All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention aims to provide an injection pen which can solve the problem of misoperation of triggering a needle cover before injection so as to ensure the integrity and the safety of the injection pen in the transportation and storage processes.
Referring to fig. 1-4, fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of an injection pen according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the injection pen of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a first partial schematic view of FIG. 1; fig. 4 is a second partial schematic view of fig. 1.
The invention provides an injection pen, which comprises a shell 1, a clamping type bottle medicine needle assembly and a braking device, wherein the clamping type bottle medicine needle assembly and the braking device are arranged in the shell 1, and the clamping type bottle medicine needle assembly can move relative to the shell 1 so as to move towards an injection direction under the action of the braking device, and finally injection is completed.
One end of the housing 1 is provided with a safety cap 4 for preventing false triggering of the braking means, i.e. the braking means can only be triggered when the safety cap 4 is pulled, and the braking means will not be triggered when the safety cap 4 is not pulled.
The other end of the shell 1 is sleeved with a trigger needle cover 5 which can move relative to the shell 1, the trigger needle cover 5 and the braking device can be combined and separated, in an initial state, namely, before the injection pen is assembled to be injected, the trigger needle cover 5 and the braking device are always kept in a combined state, during injection, the braking device can be triggered by enabling the trigger needle cover 5 to collide with an injection position, in the injection process, along with the movement of the card bottle medicine needle assembly, the trigger needle cover 5 can be separated from the braking device so as to release the trigger needle cover 5, and after the injection is completed, the trigger needle cover 5 can be outwards ejected relative to the shell 1 under the action of an elastic piece 6 connected with the trigger needle cover 5 so as to shield the injection needle 3 of the card bottle medicine needle assembly, and the injection needle 3 is hidden.
It will be appreciated that when the trigger needle cover 5 is combined with the braking device, that is, before the trigger needle cover 5 is separated from the braking device, the elastic member 6 is always in a compressed state, so that the elastic member 6 has a certain elastic restoring force, so that after the trigger needle cover 5 is separated from the braking device, the trigger needle cover 5 is driven to move under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 6, so that the injection needle 3 after injection is completely covered, and accidents such as stabbing caused by the naked injection needle 3 are avoided.
In view of the simplicity and ease of implementation of the specific structure of the elastic member 6, it is preferable that the elastic member 6 is a spring, and the outer peripheral portion of the trigger needle cover 5 is provided with a shoulder for abutting against one end of the spring, and the inner peripheral portion of the housing 1 is provided with a stopper for abutting against the other end of the spring.
The invention does not limit the specific structure and working principle of the braking device, and can be seen in the prior art.
In summary, according to the injection pen provided by the invention, since the trigger needle cover 5 is connected with the braking device before injection, and the end of the shell 1 away from the trigger needle cover 5 is provided with the safety cap 4 for preventing the braking device from being triggered by mistake, even if the trigger needle cover 5 is triggered by mistake under the action of the safety cap 4, the braking device is not caused to act, and the trigger needle cover 5 cannot be separated from the braking device, so that the elastic piece 6 cannot eject the trigger needle cover 5, and the integrity and the safety of the injection pen in the transportation and storage processes can be ensured; during injection, the safety cap 4 is pulled out, the trigger needle cover 5 collides with the injection position to trigger the braking device, injection is completed under the action of the braking device, and the trigger needle cover 5 can be separated from the braking device when the card bottle medicine needle assembly moves in the injection process, so that the trigger needle cover 5 is released, after injection is completed, when the trigger needle cover 5 is separated from the injection position, the elastic piece 6 can drive the trigger needle cover 5 to pop out towards the injection direction, so that the injection needle 3 is hidden after injection, and the problems of accidental stabs and the like caused by the exposure of the injection needle 3 are avoided.
That is, compared with the prior art in which the trigger needle cover 5 is connected to and separated from the housing 1, the trigger needle cover 5 and the braking device of the present invention can be connected to and separated from each other, and the safety cap 4 of the anti-false-touch braking device is used to prevent the trigger needle cover 5 from being released due to false triggering, so that the problem that the trigger needle cover 5 is ejected before injection can be solved, and the integrity and safety of the injection pen during transportation and storage can be ensured.
It will be appreciated that the end of the trigger needle cover 5 is provided with an injection aperture and the end of the housing 1 facing the trigger needle cover 5 is provided with a sealing ring 8.
In view of convenience of assembly, the housing 1 includes a front case 11 and a rear case 12.
