Background
The communication equipment, ICD for short, is used for wired communication equipment and wireless communication equipment in industrial control environment. The wired communication equipment mainly introduces equipment for solving serial port communication, professional bus type communication, industrial Ethernet communication and conversion among various communication protocols in industrial fields, and mainly comprises equipment such as a router, a switch, a modem and the like. The wireless communication equipment mainly comprises wireless AP, a wireless network bridge, a wireless network card, a wireless lightning arrester, an antenna and the like. The communication also includes military communication and civil communication, and the three communication operators in China are mobile communication, communication and telecommunication communication. The electronic communication equipment has the greatest advantages of no limitation of environment and region, no need of line limitation, certain mobility, low construction difficulty and low cost, and can communicate through wireless connection in a mobile state; however, the electronic communication equipment has weak interference resistance, slow transmission rate, limited bandwidth, limited transmission distance and low cost. However, wireless communication is changing the corresponding technology to make the transmission rate higher (802,11n rate can reach 100Mbps not lower than wired communication), more stable and more convenient, so electronic communication devices will be the development trend. With the development of electronic communication devices, electronic communication devices are increasingly applied in real life, but the use of electronic communication devices is not limited by environments and regions, which causes great inconvenience in real-time monitoring and remote monitoring of electronic communication devices.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is that the use of the electronic communication device is not limited by environment and region, which causes great inconvenience for real-time monitoring and remote monitoring of the electronic communication device.

the equipment working condition detection module comprises a power equipment voltage detector, a power equipment current detector and an electromagnetic detector, detects the voltage, current and electromagnetic influence conditions of the power equipment, and transmits data to the information transmission module;
the environment information monitoring module is used for detecting the temperature, the humidity and the air quality in the environment where the electronic communication equipment is located, comprises a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and an air quality sensor and transmits data to the information transmission module;
the information transmission module is used for receiving data detected by the equipment working condition detection module and the environmental information monitoring module and converting the digital information into an electronic information mode;
the monitoring management unit transmits the detection data of each detection assembly to the remote monitoring terminal in a wireless communication mode and displays the detection data through intelligent terminal equipment;
the data analysis module integrates the detection data received by the monitoring management unit, judges whether an abnormal condition occurs or not after comparing and analyzing the detection data with a preset working condition value, and displays an analysis result through the monitoring management unit;
and the master control module comprises a power equipment regulation and control module and an environmental factor regulation and control module, and is used for remotely regulating and controlling the electronic communication equipment when abnormal conditions occur according to the analysis result of the data analysis module.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the equipment working condition detection module and the environmental information monitoring module are connected to the information transmission module, the information transmission module is connected to the monitoring management unit, the monitoring management unit is connected to the data analysis module, and the data analysis module is connected to the master control module.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the environment information monitoring module is connected to a local weather monitoring station and sends the comparison result of the detection information and the weather monitoring station information to the monitoring management unit.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the data analysis module is connected to the master control module and the automatic alarm module, and the automatic alarm module comprises an emergency stop unit and a remote reminding module.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the information transmission module comprises an equipment working condition access module, an environmental information acquisition module and a data conversion module; wherein,
the equipment working condition access module is used for accessing real-time working condition data of each power equipment, including current, voltage and electromagnetism;
the environment information acquisition module is used for accessing detection data of the environment information monitoring module, wherein the detection data comprises temperature information, humidity information and air quality information;
and the data conversion module is used for converting the digital information received by the equipment working condition access module and the environmental information acquisition module into an electronic information mode.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the monitoring management unit comprises a wireless access module, a remote monitoring terminal and a monitoring display module; wherein,
the wireless access module is used for connecting the data transmission module to the wireless communication module, and the output end of the wireless communication module is connected to the wireless access module;
the wireless access module is arranged on the remote monitoring terminal;
and the remote monitoring terminal is provided with an electronic display screen for controlling the display mode of the electronic display screen.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the data analysis module comprises a data integration module, a preset value storage module, a data comparison module and a result analysis module; wherein,
the data integration module is used for performing hierarchical integration on the data received by the wireless access module, and the data comprises power equipment working condition data and environment information data;
the preset value storage module is used for storing rated working condition data of the power equipment and environment information data of the electronic communication equipment in the most suitable working state;
the data comparison module is used for comparing the power equipment working condition data and the environment information data processed by the data integration module with the rated working condition data of the power equipment and the environment information data of the electronic communication equipment in the most suitable working state;
and the result analysis module analyzes the numerical result compared by the data comparison module in a drawing and difference calculation mode and judges whether the detection result exceeds the normal working condition.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the device working condition detection module detects voltage, current and electromagnetic influence conditions of the power device, the environment information monitoring module detects temperature, humidity and air quality in the environment where the electronic communication device is located, and the information transmission module receives detection data and converts digital information into an electronic information mode; the detection data of each detection assembly is transmitted to the remote monitoring terminal in a wireless communication mode and displayed through the intelligent terminal device, the detection data received by the monitoring management unit are integrated, after comparison and analysis are carried out on the detection data and the preset working condition values, whether abnormal conditions occur or not is judged, and according to the analysis result of the data analysis module, remote regulation and control are carried out on the electronic communication device when the abnormal conditions occur through the main control module. The invention can detect the electronic communication equipment in real time, can transmit the detected information to the remote monitoring terminal, observes the electronic communication equipment through remote monitoring and further controls the electronic communication equipment, has more accurate control degree and ensures the safe operation of the electronic communication equipment.

