Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention, are within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a message notification display method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a terminal, and includes:
step 11: displaying a status bar view in a first area of a status bar, wherein the status bar comprises the first area and a second area, and the status bar view comprises an application icon corresponding to a message notification received by at least one terminal;
step 12: receiving a first input used by a user for selecting a target icon, wherein the target icon is one of the application icons;
step 13: and responding to the first input, and displaying related content of the message notification corresponding to the target icon in the second area.
The method for displaying the message notification provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to a terminal, the status bar of the terminal is divided into at least two areas, including a first area and a second area, and after receiving the message notification, the terminal can place the application icon corresponding to the message notification in the status bar view displayed in the first area. And when the target icon of which the message content is desired to be viewed currently is selected in the status bar view, the related content of the message notification corresponding to the target icon can be displayed in the second area of the status bar. The method enables the user to check the content of the received message notification without pulling down the status bar, thereby avoiding the influence on the current display interface of the terminal when the user pulls down the status bar to check the content of the message notification; and the application corresponding to the message notification is not required to be accessed to view the message content, so that frequent switching of the display interface is avoided.
The specific steps of the above method and the specific structure of the terminal will be exemplified below.
In the embodiment of the invention, the display screen of the terminal can be in a special-shaped structure, and the first area and the second area of the status bar have regular shapes. For example, referring to fig. 2, thedisplay screen 00 of the terminal may be in a shape of a Chinese character 'ao', the upper edge of the display screen has anotch 02, and thefirst area 01 and thesecond area 03 of the status bar are respectively displayed on two sides of thenotch 02. In other embodiments, the display screen of the terminal may also have a regular shape, and the entire status bar is divided into a first area and a second area.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, as long as the terminal receives the message notification, the terminal will add the application icon corresponding to the message notification to the status bar view, and unless an input for removing the application icon is received, the application icon will be included in the status bar view all the time, so that more than one application icon may be included in the status bar view.
Since multiple application icons may be included in the status bar view, the area required to display the entire status bar view may be larger than the first area. Thus, in one embodiment, the displaying the status bar view in the first region of the status bar (i.e., step 11) comprises:
displaying part of the content of the status bar view in the first area;
after the first area displays partial content of the status bar view, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a sliding input of a user in the first area;
in response to the sliding input, controlling the status bar view to slide to the left or to the right in the first area to display application icons other than the portion of content.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the application icon corresponding to the partial message notification cannot be displayed due to the size limitation of the first area, the application icon can be displayed in a sliding mode, so that a user can conveniently select a target icon of the user, which needs to view the message content.
The method for displaying the other application icons which are not displayed currently through the sliding input of the user in the first area is simple and convenient to operate. However, since the size of the first area is small, the hand of the user may block most of the area during the sliding process, so that it is difficult to accurately control the sliding process, for example, it is difficult to accurately display a target icon that the user currently needs to view the message content in the first area, and it is also impossible to browse all application icons included in the status bar view while sliding.
Therefore, in another specific embodiment, after the displaying the partial content of the status bar view in the first area, the method further includes:
receiving sliding input of a user in a preset area of a display screen of the terminal, wherein the preset area is different from the display area of the status bar;
in response to the sliding input, controlling the status bar view to slide to the left or to the right in the first area to display application icons other than the portion of content.
In this embodiment, the preset region may be another region on the display screen of the terminal except for the status bar display region, and the size of the preset region may be much larger than that of the first region. Therefore, when the user controls the status bar view to slide leftwards or rightwards in the first area through the sliding input, the first area is not blocked, and sufficient operation space is provided.
Specifically, other icons or other interfaces may be displayed in other display areas outside the status bar, and if the sliding input is directly performed in the preset area of the display screen of the terminal, the currently displayed interface on the display screen may be affected. Therefore, before the receiving of the sliding input of the user in the preset area of the display screen of the terminal, the method further includes:
receiving the selection input of the user to the status bar;
and responding to the selected input, and controlling the current display interface in the preset area to enter a frozen state.
