The first adjustable attaching rod 1.1 and the third adjustable attaching rod 1.3 further comprise movable adjusting ear plates, one ends of the connecting rods, which are far away from the adjustable screw rods, are respectively provided with the movable adjusting ear plates, and the attaching frame is connected with the adjustable supporting single piece through the movable adjusting ear plates; the connecting rod is provided with a first pin hole 1.04, and the first pin hole and the second pin hole are matched to realize the connection of the second adjustable attaching rod and the first adjustable attaching rod as well as the connection of the second adjustable attaching rod and the third adjustable attaching rod, as shown in fig. 7 and 8 in detail.
The side surface of the third adjustable attachment rod is further provided with at least one movable adjustment lug, and the plurality of movable adjustment lugs are all arranged on the same side surface (specifically, a side surface facing the attachment device fixing surface 6) of the connecting rod in the third adjustable attachment rod, as shown in fig. 8, and in this embodiment, the side surface of the third adjustable attachment rod is provided with two movable adjustment lugs.
Preferably, the connecting rod adopts two channel steel groove notches to set up relatively, sets up the clearance in the middle of two channel steels. The lug plate on the second adjustable attaching rod is inserted into the gap, the first pin hole and the second pin hole are connected by the pin shaft, and the first adjustable attaching rod, the second adjustable attaching rod and the third adjustable attaching rod are connected.
Referring to fig. 11, the movable adjusting lug plate comprises an adjustable lug plate 1.05 and a connecting flange 1.06 arranged on a connecting rod, and the adjustable lug plate is rotatably connected with the connecting lug plate in the adjustable supporting single piece through a pin shaft; through holes are uniformly distributed in the connecting flange, waist-shaped holes matched with the through holes are formed in the adjustable lug plates, and the adjustable lug plates and the connecting flange are fastened through bolts penetrating through the through holes and the waist-shaped holes in cooperation with nuts.
The adjustable support single piece and the attaching frame are adjustable in angle through the rotatable connection between the adjustable ear plate 1.05 and the connecting ear plate 2.1 and the cooperation of the waist-shaped holes in the adjustable ear plate and the through holes on the connecting flange. The angle-adjustable support unit and the attachment frame rotate around a pin shaft between the adjustable ear plate and the connecting ear plate, and the adjustable support unit brought by the cooperation of the through hole and the waist-shaped hole between the connecting flange and the adjustable ear plate can rotate around the central axis of the connecting flange, see fig. 3.
Because the adjustable ear plate is directly and rigidly connected with the connecting ear plate, when the attaching frame and the adjustable fixing seat are not positioned on the same plane, the adjustable ear plate is matched with the movable adjusting ear plate for adjustment besides the angle adjustment realized by the adjustable fixing seat. Through the through hole on the connecting flange and the waist-shaped hole on the adjustable ear plate (namely, the adjustable support single piece can rotate around the central axis of the connecting flange to adjust), the angle between the adjustable ear plate and the attached frame can be adjusted, so that the adjustable support single piece can be smoothly connected with the attached frame and the adjustable fixing seat, and the installation difficulty when the attached frame and the adjustable fixing seat are not on the same plane is effectively solved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 9, the attachment device further comprises a panel set 4 comprising an inner panel 4.1 and an outer panel 4.2, the inner panel 4.1 and the outer panel 4.2 being disposed on a standard tower section 5 (in particular on a column of the standard tower section) by fasteners 4.3 and the outer panel being disposed between the attachment frame and the standard tower section; the attaching frame is connected with the guard plate group through a fastener. Referring to fig. 3 and 9, the attachment frame can be conveniently installed at a later stage by installing the guard plate group on the standard section of the tower crane, specifically: when the attaching frame is installed at the later stage, the first adjustable attaching rod, the second adjustable attaching rod and the third adjustable attaching rod can be supported on the fastener to play a role of a bracket, so that the labor is saved, and meanwhile, the operation of a person is facilitated; meanwhile, the stress area of the standard section of the tower crane can be increased by adding the guard plate group between the attaching frame and the standard section of the tower crane, so that the stress condition of the tower crane can be improved; referring to fig. 3, the fastening piece at the middle position in the guard plate group passes through the first adjustable attaching rod, the second adjustable attaching rod and the third adjustable attaching rod, and the guard plate group and the attaching frame are connected through the fastening piece, so that the guard plate group and the attaching frame form a whole, and the external force applied to the tower crane can be uniformly distributed to the four upright posts and the attaching device of the standard section, so that the stress condition of the tower crane is further improved.
Preferably, the fasteners are screws and nuts.
Referring to fig. 12 (a) -12 (d), the attachment device of the present invention can be derived from a variety of installation modes, and can be flexibly applied according to different use situations, and the combination of the adjustable support single piece and the adjustable fixing base in fig. 12 (a) -12 (d) is schematically shown by a dotted line.
The technical scheme of the embodiment is specifically as follows:
the method comprises the steps of determining the place where the tower crane needs to be attached according to the requirement, installing an adjustable fixing seat on a wall body, firstly fixing a guard plate group on four upright posts of a standard section, then installing an attaching frame at the position of the guard plate group, then connecting the attaching frame with the adjustable fixing seat through an adjustable supporting single piece, and simultaneously adjusting angles among the attaching frame, the adjustable supporting single piece and the adjustable fixing seat to complete installation of components in the attaching device.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following effects:
the attaching device effectively solves the problem that an attaching frame on a tower crane and a fixed point on a building are not on the same plane in the prior art. The situation that the standard joint is easy to deform, bend and break due to the fact that the attachment frame is in direct contact with the standard joint of the tower crane in the prior art and the stress area of the tower crane is small is improved by arranging the guard plate group. The attachment device of the invention can be used for standard knots of different specifications by arranging the attachment frame to be adjustable in size.
