All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to the flowchart of a resume retrieval method shown in fig. 1, the method is applied to specifically include the following steps:
s101, receiving a keyword input by a user;
specifically, the user enters a plurality of words as keywords in the search box, separates the words with spaces, and clicks on a search.
S102, retrieving according to the keywords to obtain and display a first retrieval result;
specifically, the words input by a plurality of users are subjected to space segmentation, each word is subjected to single big data analysis and judgment (SVM model training), and the words can be classified into the following categories, companies, positions and schools. And determining the category according to the result with the highest occurrence probability in the analysis results of the single big data analysis.
S103, setting secondary screening categories according to the categories corresponding to the keywords;
the corresponding rule of the keywords and the category of the secondary screening is preset.
And S104, receiving the selection of the user on the secondary screening category, and obtaining and displaying a second retrieval result according to the selection of the user on the secondary screening category.
Specifically, the first search result is screened according to the selection of the user on the secondary screening category to obtain a second search result.
The embodiment of the invention provides a resume retrieval method, which receives keywords input by a user; searching according to the keywords to obtain and display a first searching result; setting the category of secondary screening according to the category corresponding to the keyword; and receiving the selection of the user on the secondary screening category, and obtaining and displaying a second retrieval result according to the selection of the user on the secondary screening category. The resume intelligent screening mode is a mode of one-frame search and secondary dynamic screening, dynamic perception is carried out through the content input by the user, and the related content of secondary search is intelligently recommended for the secondary screening resume of the user.
Example two
Referring to a flowchart of resume retrieval shown in fig. 2, the method is implemented on the basis of the resume retrieval provided in the first embodiment, and specifically includes the following steps:
s201, receiving keywords input by a user, wherein the keywords comprise company names, job names, school names or the set of the company names, the job names and the school names;
s202, retrieving according to the keywords to obtain and display a first retrieval result;
s203, setting secondary screening categories according to the categories corresponding to the keywords;
in the embodiment of the present invention, a specific rule of correspondence is shown in fig. 3, the keyword is the search keyword in fig. 3, the category of the secondary screening is the dynamic screening condition in fig. 3, and the specific description is as follows:
1) and when the keyword is a company name, the category of the secondary screening is an in-position state, similar companies and functions.
Specifically, when the keyword includes a company name, the options for displaying the on-duty status may be "currently under the company name", "3-year-old under the company name", and "5-year-old under the company name". The number of resumes matched with each option is marked in the back of each option; the functions specifically refer to that the positions in similar companies are classified according to the specific function responsibilities, and the resume numbers are sorted from large to small according to each function category.
2) And when the keywords are company names and job names, the categories of the secondary screening are in-job states, similar companies and similar jobs.
When the keywords comprise company names, the category of the secondary screening comprises similar companies, the name number of the similar companies is controlled to be about 6-7 words, and at most 40 similar companies are recommended.
The method comprises the steps of combining different Chinese names of the same company through company standardization, calculating 'source company' of the company, namely the company with the previous work experience, and 'destination company' of the company, namely the company with the next work experience according to multiple work experiences of resumes in a database, combining the two companies, counting the number, and obtaining N in reverse order, so that the similar company of the company is obtained. Similar jobs were obtained in the same way as similar companies.
3) And when the keywords are company names and school names, the category of the secondary screening is the state of job, similar companies and functions.
4) The keyword may further include a location, when the keyword does not include a region, the category of the secondary filtering includes a hot city, and when the keyword includes a region, the category of the secondary filtering includes a region, wherein specific options of the region in the category of the secondary filtering are "name of current region", "name of expected region", and "name of household in region". If the keyword contains a plurality of regions, the secondary screening category does not include a region.
And S204, receiving the selection of the user on the secondary screening category, and obtaining and displaying a second retrieval result according to the selection of the user on the secondary screening category.
