the adjustable multi-channel flushing aspirator with the separator comprises a multi-channel main body, a flushing and sucking tube assembly, a suction valve and a flushing valve.
A multichannel tube cavity is arranged in the multichannel main body, a liquid inlet and outlet tube cavity is arranged on one side of the central position of the front end of the multichannel tube cavity, and the liquid inlet and outlet tube cavity is communicated with the multichannel tube cavity.
The other side of the central position of the front end of the multichannel tube cavity is provided with a smoke discharging tube cavity which is communicated with the multichannel tube cavity.
The suction valve seat and the flushing valve seat are respectively arranged on two sides of the multichannel main body, the suction valve core cavity is arranged in the middle of the suction valve seat, the suction valve core cavity is communicated with the multichannel tube cavity, the outer end of the suction valve seat is provided with the suction valve core reset spring mounting sleeve, the suction valve core reset spring mounting sleeve is provided with the suction valve button clamping groove on the outer side, and the suction valve core reset spring mounting sleeve is provided with the suction valve button positioning groove on the inner side.
One side of the suction valve seat is provided with a suction pipeline joint which is communicated with the suction valve core cavity, the suction pipeline joint adopts a tower-shaped anti-loosening joint, and the tower-shaped anti-loosening joint is provided with a conical anti-loosening step. The suction pipeline is communicated with the suction valve core through a suction pipeline joint.
The middle part of the flushing valve seat is provided with a flushing valve core cavity which is communicated with the multichannel tube cavity, the outer end of the flushing valve seat is provided with a flushing valve core spring mounting sleeve, the outer side of the flushing valve core spring mounting sleeve is provided with a flushing valve button clamping groove, and the inner side of the flushing valve core spring mounting sleeve is provided with a flushing valve button positioning groove. One side of the flushing valve seat is provided with a flushing pipeline connector, the flushing pipeline connector is communicated with the flushing valve core cavity, and the flushing pipeline is communicated with the flushing valve core through the flushing pipeline connector. The flushing pipeline joint adopts a tower-shaped anti-loose joint.
The rear end of the multichannel main body is provided with a rear cover connecting threaded end, the hollow of the rear cover connecting threaded end is communicated with the multichannel tube cavity, a slag discharging plug is arranged in the rear cover connecting threaded end, and the rear cover is arranged at the rear cover connecting threaded end in a sealing way through a sealing ring and the slag discharging plug. And the slag discharging plug is taken out after the slag discharging plug is opened, slag discharging can be carried out, and tissue flushing can be carried out by connecting pressure flushing fluid.
One side of the front end of the multichannel main body is provided with a flushing and sucking pipe threaded connector connecting end, and the flushing and sucking pipe threaded connector connecting end is hollow and is communicated with the liquid inlet and outlet pipe cavity.

The flushing suction pipe assembly consists of a flushing pipe, a flushing suction pipe threaded joint and a separation check ring.
The flushing suction tube is hollow, the front end of the flushing suction tube is provided with a separating ring mounting groove, a separating retainer ring is arranged in the separating ring mounting groove, the separating ring is used for separating tissues during operation, and the separating ring replaces separating forceps to perform tissue separation, so that the flushing of viscera of a human body and the suction of foreign matters are facilitated. At least 2 separating rings are arranged.
The front end of the flushing suction tube is provided with a main hole, and the outer circumference of the front end of the flushing suction tube is respectively provided with a plurality of rows of side holes. The side holes are at least provided with two rows, and each row is provided with 3-6 side holes. The main hole and the side hole are arranged on the flushing suction tube, which is convenient for flushing and sucking foreign matters in the visceral tissues of the human body.
The front end part of the flushing suction pipe can be provided with a flushing suction cover, so that the human viscera tissue can be conveniently flushed and sucked in a concentrated way. The flushing and sucking cover is provided with a flushing and sucking cover body, the rear part of the flushing and sucking cover body is provided with a flushing and sucking pipe connecting sleeve, and the flushing and sucking pipe connecting sleeve is installed at the front end part of the flushing and sucking pipe during installation.
The rear end of the flushing suction pipe is fixedly arranged at the connecting end of the flushing suction pipe threaded connector arranged at one side of the front end of the multichannel main body through the flushing suction pipe threaded connector and the sealing ring, so that flushing suction and orthopedics broken bones of blood and residual liquid in a human body can be conveniently extracted through laparoscopic open surgery and minimally invasive surgery.
