the throat such as the soft jaw, the tongue root, etc. are pulled down by gravity, the sucked air must be forced through the narrow place, and at this time, the resistance of the air becomes large, and thus the mucous membrane or secretions of the narrowed portion of the respiratory passages vibrate, or a friction sound is generated, which is snoring.
In order to fundamentally solve the problem of snoring, the snoring stopper is needed to prop against the lower jaw to move forward, so that the upper jaw and the lower jaw are dislocated; the common snore stopper is worn on teeth, so that the obtained model data of the teeth and the upper jaw and the lower jaw can be input into a 3D printer for printing and forming in order to design and manufacture the snore stopper which meets the different oral structures of each person with high accuracy, the printed snore stopper can meet the requirements of a wearer, the whole body of the snore stopper is reduced, the foreign body sensation after wearing is reduced, and the comfort level is increased; however, the 3D printed product has various drawbacks due to limitations of materials, such as: the resin material has the phenomenon of wear resistance, is easy to damage when being worn directly, and seriously affects the service life; the printed product of the alloy material solves the durability problem, but because of the rigid nature of the metal, the user can feel very uncomfortable.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provide the double-sided coated snore stopper, which can solve the problem of durability of the snore stopper and increase wearing comfort.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the double-sided coated snore stopper, which can enable the snore stopper to fully conform to the oral cavity structure of a wearer and overcome uncomfortable feeling caused by alloy materials.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a manufacturing method of a double-sided coated snore stopper comprises the following steps:
A. scanning a plaster dental cast of the oral cavity of a patient to obtain an oral cavity structure digital model;
B. Designing a tooth socket main body according to the digital model obtained by scanning;
C. inputting design data to a 3D printer to fabricate a physical mouthpiece body;
D. Polishing the tooth socket main body;
E. Placing the soft dental diaphragm on the inner side of the dental floss main body, and then placing the soft dental floss main body and the soft dental floss into a vacuum forming machine for coating processing;
F. and E, after the step is finished, placing the hard dental diaphragm on the outer side of the dental floss main body, and then placing the dental floss main body and the hard dental floss main body into a vacuum forming machine for coating processing.
Further, after the step D is completed, a vent hole is formed in the dental floss main body at the top of the dental floss crown.
Further, in the step B, the thickness of the wrapping film is required to be reserved at the inner side surface of the dental floss main body, which is contacted with teeth, by 0.2-0.5mm.
The double-sided coated snore relieving device manufactured by the manufacturing method comprises a tooth socket main body, wherein soft tooth diaphragms are coated on the inner side of the tooth socket main body, and hard tooth diaphragms are coated on the outer side of the tooth socket main body.
Preferably, the soft dental film is made of TPU.
Preferably, the hard dental film is made of PET-G.
Preferably, the dental mouthpiece body is provided with a vent hole at the top of the dental crown.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the soft dental film and the hard dental film are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the dental sleeve main body made of the alloy material, and the soft dental film is used for replacing the alloy material to be contacted with teeth so as to increase comfort; the hard dental diaphragm can ensure the normal movement of the upper and lower jaw dental sleeves while maintaining the strength of the snore stopper.

C. Inputting design data to a 3D printer to make a solid mouthpiece body 1;
D. Polishing the dental floss main body 1;
E. The soft dental film 2 is placed on the inner side of the dental floss main body 1 and then is placed in a vacuum forming machine for coating processing;
F. And E, after the step is finished, placing the hard dental film 3 on the outer side of the dental mouthpiece main body 1, and then placing the dental film into a vacuum forming machine for coating processing.
Preferably, the ventilation hole 4 is formed at the top of the dental crown of the dental mouthpiece body 1 after the step D is completed.
