Background
The polyethylene composite pipe is polymerized by monomer ethylene, and polyethylene with different densities can be obtained due to different polymerization reaction conditions such as pressure, temperature and the like during polymerization. When processing PE pipes of different types, resin brands are selected according to different application conditions, and meanwhile, requirements on an extruder and a die are different, so that the performances of the obtained PE composite pipe are naturally different. The good pipeline has good economical efficiency, and has a series of advantages of stable and reliable interface, impact resistance, cracking resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance and the like, so that the pipeline is widely applied in actual life, and a connecting piece for a polyethylene composite pipe is very important.

The invention aims to provide a polyethylene composite pipe connecting structure, which solves the problems that the existing pipeline is easy to fall off and easy to axially displace only by using a sealing ring interface.

 The limit in the connecting pipe is T-shaped, and two water-swelling rubber rings are embedded in T-shaped openings on two sides of the limit. The connecting piece adopts double sealing, including hot melt sealing and rubber ring sealing, thereby fundamentally preventing the penetration force of water pressure on the pipe wall and the pipe fitting and the influence of direct contact of steel wires and liquid on water and liquid. The rubber ring connection and electric melting connection process is combined, and the pipe fittings are welded into a whole by electric melting, so that the defects of easiness in falling off, low sedimentation load, easiness in axial displacement, poor water-resistant thrust and low bearing pressure of a single rubber ring connector are overcome.
The outside combines the electric hot melting chain to solve the influence of complex soil environment on the service life of the rubber ring. The double water-swelling rubber ring overcomes the defect that the common electric hot melting is easy to cause local virtual melting. The rubber ring and the electric melting sealing measures are combined, so that stronger performance complementation is achieved, the defects of the rubber ring and the electric melting sealing measures are overcome, and the interface safety of a pipeline system is greatly improved by matching with the anti-displacement safety limit of a brand new design.

The connecting ring 61 can be integrally formed with the composite pipe, stretches into the limiting groove 5 and gradually reduces in thickness along the direction away from the groove bottom, and is matched with the limiting groove 5, the limiting groove 5 plays a role in clamping the connecting ring 61, and meanwhile axial displacement of the composite pipe is reduced to a certain extent.

 This embodiment further defines, on the basis of embodiment 9: the end face of the connection ring 61 is provided with a pressing groove 62 in the circumferential direction, and the width of the pressing groove 62 gradually increases from the groove bottom to the notch. The shape of the pressing groove 62 can be matched with the supporting ring 11, so that the sealing ring 3 between the pressing groove 62 and the supporting ring is tightly attached to the pressing groove 62 and the supporting ring 11, in addition, the sealing ring 3 is in self elasticity, and the outer ring and the inner ring have elasticity close to the connecting ring 61, so that the sealing performance between the two is better.