The suction valve has a suction valve element, a suction valve element return spring, a suction valve element, and a suction valve element seal ring. When the suction valve is installed, the suction valve core reset spring is installed in the suction valve core reset spring installation sleeve of the suction valve seat, the suction valve core provided with the suction valve core sealing ring is inserted in the suction valve core cavity of the suction valve seat together with the suction valve button, the suction valve button buckle of the suction valve button is clamped in the suction valve button clamping groove of the suction valve core positioning spring installation sleeve, can slide along the suction valve core button clamping groove, and the suction valve button positioning boss is clamped in the suction valve button positioning groove of the suction valve core reset spring installation sleeve and can slide along the suction valve button positioning groove.
The flushing valve is provided with a flushing valve core, a flushing valve core reset spring and a flushing valve core sealing ring. The flushing valve comprises a flushing valve core, and is characterized in that a plurality of flushing valve core sealing ring mounting grooves are formed in the flushing valve core, a flushing valve sealing ring is arranged in the flushing valve core sealing ring mounting grooves, a flushing valve button is arranged at the outer end of the flushing valve core, an axial flushing fluid through hole is formed in the middle of the flushing valve core, the outer end of the axial flushing fluid through hole is closed, a radial flushing fluid through hole is formed in the flushing valve core in the vertical direction of the axial flushing fluid through hole, and the axial flushing fluid through hole is communicated with the radial flushing fluid through hole.
The periphery of the flushing valve button is provided with a flushing valve button buckle and a flushing valve button positioning boss.
When the flushing valve is installed, the flushing valve core reset spring is installed in the flushing valve core reset spring installation sleeve of the flushing valve seat, the flushing valve core with the flushing valve sealing ring and the flushing valve button are inserted in the flushing valve core cavity of the flushing valve seat, the flushing valve button buckle of the flushing valve button is clamped in the flushing valve button clamping groove of the flushing valve core positioning spring installation sleeve, can slide along the flushing valve button clamping groove, and the flushing valve button positioning boss is clamped in the flushing valve button positioning groove of the flushing valve core reset spring installation sleeve and can slide along the flushing valve button positioning groove.
The suction pipe is composed of a suction pipe and a suction pipe joint. The suction pipe joint is connected with a negative pressure source, and one side of the suction pipe and the suction valve seat is provided with a suction pipeline joint to be connected.
The flushing pipe is composed of flushing pipe, flushing needle, pipe clamp and connector. The connector is connected with a flushing pipeline joint arranged on one side of the flushing valve seat, a flushing liquid guide pipe of the flushing pipeline is communicated with the flushing valve core through the flushing pipeline joint, and a flushing liquid connecting needle head is inserted on the flushing liquid container with pressure and used for flushing tissues in a human body. The flushing pipe is clamped on the flushing pipe and used for controlling the flow of the flushing liquid.
Valve seat connecting ribs are arranged between the upper parts of the suction valve seat and the washing valve seat and the threaded joint end of the suction pipe, so that the stability of the valve seat connecting strength is enhanced.
Multichannel main part apron one side is the handle, and multichannel main part apron one side is provided with the erection column, and multichannel main part upper portion is provided with the apron installation boss, is provided with the erection column jack in the apron installation boss, and multichannel main part apron passes through erection column fixed mounting in the erection column jack of multichannel main part.
Principle of operation
When the adjustable multi-channel flushing aspirator with the separator is used, in open surgery and minimally invasive surgery, the flushing straw is inserted into a human body through the puncture sleeve, the button of the suction valve is pressed, the radial through hole on the valve core of the suction valve is aligned with the suction pipe connector, the suction pipe connector is connected with a negative pressure suction source through a catheter, the suction valve is opened, blood, residual liquid and broken bones in orthopaedics in the human body are sucked into the liquid inlet and outlet cavities through the suction pipe, then the liquid enters the multi-channel cavities, and the liquid is discharged through the negative pressure liquid catheter connected with the suction pipe connector through the suction valve core.
When the flushing is needed, the flushing pipeline joint is communicated with the flushing liquid under pressure through a pipeline, the flushing valve button is opened to enable the flushing valve to open the flushing liquid under pressure (gravity or an electric pump) or the argon under pressure to pass through the multichannel tube cavity, the flushing liquid enters the liquid inlet and outlet tube cavity and passes through the flushing suction tube to flush the tissues in the human body, the flushing valve is closed after the flushing is finished, the suction valve button is pressed to open the suction valve, and the flushing liquid in the human body is pumped and removed through the flushing suction tube by the negative pressure suction source (vacuum pump).
