Background
In clinic, nurses have a relatively low probability of using carts, and typically take intravenous, intramuscular, and subcutaneous injections after taking an injection tray to a patient bed. Because of the large volume of a typical sharps container, the injection tray is not suitable for carrying, and the used needle can only be exposed on the injection tray, so that the condition that a nurse is injured by the needle can be caused. In order to solve the above problems, document CN 205460139U discloses an injection case which is divided into three layers, wherein one layer is provided with a sharp device area, and the problem that nursing staff is easy to be pricked by sharp devices is solved. In this scheme, drawer type sharp ware district, nurse is stabbed's probability still great, and sharp ware gets into the back in addition, and some are horizontal, some are upright, and sharp ware is difficult to put things in good order, leads to sharp ware district's volume to obtain not effectively to use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an injection disc with a sharp box, which is beneficial to orderly stacking the sharp, so that the volume of the sharp box is effectively utilized.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical scheme of the present invention is as follows: the injection disc with the sharp box comprises a disc body and a placing frame, wherein a plurality of hole sites are formed in the placing frame, the sharp box is arranged on the placing frame and located in the hole site, the top of the sharp box is a sharp inlet, a rotor is arranged above the sharp box, a cushion layer is arranged on the rotor, a notch and a clamping groove are formed in the side face of the top of the sharp box, the notch is in a V shape, and a blade is arranged at the edge of the clamping groove.
As an improvement, the sharp instrument box comprises an arc-shaped upper part and a columnar lower part, and the arc-shaped upper part is connected with the columnar lower part through threads.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the sharps container is relatively small and can be placed in the well of a conventional injection disk. How to neatly stack the syringe needle and the infusion set needle in a sharp box with smaller volume is a difficult problem. The sharp instrument box is arranged to be an arc-shaped upper part and a columnar lower part, and the columnar lower part is plugged into a hole site of a conventional injection disc. The upper part of the arc is relatively large, and the arc can guide the sharp device to slide vertically. A rotor is arranged above the sharp device box, when the sharp device is used, the needle head of the sharp device is inserted into the cushion layer of the rotor, then the V-shaped notch is used for taking down the syringe needle head or cutting off the hose of the transfusion device needle head by the blade of the clamping groove, and the syringe needle head or the transfusion device needle head is suspended on the cushion layer of the rotor immediately and falls into the columnar lower part of the sharp device box under the action of gravity. If the syringe needle or the infusion set needle is not automatically dropped, the sharp device originally inserted on the cushion layer is brought down when the rotor is rotated after a new sharp device is inserted into the cushion layer next time. The falling sharp device is characterized in that the needle heads with small mass are upward, the bottoms with large mass are downward, and the falling sharp device is easily and orderly stacked. The height of the columnar lower part is 5-10 cm, the columnar lower part is similar to a toothpick box, the sharpening device is easy to arrange like a toothpick, and the sharpening device positioned at the lower part is upward due to the fact that the detail is difficult to block a new sharpening device from continuously falling down, so that the space in the sharpening device box can be effectively utilized.
The arc upper part and the columnar lower part are connected through threads, and after the arc upper part and the columnar lower part are unscrewed, the collected sharp instrument can be poured out.
In conclusion, the invention has the advantages of reasonable design, practical function and obvious effect, is convenient to use, and is beneficial to orderly stacking the sharp instruments in the sharp instrument box.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the injection disk with the sharps container comprises a disk body 1 made of stainless steel and a rest 11. The shelf 11 is provided with a plurality of hole sites 12, and the hole sites 12 are used for fixing different reagent boxes.
One of the hole sites 12 of the rest 11 is provided with a sharps container 2, and the sharps container 2 comprises an arc-shaped upper part 21 and a columnar lower part 22. The cylindrical lower portion 22 of the sharps container 2 is positioned within the aperture 12. The height of the columnar lower portion 22 is 5 to 10 cm.
The top of the sharpening box 2 is provided with a sharpening inlet, a rotor 3 is arranged above the sharpening box 2, a cushion layer 31 is arranged on the rotor 3, the cushion layer 31 is a rubber pad, and the cushion layer 31 is used for inserting a needle head of a sharpening device and plays a role in temporarily fixing the needle head.
The side at the top of the sharp instrument box 2 is provided with a notch 4 and a clamping groove 5, and the clamping groove 5 is communicated with the notch 4. The notch 4 is V-shaped and is used for taking down the syringe needle. The edge of the clamping groove 5 is provided with a blade 6 for cutting off the hose of the infusion set needle.
The top swing joint of sharp machine box 2 has a connector 7, and connector 7 passes through the draw-in groove with sharp machine box 2 to be connected, and rotor 3 sets up on connector 7.
