After thefourth receiving module 51 receives the response message indicating that the first group call context is failed to be established, if thethird sending module 52 detects that the speaking right changes, the third sending module sends a second group call context establishing request message to the base station, so that the base station establishes a second group call context according to the second group call context establishing request message. If the second group call context is successfully established, the base station returns a response message that the second group call context is successfully established to thefourth receiving module 51. For example, after thefourth receiving module 51 receives the response message of the first group call context setup failure returned by the base station I, and thethird sending module 52 detects that the speaking right changes, sends a second group call context setup request message to the base station I to request to setup the call P, and if the call M and/or the call N is released at this time, the base station I may set up the call P according to the second group call context setup request message at this time. If the call P is successfully established, the base station I may return a response message that the second group call context is successfully established to thefourth receiving module 51.

The eMMC provided by the embodiment of the invention analyzes the cause value of the failure of establishing the first group calling context through the response message of the failure of establishing the first group calling context, which is sent from the base station, and sends a second group calling context establishing request message to the base station if the change of the speaking right is detected; the base station establishes a second group calling context according to the second group calling context establishing request message; the response message of the first group call context establishment failure is sent by the base station according to the first group call context establishment request message sent by the eMM when the first group call context is established, if the reason that the group call resource is limited is judged to be known, the response message includes the reason value of the first group call context establishment failure, and the reason value is that the group call resource is limited. The eMMC provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize that when the group call resource is limited, the cluster terminal in the service range of the base station can also receive the group call service, thereby obviously improving the use experience of users.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a group call service establishment system provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the system includes: at least one of thebase station 60 described in the above embodiments and the eMME61 described in the above embodiments. Specifically, the embodiment of the present invention provides a group call service establishment system, which includes at least onebase station 60 and aneMME 61. When knowing that a user equipment within the service range of thebase station 60 requests to join the group call service, the eMME61 may send a first group call context setup request message to thebase station 60, and after receiving the first group call context setup request message, thebase station 60 sets up a first group call context according to the first group call context setup request message. If thebase station 60 knows that the group call resources are limited by judgment when establishing the first group call context, it returns a response message indicating that the establishment of the first group call context fails to theeMM 61, where the response message includes a cause value indicating that the establishment of the first group call context fails, and the cause value indicates that the group call resources are limited. TheeMM 61 receives the response message that the first group call context is failed to establish, if the change of the speaking right is detected, a second group call context establishing request message is sent to thebase station 60, and thebase station 60 establishes a second group call context according to the second group call context establishing request message. If the second group call context is successfully established, thebase station 60 returns a response message that the second group call context is successfully established to theeMM 61.
In the group call service establishment system provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when a first group call context is established according to a first group call context establishment request message sent by an eMME through a base station, if it is determined that group call resources are limited, a response message indicating that the first group call context establishment fails is sent to the eMME, where the response message includes: the eMMC sends a second group call context establishment request message to the base station if detecting that the speaking right changes, and the base station establishes a second group call context according to the second group call context establishment request message, so that a trunking terminal in the service range of the base station can also receive the group call service when the group call resources are limited, and the use experience of a user is remarkably improved.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device includes: a processor (processor)71, a memory (memory)72, and abus 73, wherein: the processor 71 and the memory 72 are communicated with each other through thebus 73; the processor 71 is configured to call program instructions in the memory 72 to perform the methods provided by the above-mentioned method embodiments, including: receiving a first group call context establishment request message sent by eGME; when a first group call context is established according to the first group call context establishment request message, if judging that the group call resources are limited, sending a response message of failure in establishing the first group call context to the eMM; wherein the response message includes: the first group call context is established with failure reason value, the reason value is that group call resource is limited; receiving a second group call context establishment request message sent by the eNME; wherein the second group call context setup request message is sent when the eMM detects that the speaking right changes; and establishing a second group calling context according to the second group calling context establishing request message.