When the sucked waste residues enter the multichannel tube cavity to be deposited in the tube cavity, the rear cover of the slag discharging plug can be opened, the slag discharging plug is taken out, and the waste residues are cleaned from the multichannel tube cavity.
When smoke generated by electric knife cutting, ionization and energy cutting needs to be removed, the sealing cover can be directly opened, and the smoke in the human body is discharged from the smoke discharge pipe joint through the flushing suction pipe, the liquid inlet and outlet pipe cavity and the smoke discharge pipe cavity.
The adjustable and channel flushing aspirator with the separating tube has reasonable design, compact structure and convenient use, and can replace separating forceps to perform tissue separation, simultaneously perform flushing and sucking blood, residual liquid, broken bones and the like of human viscera, and the sucking and guiding needs to remove waste liquid, waste gas, waste residue and waste blood clots outside the body because the front end of the flushing aspirator is provided with the separator.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-13, the adjustable multichannel flushing aspirator with separator includes a multichannel body 1, a flushing and aspiration tube assembly 2, an aspiration valve 3, and a flushing valve 4.
A multichannel tube cavity 1-1 is arranged in the multichannel main body 1, a liquid inlet and outlet tube cavity 1-2 is arranged on one side of the central position of the front end of the multichannel tube cavity 1-1, and the liquid inlet and outlet tube cavity 1-2 is communicated with the multichannel tube cavity 1-1.
The other side of the center of the front end of the multichannel tube cavity 1-1 is provided with a smoke discharging tube cavity 1-3, and the smoke discharging tube cavity 1-3 is communicated with the multichannel tube cavity 1-1.
The multi-channel valve seat structure comprises a multi-channel main body 1, wherein two sides of the multi-channel main body 1 are respectively provided with an attraction valve seat 1-4 and a flushing valve seat 1-5, an attraction valve core cavity 1-6 is arranged in the middle of the attraction valve seat 1-4, the attraction valve core cavity 1-6 is communicated with the multi-channel pipe cavity 1-1, the outer end of the attraction valve seat 1-4 is provided with an attraction valve core reset spring mounting sleeve 1-8, the outer side of the attraction valve core reset spring mounting sleeve 1-8 is provided with an attraction valve button clamping groove 1-9, and the inner side of the attraction valve core reset spring mounting sleeve 1-8 is provided with an attraction valve button positioning groove 1-10.
One side of the suction valve seat 1-4 is provided with a suction pipeline joint 1-11, the suction pipeline joint 1-11 is communicated with the suction valve core cavity 1-6, the suction pipeline joint 1-11 adopts a tower-shaped anti-loosening joint, and the tower-shaped anti-loosening joint is provided with a conical anti-loosening step. The suction pipeline 5 is communicated with the suction valve core cavity 1-6 through the suction pipeline joint 1-11.
The middle part of the flushing valve seat 1-5 is provided with a flushing valve core cavity 1-7, the flushing valve core cavity 1-7 is communicated with the multi-channel pipe cavity 1-1, the outer end of the flushing valve seat 1-5 is provided with a flushing valve core spring mounting sleeve 1-12, the outer side of the flushing valve core spring mounting sleeve 1-12 is provided with a flushing valve button clamping groove 1-13, and the inner side of the flushing valve core spring mounting sleeve 1-12 is provided with a flushing valve button positioning groove 1-14. One side of the flushing valve seat 1-5 is provided with a flushing pipeline joint 1-15, the flushing pipeline joint 1-15 is communicated with the flushing valve core cavity 1-7, and the flushing pipeline 6 is communicated with the flushing valve core 1-7 through the flushing pipeline joint 1-15. The flushing pipeline joints 1-15 adopt tower-shaped anti-loose joints.
The rear end of the multichannel main body 1 is provided with a rear cover connecting threaded end 1-16, the hollow of the rear cover connecting threaded end 1-16 is communicated with the multichannel tube cavity 1-1, a slag discharging plug 1-17 is arranged in the rear cover connecting threaded end 1-16, and the rear cover 1-19 is arranged on the rear cover connecting threaded end 1-16 in a sealing way through a sealing ring 1-18 and the slag discharging plug. The slag discharging plug rear cover 1-19 is opened, the slag discharging plug 1-17 is taken out, slag discharging can be carried out, and pressure flushing fluid can be connected for tissue flushing.