In view of the simplicity and ease of implementation of the specific structure of the brake device, it is preferable that the brake device includes a cartridge holder 71 and a sleeve 72 for accommodating the cartridge needle assembly, and it is preferable that the cartridge holder 71 and the sleeve 72 are respectively used for accommodating the injection needle 3 and the cartridge 2 of the cartridge needle assembly for easy assembly; the braking device further comprises a push rod 73 movably provided in the sleeve 72 and connected to the cartridge 2, and a power spring 74 connected at one end to the push rod 73 and at the other end to the sleeve 72. The clamping bottle support 71 is sleeved in the trigger needle cover 5, one end of the clamping bottle support 71 extending out of the trigger needle cover 5 is connected with the sleeve 72, the other end of the sleeve 72 can be clamped and separated with the push rod 73, a slot is formed in one end of the push rod 73 connected with the sleeve 72 and is used for inserting a plug post of the safety cap 4, after the plug post of the safety cap 4 is inserted into the slot, the push rod 73 is clamped with the sleeve 72 under the radial extrusion action of the plug post, and at the moment, the power spring 74 is in a compressed state and is locked between the push rod 73 and the sleeve 72, so that the braking device can not be triggered; after the safety cap 4 is pulled out, the inserting column is separated from the inserting groove, at this time, after the trigger needle cover 5 collides with the injection position, the push-card bottle support 71 is pushed to move in the direction opposite to the injection direction, and then the push sleeve 72 is pushed to be linked, so that the sleeve 72 is separated from the clamping part of the push rod 73, the push rod 73 is thoroughly released, the push rod 73 moves along the injection direction under the action of the power spring 74, the push-card bottle 2 and the injection needle 3 are pushed to move to the injection position, and finally the injection is completed.
Considering the specific implementation manner that the trigger needle cover 5 and the braking device can be combined and separated, on the basis of the above embodiment, at least one first buckle 51 is arranged on the inner wall of the trigger needle cover 5 along the circumferential direction, a clamping groove 711 for being clamped with the first buckles 51 in a one-to-one correspondence manner and a first elastic piece 712 with elasticity are arranged on the side wall of the clamping bottle support 71, the first elastic piece 712 is arranged in the clamping groove 711, the first elastic piece 712 can radially extend into the clamping bottle support 71 under the extrusion action of the first buckles 51, and when the needle seat 31 of the injection needle 3 moves to the clamping groove 711, the first elastic piece 712 can enable the first buckles 51 to be separated from the clamping groove 711 under the extrusion action of the needle seat 31.
That is, in this embodiment, the engagement between the trigger needle cover 5 and the bottle holder 71 is achieved by the engagement between the first buckle 51 and the slot 711, and the disengagement between the first buckle 51 and the slot 711 is achieved by the first elastic piece 712.
Specifically, the first elastic piece 712 is a cantilever member in the clamping groove 711, one end of the first elastic piece 712 is preferably integrated with the groove wall of the clamping groove 711, and a certain distance is provided between the other end of the first elastic piece 712 and the other groove wall of the corresponding clamping groove 711, so as to avoid interference with the swing of the first elastic piece 712. The first elastic piece 712 has elasticity, so that when the first buckle 51 is clamped into the clamping groove 711, the first buckle 51 swings into the clamping bottle support 71 radially under the extrusion action of the first buckle 51 to let the first buckle 51 be clamped with the clamping groove 711.
During injection, as the needle holder 31 moves, when the needle holder 31 moves to the clamping groove 711, the needle holder 31 is slidably connected with the inner wall of the clamping bottle support 71, so that the first elastic piece 712 is radially and outwardly ejected under the radial extrusion action of the needle holder 31, and the first buckle 51 is separated from the clamping groove 711 under the force of the forced radial force of the first elastic piece 712, so as to separate the trigger needle cover 5 from the clamping bottle support 71.
It can be understood that the number of the clamping groove 711, the first elastic piece 712 and the first buckle 51 is equal, and the three are in one-to-one correspondence, that is, a clamping group capable of being clamped and separated is formed by a single first buckle 51, the clamping groove 711 and the first elastic piece 712, and multiple groups of such clamping groups can be arranged between the trigger needle cover 5 and the card bottle bracket 71, and the multiple groups of clamping groups can be uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction.
In view of the effect of the first elastic piece 712, the free end of the first elastic piece 712 is provided with a protruding portion 713 protruding from the inner wall of the bottle holder 71 for facilitating the detachment of the first buckle 51 from the clamping groove 711.
It will be appreciated that the raised portion 713 may enable a quick disengagement of the first catch 51 from the catch 711 to improve the sensitivity of the separation of the two. The side of the protruding part 713 away from the end of the first elastic piece 712 is provided with a chamfer to guide in the moving direction of the injection needle 3, so that the injection needle 3 can move smoothly.
In order to avoid that the trigger needle cover 5 retreats to expose the injection needle 3 again due to erroneous operation after the trigger needle cover 5 conceals the injection needle 3, the present invention further includes, in addition to any of the above embodiments: the self-locking mechanism is arranged between the trigger needle cover 5 and the shell 1 and used for preventing the trigger needle cover 5 from retreating after the trigger needle cover 5 conceals the injection needle 3.