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer program product, which includes a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the computer program including program instructions, when the program instructions are executed by a computer, the computer can execute the methods provided by the above method embodiments, for example, the method includes: receiving a first group call context establishment request message sent by eGME; when a first group call context is established according to the first group call context establishment request message, if judging that the group call resources are limited, sending a response message of failure in establishing the first group call context to the eMM; wherein the response message includes: the first group call context is established with failure reason value, the reason value is that group call resource is limited; receiving a second group call context establishment request message sent by the eNME; wherein the second group call context setup request message is sent when the eMM detects that the speaking right changes; and establishing a second group calling context according to the second group calling context establishing request message.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer instructions, where the computer instructions cause the computer to perform the methods provided by the above method embodiments, for example, the methods include: receiving a first group call context establishment request message sent by eGME; when a first group call context is established according to the first group call context establishment request message, if judging that the group call resources are limited, sending a response message of failure in establishing the first group call context to the eMM; wherein the response message includes: the first group call context is established with failure reason value, the reason value is that group call resource is limited; receiving a second group call context establishment request message sent by the eNME; wherein the second group call context setup request message is sent when the eMM detects that the speaking right changes; and establishing a second group calling context according to the second group calling context establishing request message.
The above-described embodiments of the electronic device and the like are merely illustrative, where the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may also be distributed on multiple network units. Claims (10)

1. A method for establishing a group call service, comprising:
a base station receives a first group call context establishment request message sent by eGME;
according to the first group call context establishment request message, when establishing a first group call context, if judging that the group call resources are limited, the base station sends a response message of failure in establishing the first group call context to the eMM; wherein the response message includes: the first group call context is established with failure reason value, the reason value is that group call resource is limited;
the base station receives a second group call context establishment request message sent by the eGME; the second group call context establishment request message is sent when the eMMC detects that the speaking right of the group call group changes;
and establishing a second group calling context according to the second group calling context establishing request message.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein establishing a second group call context based on the second group call context setup request message comprises:
establishing a request message according to the second group call context, and sending cluster paging messages and group call configuration information to the UE; wherein the group paging message comprises: group identification and group priority, the group call configuration information includes: call ID, call type, call attributes, call video description, and call voice description;
and establishing a group calling service with the UE according to the trunking paging message and the group calling configuration information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after said establishing a second group call context according to said second group call context establishment request message, further comprising:
receiving a downlink NAS transmission message sent by the eMMC, wherein the downlink NAS transmission message comprises a talk right notification message; the downlink NAS transmission message is sent when the eMMC detects that the call right of the group call group changes;
and sending the current speaking right state to the UE according to the speaking right notification message.
4. A method for establishing a group call service, comprising:
eMMC sends a first group call context establishment request message to a base station;
the eMMC receives a response message which is sent by the base station and fails to establish the first group call context; wherein, the response message is sent when the base station establishes the first group call context according to the first group call context establishment request message and the group call resource is known to be limited by judgment, and the response message comprises: the first group call context is established with failure reason value, the reason value is that group call resource is limited;
if the eMM detects that the speaking right of the group calling group changes, the eMM sends a second group calling context establishment request message to the base station, so that the base station establishes a second group calling context according to the second group calling context establishment request message.
5. A base station, comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive a first group call context setup request message sent by an eMME;
a judging module, configured to send a response message indicating that establishment of the first group call context fails to the eMME if it is judged that the group call resource is limited when the first group call context is established according to the first group call context establishment request message; wherein the response message includes: the first group call context is established with failure reason value, the reason value is that group call resource is limited;
a second receiving module, configured to receive a second group call context setup request message sent by the eMME; the second group call context establishment request message is sent when the eMMC detects that the speaking right of the group call group changes;
and the context establishing module is used for establishing a second group calling context according to the second group calling context establishing request message.
6. The base station of claim 5, wherein the context establishing module comprises:
the sending submodule is used for establishing a request message according to the second group calling context and sending a cluster paging message and group calling configuration information to the UE; wherein the group paging message comprises: group identification and group priority, the group call configuration information includes: call ID, call type, call attributes, call video description, and call voice description;
and the establishing submodule is used for establishing the group calling service with the UE according to the trunking paging message and the group calling configuration information.
7. An eMMC, comprising:
a second sending module, configured to send a first group call context setup request message to the base station;
a fourth receiving module, configured to receive a response message sent by the base station that the first group call context is failed to be established; wherein, the response message is sent when the base station establishes the first group call context according to the first group call context establishment request message and the group call resource is known to be limited by judgment, and the response message comprises: the first group call context is established with failure reason value, the reason value is that group call resource is limited;
and the third sending module is used for sending a second group call context establishment request message to the base station if the speaking right of the group call group is detected to be changed, so that the base station can establish a second group call context according to the second group call context establishment request message.
8. A group call service setup system, comprising: at least one base station as claimed in claim 5 or 6, and an eNME as claimed in claim 7.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
