Example 1:
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an infusion compression hemostatic patch, which mainly includes an adhesive tape 1, an elastic compression block 2 and a sterilization and anti-inflammation block 3.
The adhesive tape 1 is an adhesive layer 5 on one side (namely the lower surface of the adhesive tape) which is attached to the skin, and the adhesive tape 1 is made of medical adhesive tape materials with high elasticity, such as adhesive bandage cloth, plane cloth, non-woven fabric, zinc oxide adhesive, skin color cloth and the like.
The elastic pressurizing block 2 is arranged on the adhesive layer 5, adopts a block structure made of medical elastic materials, can be made of one or more of expansion sponge, rubber or wood pulp cotton, and is preferably made of silica gel when the elastic materials are rubber. The elastic pressurizing block 2 can expand after absorbing liquid, and expansion elasticity is generated due to space limitation. The shape is not limited, such as a cylindrical shape, a cube shape, or other shapes.
The sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 3 is arranged on the elastic pressurizing block 2 and is used for contacting with an infusion wound (namely, on the lower surface of the elastic pressurizing block 2), and the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 3 is an important part of a hemostatic patch and consists of various anti-inflammatory and healing medicines and cotton blocks and is used for sterilizing and diminishing the skin and improving the healing speed of the infusion wound. The elastic force of the elastic pressurizing block 2 acts on the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 3, so that the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 3 is tightly pressed on the transfusion wound.
In addition, the surfaces of the adhesive layer 5, the elastic pressurizing block 2 and the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 3 of the novel transfusion pressurizing hemostatic plaster are wrapped with release paper 8, which is used for keeping the adhesiveness of the adhesive tape 1 and avoiding the surface contacting the skin from being polluted by foreign matters.
Further, in order to improve the peeling convenience of the release paper 8, a breaking opening 9 is formed on at least one side of the sterilization and anti-inflammation block 3 on the release paper 8, the release paper 8 at the breaking opening 9 is folded to form a reserved paper head 10 which is convenient to peel, and the release paper 8 can be torn off by pulling the reserved paper head 10. Preferably, both sides that lie in sterilization anti-inflammatory piece 3 all are provided with breaking the mouth 9, during the use, can tear off the release paper 8 of mid section earlier, expose sterilization anti-inflammatory piece 3 and press in infusion wound department, tear off release paper 8 of both sides again and make adhesive tape 1 paste on the skin, and the operation is more reasonable like this.
When in actual use, the reserved paper head 10 is pulled to peel off the release paper 8 at the section of the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 3, the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 3 is pressed at the infusion wound, a certain tight pressure is required to be kept, then the two ends of the adhesive tape 1 are adhered to the skin to form fixation, and the elastic pressurizing block 2 can provide required pressing force for the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 3 after being expanded.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides an infusion compression hemostatic patch, which mainly includes an adhesive tape 1, an elastic compression block 2, a sterilization and anti-inflammation block 3 and a first hard plate 4.
The first hard plate 4 is added on the basis of embodiment 1, the first hard plate 4 is arranged on the non-adhesive side of the adhesive tape 1 (i.e. the upper surface of the adhesive) and is fixed as a whole, and the first hard plate 4 is also made of medical materials such as PE. The first hard plate 4 is arranged corresponding to the elastic pressurizing block 2, and generates auxiliary pressure to the elastic pressurizing block 2 and then to the sterilizing and anti-inflammatory block 3. The first hard plate 4 is provided with a wire winding clamp seat 6, a pressurizing rope 7 is wound on the wire winding clamp seat 6, and the wire ends of the pressurizing rope 7 are wound on the wire winding clamp seat 6 again after being wound on the body to form binding.
When in actual use, after the adhesive tape 1 is attached, the pressurizing rope 7 with proper length is wound on arms, legs or other trunk at the wound, and then wound on the wire clamping seat 6, and the pressurizing rope 7 is loosened after the application of the pressurizing force by wire binding.
Example 3:
Referring to fig. 3, this embodiment provides an infusion compression hemostatic patch, and based on embodiment 2, a second hard plate 11 is used instead of the first hard plate 4. Similarly, the second hard plate 11 is disposed on the upper surface of the adhesive tape 1 corresponding to the elastic pressing block 2, one end of the second hard plate 11 is connected with the pressing band 12, the other end is provided with the clamping groove 13, and the head end of the pressing band 12 is clamped in the clamping groove 13 to form fastening after being wound around the body.
In practice, after the adhesive tape 1 is applied, the pressure-applying tape 12 is wound around the arm, leg or other trunk at the wound, then is clamped in the clamping groove 13, and the pressure-applying tape 12 is released after the application of the pressure by tightening the tape, and the pressure-applying tape 12 is preferably an elastic member.
The pressing belt 12 in this embodiment is not substantially different from the pressing rope 7 described above, but is merely to embody the variety of optional ropes used for pressing.
Example 4:
referring to fig. 4, this embodiment provides a transfusion compression hemostatic patch, which is different from the scheme of using a hard plate in embodiment 2 and embodiment 3, in that the compression patch 14 is directly used, and the compression patch 14 is also made of medical adhesive tape material, so that there is no elastic requirement.
After the adhesive tape 1 is applied, the pressure patch 14 is covered on the adhesive tape 1, particularly at the hemostatic port, and it should be noted that the pressure patch 14 needs to have a portion of the skin adhered, i.e., the length of the pressure patch 14 should be greater than the length of the adhesive tape 1, or the width of the pressure patch 14 should be greater than the width of the adhesive tape 1, or the pressure patch 14 covers the adhesive tape 1 entirely therein to provide additional pressing force.
In addition, the pressurizing patch 14 is provided with a cutting opening 15 which can be cut into a proper size according to the requirement.
Example 5:
Referring to fig. 5, the present embodiment provides an infusion compression hemostatic patch, on the basis of embodiment 1, a plurality of folding lines 16 are provided on the adhesive tape 1, tear lines 17 are provided at the folding lines 16, the tear lines 17 divide the adhesive tape 1 into a plurality of sections, and the adhesive layer 5 is disposed at intervals corresponding to each section.
The adhesive tape 1 is arranged into a plurality of sections, so that the adhesive tape 1 is conveniently folded and torn into a proper length, the usage amount of the adhesive layer 5 is reduced, the discomfort of the adhesive to the skin is reduced, and the blood circulation is facilitated.
In particular, the third hard plate 18 is further clamped between the adhesive layer 5 and the elastic pressurizing block 2, so that the condition of uneven stress of the elastic pressurizing block 2 can be effectively relieved, and the pressing effect is better.
To sum up, this transfusion pressurization hemostatic plaster adds the elasticity and adds the briquetting between sticky tape and the hemostatic block of traditional hemostatic plaster, through elasticity and press briquetting self elasticity even through outside auxiliary pressure, presses sterilization anti-inflammatory block at transfusion wound department to effectively prevent bleeding, reduce siltation, improve healing speed, and can guarantee to press the effect, patient oneself also can easily operate the completion, liberated patient or medical personnel's both hands, hemostatic effect is obvious. In addition, the pressurizing hemostatic plaster is not only aimed at transfusion hemostasis, but also has relevant implications for other bleeding hemostasis measures.
The above embodiments merely illustrate the basic principles and features of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above examples, but can be variously changed and modified without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which is within the scope of the present invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
