Background
Cerebral apoplexy (also known as stroke and cerebrovascular accident (CVA)). Is an acute cerebrovascular disease, which is a group of diseases causing brain tissue damage due to sudden rupture of cerebral vessels or failure of blood flow into the brain due to vessel occlusion, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. The incidence rate of ischemic stroke is higher than hemorrhagic stroke, and accounts for 60-70% of the total stroke. Occlusion and stenosis of internal carotid and vertebral arteries can cause ischemic stroke, which is more than 40 years old, more female than male, and death in severe cases. Mortality from hemorrhagic stroke is high. The investigation shows that the urban and rural total stroke becomes the first death reason in China and is also the leading cause of the disability of adults in China, and the stroke has the characteristics of high morbidity, high mortality and high disability rate. Different types of stroke have different treatment modes. Because of the continuing lack of effective therapies, prevention is currently considered to be the best approach, where hypertension is an important controllable risk factor for stroke, and thus treatment with reduced pressure is particularly important in preventing stroke onset and recurrence. The prevention and treatment of apoplexy can be really realized by strengthening the education of the popularization of apoplexy risk factors and premonitory symptoms.
In the patent document No. 201710142837.3, a thrombectomy support system is disclosed, which comprises a thrombectomy support, wherein the distal end of the thrombectomy support is in an open state. Preferably, the thrombectomy support is in a roll shape; the cross section of the thrombus taking support is of an open-loop structure, so that the support has proper supporting force and very good flexibility, and can better reach intracranial bent blood vessels. The thrombus taking support has proper supporting force, is favorable for improving the fusion of the thrombus taking support and the thrombus, does not damage the blood vessel and increases the grasping capacity of the thrombus. Furthermore, due to the special cutting design of the thrombus removal support, the flexibility of the thrombus removal support is guaranteed, meanwhile, the thrombus removal support has good thrombus grabbing capacity, and thrombus can be effectively attached to avoid falling off from the thrombus removal support in the thrombus removal process.
The patent documents can ensure the flexibility of the thrombus taking support and simultaneously have good thrombus grabbing capacity; but the technical solution is lacked for how to provide a thrombus removal stent system with simple structure, stronger adhesiveness and more convenient cutting.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a thrombus removal support system, which is used for solving the problem of how to provide a thrombus removal support system with simple structure, stronger adhesiveness and more convenient cutting.

a thrombectomy support system, comprising: comprises a fixed ring, a cutting line, a bracket, a compression spring, a hooking part and an adsorption part; the cutting line is irregular S-shaped, the cutting line is made of hard metal wires and is fixed on the fixing ring, the support is in a wave shape, the support is fixedly arranged on the other side of the fixing ring, the compression spring is arranged at the trough position of the support, the hooking part is arranged at the front wave crest of the trough position of the support, the adsorption part is arranged at the rear wave crest of the trough position of the support, the fixing ring is made of rubber, and the cutting line and the support are both bonded with the fixing ring.
Preferably, the surface of the compression spring is provided with a layer of anticorrosive coating, the prepared anticorrosive coating is cured for 24 hours and then put into use, and when the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, heating is needed or the curing time is prolonged.
Preferably, the hooking part comprises a crochet hook and a connecting rod, the crochet hook is circularly arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod, and the connecting rod is fixedly arranged at the former wave crest of the wave trough of the bracket.
Preferably, the adsorption part comprises an adsorption ball and a mounting rod, the adsorption ball is fixedly connected with the bracket through the mounting rod, and the mounting rod is fixedly arranged at the next wave crest of the wave trough of the bracket.
Preferably, the surface of adsorbing the ball is equipped with friction line, friction line surface is equipped with the barb, the barb is used for adsorbing and fixed thrombus.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps
1) Cleaning the thrombus taking support system, drying in the air after cleaning, and disinfecting with 78% medical alcohol;
2) putting the thrombus taking support system sterilized by alcohol into a microwave disinfection cabinet for drying and microwave disinfection;
3) determining the specific position of the thrombus of the patient by using a medical instrument, and appointing an installation scheme;
4) installing the thrombus taking support system to the thrombus of the patient by using a medical robot;
5) after the thrombus is removed, the thrombus removal support system is removed by using the medical robot.