That is, the triggering needle shield 5 and the housing 1 are locked by the self-locking mechanism in the present embodiment, so as to prevent the triggering needle shield 5 from retracting into the housing 1 under the action of external force.
Considering the implementation manner of the self-locking mechanism, on the basis of the above embodiment, the self-locking mechanism includes at least one second buckle 53 disposed on the outer peripheral portion of the trigger needle cover 5, where the second buckle 53 is provided with a clamping groove for clamping with the end portion of the housing 1, and the second buckle 53 has elasticity and can shrink radially inwards under the extrusion action of the end portion of the housing 1, so that the end portion of the housing 1 can be finally clamped with the clamping groove in a matching manner.
It can be understood that when the trigger needle cover 5 is clamped with the braking device, the second buckle 53 is located inside the housing 1, after the trigger needle cover 5 is separated from the braking device, and when the trigger needle cover 5 is ejected by the elastic member 6 after injection, the end portion of the housing 1 extrudes the second buckle 53 to enable the second buckle 53 to be ejected to the outside of the housing 1, when the second buckle 53 is separated from the end portion of the housing 1, the end portion of the housing 1 is deformed due to the recovery of elastic restoring force, so that the end portion of the housing 1 is clamped with the clamping groove, self-locking of the trigger needle cover 5 and the housing 1 is realized, and the trigger needle cover 5 cannot be retracted into the housing 1 under the action of external force.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the self-locking mechanism further includes a yielding groove 52 disposed on the outer periphery of the trigger needle cover 5 and in one-to-one correspondence with the second buckle 53, where the yielding groove 52 is used for yielding the second buckle 53 when the second buckle 53 contracts radially inwards.
The second buckle 53 comprises a second elastic piece connected with the first groove wall of the abdication groove 52, the second elastic piece protrudes out of the groove opening of the abdication groove 52 from the first groove wall in an outward inclined manner, the clamping groove is arranged at one end of the second elastic piece far away from the first groove wall, the clamping groove is connected with the second groove wall of the abdication groove 52, and the second groove wall is arranged opposite to the first groove wall; the second elastic sheet can shrink inwards towards the abdication groove 52 under the extrusion action of the end part of the shell 1, and after the extrusion force of the end part of the shell 1 to the second elastic sheet is released, the second elastic sheet can pop out of the abdication groove 52 to recover elastic deformation, so that the end part of the shell 1 is clamped into the clamping groove. After the end of the casing 1 is clamped into the clamping groove, the end face of the casing 1 abuts against the end of the second elastic piece, so that when the trigger needle cover 5 is misoperated, the trigger needle cover 5 cannot retreat under the abutting action of the end face of the casing 1 and the second elastic piece, and a locking state is formed with the casing 1.
In view of the aseptic safety of the injection needle 3, the cartridge-type medicine needle assembly comprises a cartridge-type bottle 2 and the injection needle 3, and the cartridge-type bottle 2 and the injection needle 3 are independently arranged in the shell 1.
That is, after the card bottle 2 and the injection needle 3 are pre-loaded into the injection pen, the card bottle 2 and the injection needle 3 maintain their independence and package integrity, so that the injection needle 3 is prevented from being soaked in the liquid medicine of the card bottle 2, causing pollution, etc.
Considering the specific structure of the injection needle 3, the injection needle 3 includes the needle holder 31 and the double-edged needle body provided on the needle holder 31, and in order to secure the safety and sterility of the injection needle 3, one end of the needle holder 311 is connected with the needle protection cap which is sleeved on the exposed outer circumference of one end of the injection needle 3, and the other end of the needle holder 31 is provided with the sealing film for sealing the other end of the injection needle 3 to completely seal the injection needle 3. The sealing film faces the mouth of the cartridge bottle 2.
That is, the present embodiment achieves the sealing of both ends of the injection needle 3 by the needle protection cap and the sealing film, respectively, and achieves the effect of full sealing of the injection needle 3 in combination with the needle holder 31.
When in injection, under the action of the braking device, the sealing film is pierced at the bottleneck part of the clip bottle 2 first and moves continuously, so that the double-edge needle body pierces the bottleneck part, after the double-edge needle body pierces the bottleneck part and the clip bottle 2 are completely clamped, the bottleneck part pushes the needle seat 31 to move continuously under the action of the driving force of the braking device until the other end of the double-edge needle body pierces the needle protection cap and moves continuously, and the needle protection cap is compressible, so that the needle protection cap is stacked in the process of continuously moving the needle seat 31, so that the double-edge needle body extends out from one end of the clip bottle 2, and finally injection is completed.