One side of the front end of the multichannel main body 1 is provided with a flushing and sucking pipe threaded joint connecting end 1-20, and the flushing and sucking pipe threaded joint connecting end 1-20 is hollow and is communicated with a liquid inlet and outlet pipe cavity 1-2.
The other side of the front end of the multichannel tube cavity 1-1 is provided with a smoke discharging tube joint connecting threaded end 1-21, the smoke discharging tube joint connecting threaded end 1-21 is hollow and communicated with a smoke discharging tube cavity 1-3, and the smoke discharging tube cavity 1-3 is communicated with a liquid inlet and outlet tube cavity 1-2. The rear end sealing cover 1-24 of the smoke discharging pipe joint is opened, and smoke can be discharged or flushing liquid can be fed through the flushing and sucking pipe 2-1, the liquid inlet and outlet pipe cavity 1-2 and the smoke discharging pipe cavity 1-3. The smoke discharging pipe joint 1-23 is in sealing connection with the smoke discharging pipe joint connecting threaded end 1-21 through a sealing ring 1-22, and the outer end of the smoke discharging pipe joint 1-23 is provided with a sealing cover 1-24.
The flushing and sucking pipe assembly 2 consists of a flushing pipe 2-1, a flushing and sucking pipe threaded joint 2-2 and a separation retainer ring 2-4.
The flushing and sucking tube 2-1 is hollow, the front end of the flushing and sucking tube 2-1 is provided with a separating ring mounting groove 2-5, a separating retainer ring 2-4 is mounted in the separating ring mounting groove 2-5, the separating ring 2-4 is used for separating tissues during operation, and the separating ring replaces separating forceps to separate tissues, so that the flushing and sucking of human viscera and foreign bodies are facilitated. At least 2 separating rings 2-4 are arranged.
The front end of the flushing and sucking tube 2-1 is provided with a main hole 2-6, and the outer circumference of the front end of the flushing and sucking tube 2-1 is respectively provided with a plurality of rows of side holes 2-7. The side holes 2-7 are at least provided with two rows, and each row is provided with 3-6 side holes. The main hole 2-6 and the side hole 2-7 arranged on the flushing and sucking tube 2-1 are convenient for flushing and sucking the human viscera tissues and foreign matters.
The front end of the flushing and sucking tube 2-1 can be provided with a flushing and sucking cover 2-8, which is convenient for the centralized flushing and sucking of human viscera tissues. The flushing and sucking cover 2-8 is provided with a flushing and sucking cover body 2-8-1, the rear part of the flushing and sucking cover body 2-8-1 is provided with a flushing and sucking pipe connecting sleeve 2-8-2, and the flushing and sucking pipe connecting sleeve is installed at the front end part of the flushing and sucking pipe 2-1 during installation.
The rear end of the flushing and sucking tube 2-1 is fixedly arranged at the front end side of the multichannel main body 1 through a flushing and sucking tube screwed joint 2-2 and a sealing ring 2-3, and the flushing and sucking tube screwed joint connecting end 1-20 is convenient for flushing and sucking blood and residual liquid in a human body and sucking broken bones of orthopaedics in laparoscopic open surgery and minimally invasive surgery. The included angle D between the central line of the flushing and sucking tube 2-1 and the central line of the multichannel tube cavity 1-1 of the multichannel main body is 90-135 degrees, which is convenient for the operation mode of doctors and the operation position of patients, and is more suitable for laparoscopic surgery, open surgery and minimally invasive surgery.
The suction valve 3 has a suction valve body 3-1, a suction valve body return spring 3-2, and a suction valve body seal ring 3-3. The suction valve core 3-1 is provided with a plurality of suction valve core sealing ring mounting grooves 3-4, the suction valve core sealing ring 3-3 is mounted in the suction valve core sealing ring mounting grooves 3-4, the outer end part of the suction valve core 3-1 is provided with a suction valve button 3-5, the middle part of the suction valve core 3-1 is provided with an axial liquid through hole 3-6, the outer end of the axial liquid through hole 3-6 is closed, the vertical direction of the axial liquid through hole 3-6 of the suction valve core 3-1 is provided with a radial liquid through hole 3-7, and the axial liquid through hole is communicated with the radial liquid through hole.
