Background
Liquid crystal panels have been widely used as display components in electronic products such as mobile phones, tablet computers, and the like. Currently, a liquid crystal display is composed of a liquid crystal display module and a backlight module. In order to make the backlight module have a compact structure, narrow frame and easy assembly, a structure of integrally molding a rubber frame and an iron frame of the backlight module or a structure of a borderless iron frame is usually adopted. However, the integrated molding structure is easy to separate the rubber frame from the iron frame due to the small combination area of the iron frame and the rubber frame, and the integrated molding structure is high in cost; the borderless bezel structure has low reliability due to lack of protection of the liquid crystal display. Meanwhile, for the process reason of the plastic frame injection mold, a narrow plastic body cannot be molded for a long distance, and the length of the backlight module cannot be shortened due to the structural requirement of the whole machine, so that the molding is difficult.
Accordingly, the prior art is deficient and needs improvement.

By adopting the scheme, the backlight module adopts a sectional type frame structure, and has the advantages of simple structure, easiness in molding and assembling and lower cost. A section of short step is formed on the rubber frame bottom plate, so that the problem of difficult injection molding of a long-distance narrow step is avoided, and the requirement on a narrow frame is met; the iron frame is folded to form a bending gear at the corresponding part without the step of the rubber frame, so that the gear for protecting the liquid crystal screen is formed, and compared with the iron frame without the step, the design strength is higher, and the reliability is higher; the step cooperatees with the second opening, and first opening cooperatees with the gear of buckling, has in the sand grip embedding through-hole again, makes more firm that gluey frame and chase combine, prevents to break away from, has improved backlight unit's intensity.

Thestep 12 is rectangular, the short side of thestep 12 is perpendicular to the side of the rubberframe bottom plate 11, one part of thestep 12 is positioned above the surface of the rubberframe bottom plate 11, and the other part of thestep 12 is positioned outside the surface of the rubberframe bottom plate 11, and thestep 12 can play a role in fixing the liquid crystal screen and can play a role in protection.

Further, therubber frame 1 further comprises aprotruding strip 14 arranged on eachfirst opening 13, and correspondingly, theiron frame 2 further comprises a throughhole 24 arranged on eachbending position 23 and corresponding to theprotruding strip 14, theprotruding strip 14 is embedded into the throughhole 24, therubber frame 1 is fixed on theiron frame 2 by clamping theprotruding strip 14 in the throughhole 24, and therubber frame 1 and theiron frame 2 are combined more firmly. Referring to fig. 2, after therubber frame 1 and theiron frame 2 are assembled, thestep 12 is matched with thesecond opening 22, thebending position 23 is matched with thefirst opening 13, theprotruding strip 14 is matched with the throughhole 24, and the sum of the heights of the rubberframe bottom plate 11 and thestep 12 is equal to the height of thebending position 23. The structure of this kind of sectional type is satisfying under the condition of narrow frame demand, makes more firm that the sizing iron combines, and intensity is higher, and is better to the fixed guard action of LCD screen.
In conclusion, the backlight module adopts a sectional type frame structure, has a simple structure, is easy to form and assemble by injection molding of the rubber frame, and has lower cost. A section of short step is formed on the rubber frame bottom plate, so that the problem of difficult injection molding of a long-distance narrow step is avoided, and the requirement on a narrow frame is met; the iron frame is folded to form a bending gear at the corresponding part without the step of the rubber frame, so that the gear for protecting the liquid crystal screen is formed, and compared with the iron frame without the step, the design strength is higher, and the reliability is higher; the step cooperatees with the second opening, and first opening cooperatees with the gear of buckling, has in the sand grip embedding through-hole again, makes more firm that gluey frame and chase combine, prevents to break away from, has improved backlight unit's intensity.
