Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a cooking utensil which solves the problem that in the prior art, a cover of an electric pressure cooker is unsmooth to open and close due to air trapping.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a cooking utensil which comprises a pot body, a pot cover, a pressure limiting valve, a transmission piece and a driving device, wherein the pot body is used for containing food to be cooked, the pot cover is arranged on the pot body and is provided with an exhaust channel, the pressure limiting valve is arranged on the exhaust channel, the transmission piece is arranged on the pot cover, the driving device is deviated from the pressure limiting valve by a certain distance and can push the transmission piece, so that the transmission piece horizontally pushes the pressure limiting valve, and the pressure limiting valve is opened.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the driving device controls the pressure limiting valve through the transmission part, when the cover is opened, a user lifts the pressure limiting valve through controlling the driving device, at the moment, the exhaust channel is opened, and air can escape from the release body or enter the pot body so as to balance the pressure difference between the pot body and the outside. The cooker cover can be smoothly opened by a user, so that the condition that the cooker cover is sprung open under the action of pressure difference when the cover is opened due to the fact that the air pressure in the cooker body is large is avoided, and the user is injured, or the condition that the cooker cover is adsorbed on the cooker body and cannot be opened when the cover is opened due to the fact that the air pressure in the cooker body is small is avoided, and the use of the cooker is affected. The driving device deviates from the pressure limiting valve and controls the pressure limiting valve through the transmission part, so that each part on the pot cover is convenient to arrange, the space of the pot cover is fully utilized, and the structure of the pot cover is optimized.
Further, the transmission piece is a swinging rod which is arranged on the pot cover in a pivotable manner, the first end of the swinging rod is contacted with the pressure limiting valve, and the driving device controls the swinging rod to swing so as to control the opening of the pressure limiting valve.
Further, the driving device comprises a push rod, the transmission piece is arranged between the pressure limiting valve and the push rod, and the transmission piece is controlled by the push rod to further control the opening and closing of the pressure limiting valve.
Further, a cover body which is covered on the pressure limiting valve is arranged on the pot cover, an air outlet communicated with the outside is arranged on the cover body, the first end of the swing rod penetrates through the side wall of the cover body, and a sealing structure is arranged between the swing rod and the cover body.
Further, the sealing structure is an elastic sealing structure, and when the swing rod is not subjected to external force, the elastic sealing structure can reset the swing rod through elasticity.
Further, a through hole is formed in the sealing structure, and the first end of the swing rod penetrates through the through hole.
Further, the driving device also comprises an electromagnetic valve, the movement direction of a valve rod of the electromagnetic valve is parallel to the push rod, the tail end of the valve rod is matched with the swing rod, and the electromagnetic valve is controlled by an electric signal to enable the valve rod to push the swing rod to swing.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other. The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
Fig. 1 illustrates a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a pot cover of a cooking appliance according to the present invention, and fig. 2 illustrates an exploded structural view of the pot cover of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking appliance of the present embodiment includes a pot body, a pot cover 10, a pressure limiting valve 40, a transmission member, and a driving device 50. Wherein, the pot body is used for holding the food to be cooked. The pot cover 10 is covered on the pot body, and the pot cover 10 is provided with an exhaust passage 20. The pressure limiting valve 40 is provided on the exhaust passage 20, and the transmission member is provided on the lid 10. The driving device 50 is arranged on the pot cover 10, the driving device 50 deviates from the pressure limiting valve 40 by a certain distance and can push the transmission part, so that the transmission part horizontally pushes the pressure limiting valve 40, and the pressure limiting valve 40 is opened.
By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the driving device 50 controls the pressure limiting valve 40 through the transmission part, and when the cover is opened, a user lifts the pressure limiting valve 40 through controlling the driving device 50, at this time, the exhaust channel 20 is opened, and air can escape from the release body or enter the pot body to balance the pressure difference between the pot body and the outside. The cooker cover 10 can be smoothly opened by a user, so that the condition that the cooker cover 10 is sprung open under the action of pressure difference when the cover is opened due to the fact that the air pressure in the cooker body is large is avoided, and the damage to the user is caused, or the condition that the cooker cover 10 is adsorbed on the cooker body and cannot be opened when the cover is opened due to the fact that the air pressure in the cooker body is small is avoided, and the use of the cooker is influenced. The driving device 50 deviates from the pressure limiting valve 40 and controls the pressure limiting valve 40 through a transmission part, so that the arrangement of all parts on the pot cover 10 is facilitated, the space of the pot cover 10 is fully utilized, and the structure of the pot cover 10 is optimized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the transmission member of the present embodiment is a swing link 70 pivotally disposed on the pot cover 10, a first end of the swing link 70 contacts the pressure limiting valve 40, and the driving device 50 controls the swing link 70 to swing to control the opening of the pressure limiting valve 40. The driving device 50 includes a push rod 51, and a transmission member is disposed between the pressure limiting valve 40 and the push rod 51, and the transmission member is controlled by the push rod 51 to control the opening and closing of the pressure limiting valve 40. The swing link 70 controls the pressure limiting valve 40 in a rotating manner, and the driving device 50 gives a small motion near the rotation axis of the swing link 70 to enable the first end of the swing link 70 to make a large displacement, thereby effectively controlling the pressure limiting valve 40. The structure is simple and easy to realize.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover 10 of the present embodiment is provided with a cover body 60 covering the pressure limiting valve 40, the cover body 60 is provided with an air outlet 61 communicating with the outside, a first end of the swing rod 70 penetrates through a side wall of the cover body 60, and a sealing structure 62 is provided between the swing rod 70 and the cover body 60. The cover 60 can maintain the air discharge passage 20 sealed to prevent liquid or food scraps from entering the pot cover 10 along with the escaping gas, and thus, the push rod 51, the swing rod 70 and other structures can work normally.