The periphery of the suction valve button 3-5 is provided with a suction valve button buckle 3-8 and a suction valve button positioning boss 3-9.
When the suction valve 3 is installed, the suction valve core reset spring 3-2 is installed in the suction valve core reset spring installation sleeve 1-8 of the suction valve seat 1-4, the suction valve core 3-1 with the suction valve core sealing ring 3-3 and the suction valve button 3-5 are installed in the suction valve core cavity 1-6 of the suction valve seat 1-4, the suction valve button buckle 3-8 of the suction valve button 3-5 is clamped in the suction valve button clamping groove 1-9 of the suction valve core positioning spring installation sleeve 1-8, can slide along the suction valve core button clamping groove 1-9, and the suction valve button positioning boss 3-9 is clamped in the suction valve button positioning groove 1-10 of the suction valve core reset spring installation sleeve 1-8, and can slide along the suction valve button positioning groove 1-10.
The flushing valve 4 has a flushing valve core 4-1, a flushing valve core return spring 4-2, and a flushing valve core seal ring 4-3. The flushing valve comprises a flushing valve core 4-1, a plurality of flushing valve core sealing ring mounting grooves 4-4 are formed in the flushing valve core sealing ring 4-3, a flushing valve button 4-5 is arranged at the outer end part of the flushing valve core 4-1, an axial flushing liquid through hole 4-6 is formed in the middle of the flushing valve core 4-1, the outer end of the axial flushing liquid through hole 4-6 is sealed, a radial flushing liquid through hole 4-7 is formed in the vertical direction of the axial flushing liquid through hole 4-6 of the flushing valve core, and the axial flushing liquid through hole 4-6 is communicated with the radial flushing liquid through hole 4-7.
The periphery of the flushing valve button 4-5 is provided with a flushing valve button buckle 4-8 and a flushing valve button positioning boss 4-9.
When the flushing valve 4 is installed, the flushing valve core reset spring 4-2 is installed in the flushing valve core reset spring installation sleeve 1-7 of the flushing valve seat 1-5, the flushing valve core 4-1 provided with the flushing valve sealing ring 4-3 and the flushing valve button 4-5 are inserted into the flushing valve core cavity 1-7 of the flushing valve seat, the flushing valve button buckle 4-8 of the flushing valve button 4-5 is clamped in the flushing valve button clamping groove 1-13 of the flushing valve core positioning spring installation sleeve, can slide along the flushing valve button clamping groove 1-13, and the flushing valve button positioning boss 4-9 is clamped in the flushing valve button positioning groove 1-14 of the flushing valve core reset spring installation sleeve, and can slide along the flushing valve button positioning groove 1-14.
The suction valve core 3-1 has the same structure as the flushing valve core 4-1 (see fig. 11 and 12).
The suction pipe is composed of a suction pipe 5-2 and a suction pipe joint 5-1. The suction pipe joint 5-1 is connected with a negative pressure source, and the suction pipe 5-2 is connected with a suction pipeline joint 1-11 arranged on one side of the suction valve seat 1-4.
The flushing pipeline 6 consists of a flushing liquid conduit 6-2, a flushing liquid connecting needle 6-4, a conduit clamp 6-3 and a connector 6-1. The connector 6-1 is connected with a flushing pipeline joint 1-15 arranged on one side of a flushing valve seat 1-5, a flushing liquid guide pipe 6-2 of the flushing pipeline 6 is communicated with a flushing valve core 1-7 through the flushing pipeline joint 1-15, and a flushing liquid connecting needle head 6-4 is arranged on a flushing liquid container with pressure and used for flushing tissues in a human body. An irrigation conduit clamp 6-3 is mounted on the irrigation conduit 6-2 for controlling the flow of irrigation fluid.
The valve seat connecting ribs 1-25 are arranged between the upper parts of the suction valve seats 1-4 and the washing valve seats 1-5 and the suction pipe threaded joint ends 1-20, so that the stability of the valve seat connecting strength is enhanced.
The multichannel main body cover plate 1-26 side is provided with handle 1-27, multichannel main body cover plate 1-26 side is provided with erection column 1-28, multichannel main body 1 upper portion is provided with apron installation boss 1-29, is provided with the erection column jack in the apron installation boss 1-29, multichannel main body cover plate 1-26 passes through erection column 1-28 fixed mounting in the erection column jack of multichannel main body 1.