the equipment working condition detection module 1 comprises a power equipment voltage detector 11, a power equipment current detector 12 and an electromagnetic detector 13, detects the voltage, current and electromagnetic influence conditions of the power equipment, and transmits data to the information transmission module 3;
the environment information monitoring module 2 is used for detecting the temperature, the humidity and the air quality in the environment where the electronic communication equipment is located, comprises a temperature sensor 21, a humidity sensor 22 and an air quality sensor 23, and transmits data to the information transmission module 3;
the information transmission module 3 is used for receiving the data detected by the equipment working condition detection module 1 and the environmental information monitoring module 2 and converting the digital information into an electronic information mode;

Further, the equipment working condition detection module 1 and the environmental information monitoring module 2 are connected to the information transmission module 3, the information transmission module 3 is connected to the monitoring management unit 4, the monitoring management unit 4 is connected to the data analysis module 5, and the data analysis module 5 is connected to the master control module 6.
Further, the environmental information monitoring module 2 is connected to a local weather monitoring station, and sends the comparison result of the detection information and the weather monitoring station information to the monitoring management unit 4.
Further, the data analysis module 5 is connected to a master control module 6 and an automatic alarm module, and the automatic alarm module comprises an emergency stop unit and a remote reminding module.
Further, the information transmission module 3 includes an equipment working condition access module 31, an environmental information acquisition module 32, and a data conversion module 33; wherein,
the equipment working condition access module 31 is used for accessing real-time working condition data of each power equipment, including current, voltage and electromagnetism;
the environmental information acquisition module 32 is used for accessing detection data of the environmental information monitoring module, wherein the detection data comprises temperature information, humidity information and air quality information;

the equipment working condition detection module 1 and the environmental information monitoring module 2 are connected to the information transmission module 3, the information transmission module 3 is connected to the monitoring management unit 4, the monitoring management unit 4 is connected to the data analysis module 5, and the data analysis module 5 is connected to the master control module 6; the equipment working condition detection module 1 comprises a power equipment voltage detector 11, a power equipment current detector 12 and an electromagnetic detector 13, detects the voltage, current and electromagnetic influence conditions of the power equipment, and transmits data to the information transmission module 3; the environment information monitoring module 2 detects the temperature, humidity and air quality of the environment where the electronic communication equipment is located, comprises a temperature sensor 21, a humidity sensor 22 and an air quality sensor 23, and transmits data to the information transmission module 3; the information transmission module 3 receives data detected by the equipment working condition detection module 1 and the environmental information monitoring module 2 and converts digital information into an electronic information mode;
the detection data of each detection assembly is transmitted to the remote monitoring terminal 42 in a wireless communication mode, is displayed through intelligent terminal equipment, is integrated with the detection data received by the monitoring management unit 4, is compared and analyzed with a preset working condition value, judges whether an abnormal condition occurs or not, and displays the analysis result through the monitoring management unit 4; according to the analysis result of the data analysis module 5, the electronic communication equipment is remotely controlled through the master control module 6 when abnormal conditions occur, and the master control module 6 comprises a power equipment control module and an environmental factor control module.