Therefore, when the sliding input is carried out in the preset area to control the status bar view in the first area to slide leftwards or rightwards, the current display interface in the preset area cannot be influenced.
In addition, since the status bar of the existing terminal, especially the status bar of the handheld terminal with a small size, is mostly disposed at the top of the screen, the preset area may be the area below the status bar in this embodiment.
Alternatively, the selection input may be a long-press operation or an upward-slide operation in the area where the status bar is located.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first input for selecting the target icon may be a click operation of clicking the target icon by a user, or may be a user operation of sliding the target icon to a preset position in the first area.
Namely, the target icon is selected in two ways, one is selected by clicking, and the other is selected as the target icon when the application icon is located at the preset position in the first area. The click selection mode is simpler and more direct, but when the target icon is not displayed in the first area, the target icon needs to be displayed in the first area through the status bar view in a sliding mode and then click operation is carried out. And when the target icon is not displayed in the first area, the target can be selected by directly sliding the target to the preset position through the sliding state view.
In this embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the first input used by the user to select the target icon, the method further includes:
and updating the display state of the target icon. The target icon is highlighted, so that a user can more intuitively know which application icon is selected as the target icon.
Specifically, the brightness of the target icon may be increased; and/or adding a frame around the target icon. The color of the added border may be various, and is preferably different from the main color or the edge color of the target icon. In other embodiments, the brightness of the selected target icon may be increased and a border may be added around the selected target icon, or the selected target icon may be highlighted in other manners.
As a preferred implementation manner, thestep 13, in response to the first input, of displaying the relevant content of the message notification corresponding to the target icon in the second area includes:
extracting key information of a message notice corresponding to the target icon;
and displaying the key information in the second area.
Since the second area of the status bar is of a limited size, it may be too large to display the full content of the message notification. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the target icon is selected, the key content of the message notification corresponding to the target notification is extracted according to the preset rule, and the extracted key content is displayed in the second area. For example, when the received message notification is a WeChat message or a QQ (an instant messenger developed by Tencent corporation) message, the name and/or the avatar of the sender are extracted and displayed in the second area; or when the received message notification is a short message containing the verification code, the verification code is extracted and displayed in the second area.
As another preferred embodiment, when the area required for displaying the entire content of the message notification is larger than the second area, in response to the first input, thestep 13 of displaying the relevant content of the message notification corresponding to the target icon in the second area includes: displaying part of the content of the message notification in the second area;
the method further comprises the following steps after the second area displays part of the content of the message notification:
receiving a sliding input of a user to the left or the right in the second area;
and controlling the content of the message notification to be scroll-displayed to the left or the right in the second area in response to the sliding input.
In this embodiment, when the area required for displaying the entire content of the message notification is larger than the second area, a part of the content of the message notification is displayed in the second area. In addition, the user can view the whole content of the message notification without pulling down the status bar or entering the application corresponding to the message notification. After the partial content of the message notification is displayed in the second area, a sliding input of a user in the second area is also received, and the content of the message notification is controlled to be displayed in a left or right scrolling mode in the second area in response to the sliding input.
In this embodiment of the present invention, after the responding to the first input and displaying the relevant content of the message notification corresponding to the target icon in the second area, the method further includes:
receiving a second input of the user;
and in response to the second input, updating the status bar view, wherein the updated status bar view does not comprise the target icon, and canceling the display of the related content of the message notification in the second area.
That is, after the user finishes viewing the message, the user may make the target icon in the status bar view of the first area disappear through the second input, and at the same time, the related content of the message notification displayed in the second area also disappears. The method can prevent the application icon of the read message notification from occupying the status bar view, and is convenient for the user to check other unread message notifications.
Preferably, the second input may be a click operation at a position where the target icon is located; or, an upward or downward sliding operation within the second region. Here, in order to control the scroll display of the content notified by the message in the second area to the left or right by the slide input in the second area as described above, the second input is set to a slide operation in the upward or downward direction. The second input may also be a sliding operation to the left or right if there is no conflict as described above.
