Tablet press is a machine for pressing various granular raw materials into round tablets or shaped tablets by continuous rotation, and is a basic device for pressing various granular raw materials into tablets in the pharmaceutical sector. The existing single-punch tablet press and flower basket type tablet press have the problems that the lower punch is fixed during tabletting, so that the upper stress and the lower stress are inconsistent, cracking and the like are easy to occur, the lower punch of the rotary tablet press moves firstly and stretches into a die hole, the medicine is refilled for tabletting, and finally the lower punch ejects the tablet, so that one-time tabletting process is completed, and the tabletting needs to be carried out according to steps and has lower efficiency. The pressed tablets can enter the next production process after being sufficiently dried, so that the tablets can be placed for a long time without deterioration, the common practice is to stack batches of the medicines in a sealed box body, and carry out drying treatment through a heating mechanism arranged in the box body, and the conventional drying device is generally an electric heating device, so that the temperature change is relatively quick, the drying efficiency is low when the drying temperature is low, the tablets are quickly dried when the drying temperature is high, the phenomena of powder stripping and tablet crushing are easy to occur, the later-stage integrity of the tablets is influenced, a great deal of time and effort are required to be consumed for screening treatment, and the working difficulty of medical staff is greatly increased. There is therefore a need for a tablet press drying integrated machine for producing chewable tablets that solves the above problems.

The invention aims to solve the defects of the technical problems, and provides a tabletting and drying integrated machine for producing chewable tablets, which can effectively solve the problems of easy cracking and low pressing efficiency in the tablet pressing process and easy powder stripping and incomplete drying process.

the drying device comprises a rotary drum, a transmission gear and a motor II, wherein the rotary drum is obliquely arranged, and the transmission gear is sleeved on the barrel body of the rotary drum and is connected with the output end of the motor II; a drying cylinder is arranged in the rotary cylinder, the drying cylinder is wavy, and the highest point and the lowest point of the cylinder are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the rotary cylinder; the rotary drum is provided with a feeding port at the higher end, the feeding port is communicated with the accommodating cavity, a discharging port is arranged at the lower end of the rotary drum, a dehumidifying port is arranged at the lower end of the feeding port, a dehumidifying fan is rotationally connected with the lower end of the feeding port, an air supply port is arranged at the upper end of the discharging port, and a circulating fan is rotationally connected with the upper end of the discharging port; the drying cylinder is internally provided with a temperature sensor, a plurality of rows of water pipes for heat preservation and heating are arranged outside the drying cylinder, the water pipes are arranged along the wavy curvature of the drying cylinder, and a microwave generator for heating the water pipes is arranged on the inner wall of the rotating cylinder between two adjacent highest points or two adjacent lowest points of the drying cylinder.
