Disclosure of Invention
An object of embodiments of the present invention is to provide an article management method, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which can simplify an article management process, shorten registration time in an article borrowing process, and make circulation information of an article clear, thereby improving efficiency of finding an article.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides an article management method applied to an electronic device, including: identifying an identification tag arranged on the outer surface of an article to be managed, and acquiring an address of a server used for storing borrowing records and included in the identification tag; acquiring identity information of a borrower; and reporting the identity information of the borrower to the server according to the address, so that the server updates the borrowing record.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides an electronic device, including: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the article management method as described above.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program realizes the article management method when being executed by a processor.
Compared with the prior art, the identification tag arranged on the outer surface of the object is utilized, so that the function of reminding a borrower of registering by scanning the identification tag when borrowing is needed can be achieved, and the borrowing record server address is included in the identification tag, so that the borrower can conveniently and quickly obtain the storage position of the target object after scanning the identification tag; after the identity information is input by the borrower, the electronic equipment reports the acquired identity information of the borrower to the server to complete borrowing registration, registration in paper pieces is not needed, the article management process can be simplified, and the registration time in the article borrowing process is shortened; the borrowing record is updated after the server acquires the identity information reported by the borrower, so that the circulation information of the articles is clear, and the efficiency of searching the articles is improved.
In addition, the identity information of the borrower includes at least one of: face image, fingerprint information, name, user name, job number. The embodiment provides the specific content of the identity information of the borrower, so that the borrower can flexibly select the input identity information content, and the personalized requirements are met.
In addition, if the identity information of the borrower includes a face image or fingerprint information, the article management method further includes: searching out the name, user name or job number of the borrower according to the face image or fingerprint information; reporting the identity information of the borrower to a server, specifically comprising the following steps: and reporting the searched name, user name or job number of the borrower to a server. In this embodiment, when the identity information of the borrower includes the face image or the fingerprint information, the name, the user name, or the job number of the borrower is also found out according to the face image or the fingerprint information, and the found content is reported to the server, so that the identity information of the borrower is perfected, manual input by the borrower is not needed, the article management process can be further simplified, and the registration time in the article borrowing process is shortened.
In addition, the number of borrowers is more than one; acquiring identity information of a borrower, comprising: acquiring identity information of each borrower one by one; when the preset button is triggered, the completion of the acquisition of the identity information of the borrower is judged; reporting the identity information of the borrower to a server, specifically comprising the following steps: and after the identity information of the borrower is acquired, reporting the identity information of the borrower to a server. The embodiment provides an article management method when the number of borrowers is more than one, and meets the application scene that a plurality of borrowers possibly meet in practice.
In addition, before reporting the identity information of the borrower to the server, the method further comprises the following steps: obtaining a borrowing type; the article management method further includes: when the identity information of the borrower is reported to the server, the borrowing type is also reported to the server. In the embodiment, before the identity information of the borrower is reported to the server, the borrowing type is further acquired, and the acquired borrowing type is reported to the server, so that the circulation information of the article is clearer, and the efficiency of searching the article is further improved.

A first embodiment of the present invention relates to an article management method. The method is applied to the electronic equipment, in the embodiment, the identification tag arranged on the outer surface of the article is utilized, so that the role of reminding a borrower of registering by scanning the identification tag can be played, and the borrower can conveniently and quickly acquire the storage position of the target article after scanning the identification tag by the borrower due to the fact that the identification tag comprises the address of the server for storing borrowing records; after the identity information is input by the borrower, the electronic equipment reports the acquired identity information of the borrower to the server to complete borrowing registration, registration in paper pieces is not needed, the article management process can be simplified, and the registration time in the article borrowing process is shortened; the borrowing record is updated after the server acquires the identity information reported by the borrower, so that the circulation information of the articles is clear, and the efficiency of searching the articles is improved.
The following describes in detail the implementation details of the article management method according to the present embodiment, and the following is only provided for the convenience of understanding and is not essential to the implementation of the present embodiment.
The electronic device in this embodiment may be any electronic device with a scanning function, such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer, where the electronic device may be an electronic device of a borrower, and may also be an electronic device of a related worker (for example, an electronic device of an article manager), and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, the flowchart of the article management method according to the present embodiment includes:
step 101, identifying an identification tag arranged on the outer surface of an article to be managed, and obtaining an address of a server used for storing borrowing records and included in the identification tag.
The article to be managed as referred to herein may be any article of a company, and may be a general article such as: cell-phone, calculator, translator. More particularly, a test prototype of a mobile phone, for example, generally manages the mobile phone more finely according to different projects, different stages and different configurations docked by a company, and the management process is complex. The article to be managed in this embodiment may also be a special article such as a test prototype.
Specifically, the identification tag disposed on the outer surface of the mobile phone may include: any one of the two-dimensional code tag, the one-dimensional code tag and the text tag may also be a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag, and in practical application, the Identification tag may be attached to the back of the article to be managed to ensure the aesthetic property of the article to be managed, but not limited thereto. Wherein the address of the server for storing the borrowing record may be written to the tag using a programmer or writer.
Specifically, the identification tag may include information of an address of a server for storing the borrowing record, a project name corresponding to the article, a project stage and the like, and a manager may enter required information according to actual needs.
Step 102, identity information of the borrower is obtained.