Further, the seal structure 62 of the present embodiment is an elastic seal structure, and when the swing rod 70 is not subjected to an external force, the elastic seal structure can reset the swing rod 70 through elastic force. The elastic sealing structure 62 enables the swing rod 70 to leave the pressure limiting valve 40 when the pot cover 10 is closed and the push rod 51 leaves the swing rod 70, so that the pressure limiting valve 40 can reset under the action of self gravity to close the exhaust passage 20. The structure makes the cover 10 unnecessary to be additionally provided with a reset mechanism, and saves the space in the cover 10 and the production cost.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the sealing structure 62 of the present embodiment is provided with a through hole, and the first end of the swing rod 70 is inserted into the through hole. The above structure enhances the sealing effect and maximally ensures the matching degree of the swing link 70 and the pressure limiting valve 40. Not only preventing the liquid or food scraps from entering the pot cover 10 from the gap between the swing rod 70 and the cover body 60, but also avoiding the ineffective action caused by the fact that the swing rod 70 cannot fully lift the pressure limiting valve 40 when controlling the pressure limiting valve 40 through the sealing structure 62.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the driving device 50 of the present embodiment further includes a solenoid valve 53, the movement direction of the valve rod of the solenoid valve 53 is parallel to the push rod 51, the tail end of the valve rod is matched with the swing rod 70, and the solenoid valve 53 is controlled by an electrical signal, so that the valve rod pushes the swing rod 70 to swing. The push rod 51 and the electromagnetic valve 53 jointly control the pressure limiting valve 40 to form double insurance, and the electromagnetic valve 53 controls the pressure limiting valve 40 through an electric signal according to the requirement, so that the pressure of gas in a pot is controlled, and the flexibility of the cooking utensil is improved.
Further, fig. 3 shows a schematic plan view of the lid of fig. 2 in an opened state, and fig. 4 shows a schematic sectional view of the lid of fig. 3 in A-A direction. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the push rod 51 of the present embodiment is slidably disposed above the solenoid valve 53. The push rod 51 and the electromagnetic valve 53 have similar functions, the same movement direction and mutually overlapped, so that the space is saved, and the space structure arrangement of the pot cover 10 is facilitated.
To further save space, the driving device 50 further includes, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a housing space 54 housing the solenoid valve 53 and a push rod base 55, the push rod base 55 being disposed on the housing space 54, and the push rod 51 being slidably disposed in the push rod base 55 in the present embodiment. The push rod base 55 serves as a base of the push rod 51 to limit the movement direction of the push rod 51, and serves as a cover plate of the accommodating space 54 to protect the use safety of the electromagnetic valve 53 and other electrical components.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a guide post 56 is provided on the push rod base 55, a guide hole 57 is provided on the push rod 51, which is arranged along the moving direction of the push rod 51, and the guide post 56 is penetrated in the guide hole 57. In the above structure, the guide post 56 slides in the guide hole 57 to control the movement direction of the push rod 51, and the structure is simple and the effect is remarkable.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the guide post 56 of the present embodiment is provided with a positioning member 58, and the positioning member 58 abuts against the upper surface of the push rod 51, so as to prevent the push rod 51 from being separated from the push rod base 55 during the movement. A spring 59 arranged along the moving direction of the push rod 51 is provided between the push rod base 55 and the push rod 51, a first baffle plate matched with a first end of the spring 59 is provided on the push rod 51, and a second baffle plate matched with a second end of the spring 59 is provided on the push rod base 55. The spring 59 realizes the reset of the push rod 51 and has a simple structure.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover 10 of the present embodiment is further provided with a cover opening member 30, where the cover opening member 30 rotates to enable the teeth of the pot body to be buckled with the teeth of the pot cover 10 or the teeth of the pot body to be dislocated with the teeth of the pot cover 10, and the cover opening member 30 includes an extending arm 31 for controlling the driving device 50, and in the process of rotating the cover opening, the extending arm 31 pushes the push rod 51 to open the pressure limiting valve 40, so that the internal pressure of the pot body before the pot cover 10 is opened can be balanced with the outside through the exhaust channel 20.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the lid 10 is in an opened state, the arm 31 pushes the push rod 51 to swing the swing rod 70, the pressure limiting valve 40 is lifted, and the air discharge passage 20 is opened to balance the air pressure inside and outside the lid. To achieve the above function, fig. 5 shows a schematic view of the pot cover of fig. 4 partially sectioned in the direction B-B. As shown in fig. 5, a bevel surface matched with the pressure limiting valve 40 can be arranged in the pot cover 10, so that the pressure limiting valve 40 rises along the bevel surface when rotating, and the pressure limiting valve 40 is lifted and the exhaust channel 20 is opened. Thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the pot cover is sprung or sucked due to the internal and external pressure difference. When the swing rod 70 is reset, the pressure limiting valve 40 slides down the inclined plane to reset under the action of dead weight, and the exhaust passage 20 is closed.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic top view of the pot lid of fig. 2 in a closed state. As shown in fig. 6, in the case of closed cooking, the lid member 30 is in the locking position, the projecting arm 31 is away from the push rod 51, and the push rod 51 is retracted to the initial position by the spring 59. The swing link 70 also returns to the original position under the elastic action of the sealing structure 62, so that the pressure limiting valve 40 can be reset to close the exhaust passage 20.
In the pot cover forming the actual product, the cover opening piece is limited by the space structure and can not be in direct contact with the electromagnetic valve, and for the pot cover under the condition, the push rod arranged above the electromagnetic valve can also compensate the height difference between the cover opening piece and the electromagnetic valve, so that the aim of balancing the internal and external air pressure of the pot body before the pot cover is opened is fulfilled.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
