The working principle is as follows:
in the work, the operationtop plate 3 and thebuoyancy tank 4 are moved to the position needing drilling, then the winding motor 1 at the top rolls theequidistant chain 52 in thechain protection box 2 to enable thepositioning anchor post 5 to gradually descend, ananti-collision ring 6 is arranged around thebuoyancy tank 4 for connection in order to avoid colliding other sharp objects in the movement, and then a connecting side plate 7 at the edge is used for the passing of personnel.