The thrombus contacting with the thrombus taking support system is cut up by utilizing the cutting line, so that thrombus blockage is prevented from being inconvenient to take out, the broken thrombus can enter the support through the fixing ring, firstly, the thrombus with larger particles can be hooked by a crochet needle in the crochet part through the hooking part, the rest thrombus can continuously enter the support, when the thrombus passes through the adsorption part, the rest small particle thrombus can be hooked by the friction lines and the barbs arranged on the surface of the adsorption ball, the rest smaller thrombus can be automatically discharged through the body of a patient, the thrombus taking support system can be conveniently installed, and the support can be well jacked to the vascular wall due to the action of the spring, so that the thrombus taking support system can be better fixed. The invention has simple structure, stronger adhesiveness, more convenient cutting and strong creativity.

A thrombectomy support system as shown in fig. 1 and 2, wherein: comprises a fixed ring 1, a cutting line 2, a bracket 3, acompression spring 4, a hooking part and an adsorption part; the cutting line 2 is in an irregular S shape, the cutting line 2 is made of hard metal wires and fixed on the fixing ring 1, the support 3 is in a wave shape, the support 3 is fixedly arranged on the other side of the fixing ring 1, thecompression spring 4 is arranged at the wave trough position of the support 3, the hooking part is arranged at the former wave crest position of the wave trough position of the support 3, the adsorption part is arranged at the latter wave crest position of the wave trough position of the support 3, the fixing ring 1 is made of rubber, and the cutting line 2 and the support 3 are both bonded with the fixing ring 1.
The surface of thecompression spring 4 is provided with a layer of anticorrosive coating, the prepared anticorrosive coating is cured for 24 hours and then put into use, and the temperature is lower than 5 ℃ and the curing time needs to be heated or prolonged.
The hooking part comprises a crochet hook 7 and a connecting rod 8, the crochet hook 7 is circularly arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod 8, and the connecting rod 8 is fixedly arranged at the former wave crest of the wave trough of the bracket 3.
The adsorption part comprises anadsorption ball 6 and a mounting rod 5, theadsorption ball 6 is fixedly connected with the support 3 through the mounting rod 5, and the mounting rod 5 is fixedly arranged at the next wave crest of the wave trough of the support 3.
The surface of theadsorption ball 6 is provided with friction lines, the surface of the friction lines is provided with barbs, and the barbs are used for adsorbing and fixing thrombus.
The invention also discloses an installation method of the bolt-taking support system, which comprises the following steps:
1) cleaning the thrombus taking support system, drying in the air after cleaning, and disinfecting with 78% medical alcohol;
2) putting the thrombus taking support system sterilized by alcohol into a microwave disinfection cabinet for drying and microwave disinfection;
3) determining the specific position of the thrombus of the patient by using a medical instrument, and appointing an installation scheme;
4) installing the thrombus taking support system to the thrombus of the patient by using a medical robot;
5) after the thrombus is removed, the thrombus removal support system is removed by using the medical robot.
The invention cuts up the thrombus contacting with the thrombus taking bracket system by using the cutting line 2, prevents the thrombus from being blocked and is inconvenient to take out, the broken thrombus can enter the bracket 3 from the fixing ring 1, firstly, the broken thrombus passes through the hooking part, the crochet 7 in the hooking part can hook the thrombus with larger particles, the rest thrombus continues to enter the bracket 3, when the broken thrombus passes through the adsorption part, the rest small particle thrombus can be hooked due to the friction lines and the barbs arranged on the surface of theadsorption ball 6, and the rest smaller thrombus can be discharged by the body of a patient.
Set upcompression spring 4, can be in the convenient installation stent system of embolectomy, because the effect of spring, can be fine with 3 tops of support to the vascular wall, and then better fixed stent system of embolectomy.
The invention has simple structure, stronger adhesiveness, more convenient cutting and strong creativity.