In this embodiment, after the identification label of waiting to manage article surface is scanned to the borrower, can pop out a suggestion about reminding the borrower to type its identity information in electronic equipment, can indicate with forms such as form, suspension frame to ensure that the borrower in time carries out typing of identity information, in order to obtain the identity information of this borrower. Preferably, the electronic device can provide an identity information entry interface when the reminding information is popped up, and the entry interface can include entry options of various identity information for the user to select. The identity information of the borrower may include, but is not limited to, one of the following: face image, fingerprint information, name, user name, job number. The borrower can flexibly select the specific content of the identity information to be input so as to meet the individual requirements of different borrowers.
Specifically, if the identity information of the borrower includes a face image, the face image is acquired by a camera device of the electronic device; if the identity information of the borrower comprises fingerprint information, the fingerprint information is acquired through a fingerprint module of the electronic equipment; and if the identity information of the borrower comprises a name, a user name or a job number, the name, the user name or the job number is acquired through a human-computer interaction interface of the electronic equipment.
Preferably, in practical application, if the identity information of the borrower includes a face image or fingerprint information, the name, user name or job number of the borrower is found out according to the face image or fingerprint information; and reporting the searched name, user name or job number of the borrower to a server. In this embodiment, when the identity information of the borrower includes the face image or the fingerprint information, the name, the user name, or the job number of the borrower is also found out according to the face image or the fingerprint information, and the found content is reported to the server, so that the identity information of the borrower is perfected, manual input by the borrower is not needed, the article management process can be further simplified, and the registration time in the article borrowing process is shortened.
And 103, reporting the identity information of the borrower to a server according to the address.
Specifically, according to the address of the server for storing the borrowing record obtained in step 101, the identity information of the borrower is reported to the server so that the server can update the borrowing record, the circulation information of the article can be clear, and the efficiency of finding the article is improved.
In practical application, if the number of the borrowers is more than one, the identity information of each borrower can be acquired one by one; when the preset button is triggered, the completion of the acquisition of the identity information of the borrower is judged; after the identity information of the borrower is acquired, the identity information of the borrower is reported to the server, so that the application scenes of a plurality of borrowers possibly encountered in practice are met. The preset button may be a virtual button on a human-computer interaction interface, or may be an entity button, which is not limited specifically herein.
It is easy to find that, in the article management method provided by this embodiment, the identification tag disposed on the outer surface of the article is used to remind the borrower of registering the borrower by scanning the identification tag, and the identification tag includes the address of the server for storing the borrowing record, so that the borrower can conveniently and quickly obtain the storage location of the target article after scanning the identification tag; after the identity information is input by the borrower, the electronic equipment reports the acquired identity information of the borrower to the server to complete borrowing registration, registration in paper pieces is not needed, the article management process can be simplified, and the registration time in the article borrowing process is shortened; the borrowing record is updated after the server acquires the identity information reported by the borrower, so that the circulation information of the articles is clear, and the efficiency of searching the articles is improved.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to an article management method. The second embodiment is a further improvement on the first embodiment, and the specific improvement is that: in the second embodiment of the present invention, before reporting the identity information of the borrower to the server, the method further includes: obtaining a borrowing type; the article management method further includes: when the identity information of the borrower is reported to the server, the borrowing type is also reported to the server. In the embodiment, before the identity information of the borrower is reported to the server, the borrowing type is further acquired, and the acquired borrowing type is reported to the server, so that the circulation information of the article is clearer, and the efficiency of searching the article is further improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the flowchart of the article management method according to the present embodiment includes:
step 201, identifying the identification tag arranged on the outer surface of the article to be managed, and obtaining the address of the server used for storing the borrowing record and included in the identification tag.
Step 202, identity information of the borrower is obtained.
Since steps 201 to 202 in this embodiment are substantially the same as steps 101 to 102 in the first embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted.
Step 203, borrowing types are obtained.
Specifically, the borrowing types in this embodiment may include: a first borrowing type and a second borrowing type. Wherein, the first borrowing type may further include: short term borrowing, long term borrowing, or borrowing for a predetermined length of time; the second borrowing type may include: borrowing or returning.
In one example, the obtained borrowing type is a first borrowing type, and the borrower borrows a mobile phone in a short period of time and anticipates borrowing for 1 month. In another example, the obtained borrowing type is a second borrowing type, and the borrower returns to a tablet computer.
And step 204, reporting the borrowing type to the server when the identity information of the borrower is reported to the server according to the address.
That is to say, besides the need of reporting the identity information of the borrower to the server, the borrowing type also needs to be reported to the server for management, and in this way, relevant personnel can obtain more accurate article management information by screening the borrowing type, which is helpful for management personnel to manage articles.
It is not easy to find that, according to the article management method provided by the embodiment, before the identity information of the borrower is reported to the server, the borrowing type is further acquired, and the acquired borrowing type is reported to the server, so that the circulation information of the article can be clearer, and the efficiency of finding the article is further improved.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to an electronic apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, including: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the article management method as described above.
The memory 302 and the processor 301 are connected by a bus, which may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges that link one or more of the various circuits of the processor 301 and the memory 302. The bus may also link various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor 301 is transmitted over a wireless medium through an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor 301.
The processor 301 is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And memory 302 may be used to store data used by processor 301 in performing operations.
A fourth embodiment of the present invention relates to a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program. The computer program realizes the above-described method embodiments when executed by a processor.
That is, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the embodiments described above may be implemented by a program instructing related hardware, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
