The adjusting device comprises a connectingring 23 matched with the outer side end of the inkabsorption spray bottle 15, a connectingplate 22 arranged at the upper end of the connectingring 23, a rotating mechanism arranged on the connectingplate 22, and a lifting mechanism arranged on the rotating mechanism, wherein theink absorption cylinder 2 is arranged on the connectingplate 22, and the connectingplate 22 is also provided with a control mechanism used for sending an adjusting instruction.

The use method of the invention comprises the following steps: when theink box 16 cannot discharge ink, thepressure sensor 12 senses that no ink exists and transmits data to thecontroller 24, thecontroller 24 sends an instruction, firstly, thelifting motor 8 is driven to rotate, thelifting motor 8 drives the T-shaped plate 4 to ascend, then the rotating motor 6 is driven to rotate, the rotating motor 6 directly faces theink outlet 10 to theink pool 13, then theink absorption cylinder 2 is driven to drive thepush plate 14 to descend and then ascend, ink is absorbed into the inkabsorption spray bottle 15 by using air pressure difference, then the rotating motor 6 is driven to rotate, then thelifting motor 8 descends, and the ink inlet is matched with theposition sensor 9 to align with theink box 16.
