The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerators, in particular to a drawer type door body with an adjustable door deviation and a refrigerator with the same.
Background
The door body of the refrigerator with the drawer type door body is arranged on a refrigerator box body through a support fixed on a door lining, in the prior art, the support is provided with a fixing part which is transversely arranged and fixed with the door lining and an installation part which is longitudinally arranged and can be assembled in the refrigerator box body, the fixing part and the installation part are integrally formed and bent to be perpendicular to each other, in the actual processing process, the fixing part and the installation part are absolutely perpendicular because of incapability of realizing the fixing part and the installation part, the installation part is longitudinally arranged behind the refrigerator box body, and the fixing part is vertically inclined at a certain angle relative to the processing deviation, so that the door lining fixed on the fixing part generates corresponding deviation.
Therefore, there is a need for an improved drawer-type door and a refrigerator having the same.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drawer type door body with an adjustable door deviation and a refrigerator applying the same.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a drawer type door body, which has a door liner and a pair of brackets spaced apart from each other in a lateral direction at a rear side of the door liner, wherein an adjusting seat and a plurality of fastening members are interposed between each of the brackets and the door body, the adjusting seat has an upper wedge portion, a lower wedge portion and a flat plate portion located between the upper wedge portion and the lower wedge portion, the fastening members pass through the corresponding brackets and the adjusting seat and fix the brackets at the rear side of the door liner, and when the fastening members are loosened, the corresponding adjusting seat can be selectively moved in a height direction to position the corresponding bracket at one of the upper wedge portion, the lower wedge portion and the flat plate portion, and then fixed on the door liner to achieve the adjustment of the angle of the door body.
Furthermore, the upper wedge-shaped part and the lower wedge-shaped part are formed by vertically extending and converging the flat plate part along the height direction, the bracket is provided with a connecting part longitudinally extending and a fixing part integrally formed with the connecting part, the connecting part is in sliding connection with a sliding rail arranged in the refrigerator body, and the fixing part is fixed with the door liner.
Furthermore, the fixing portion is flat and provided with a plurality of through holes which are uniformly distributed, the rear side of the door liner is provided with a plurality of positioning holes which are aligned with the corresponding through holes, the adjusting seat is provided with a pair of sliding grooves which penetrate through the adjusting seat along the front-rear direction, and each sliding groove extends along the height direction and is aligned with the corresponding through hole and the corresponding positioning hole along the front-rear direction.

Furthermore, the upper wedge-shaped part and the lower wedge-shaped part are formed by vertically extending and converging the flat plate part along the height direction, the connecting part is longitudinally assembled behind the refrigerator box body, if the top of the door liner inclines backwards due to the angle deviation of the fixing part, the fastening part is loosened, the adjusting seat moves upwards to enable the lower wedge-shaped part to be located between the door liner and the fixing part, the position of the lower wedge-shaped part is vertically adjusted until the door body is in a vertical state, the screwing amount of the adjusting part is adjusted again to adjust the distance between the door body and the refrigerator box body, so that the distance between the door body and other door bodies and the refrigerator box body is consistent, and the fastening part is fixed to finish adjusting the door body.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention also provides a refrigerator with the drawer type door body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: and adjusting the angle of the door body by using an adjusting seat arranged between the door liner and the bracket fixing part so as to eliminate door deviation caused by the bracket processing deviation.

Examples
A drawer type door body as shown in fig. 1 to 7 has adoor liner 1, a pair ofbrackets 3 provided at a rear side of thedoor liner 1, a pair of adjusting seats 2 provided between thedoor liner 1 and the pair ofbrackets 3, and a fastening member 4, wherein the adjusting seat 2 has anupper wedge portion 21, alower wedge portion 22, and aflat plate portion 23 located between theupper wedge portion 21 and thelower wedge portion 22, and the fastening member 4 passes through the pair ofbrackets 3 and the adjusting seat 2 to fix the pair ofbrackets 3 at both lateral sides of thedoor liner 1.
Thebracket 3 has a connectingportion 31 extending in a longitudinal direction and afixing portion 32 integrally formed with the connectingportion 31, wherein the connectingportion 31 is slidably connected to a slide rail (not shown) provided in a refrigerator body, and thefixing portion 32 is fixed to thedoor liner 1. Thefixing portion 32 is a rectangular flat plate-shaped structure and is provided with two pairs of throughholes 321 which are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction, two of each pair of throughholes 321 are arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction, so that the two pairs of throughholes 321 are uniformly distributed on thefixing portion 32 and two pairs of throughholes 321 which are symmetrical relative to the center of the flat plate are vertically arranged, two pairs ofpositioning holes 11 are respectively arranged on two transverse sides of thedoor liner 1 in a matching mode with the two pairs of throughholes 321, and two slidinggrooves 24 which penetrate through theupper wedge portion 21, thelower wedge portion 22 and theflat plate portion 23 are vertically arranged on the adjusting seat 2 in a matching mode with the throughholes 321 and thepositioning holes 11.

When the fastening member 4 is loosened, the adjusting seat 2 can slide up and down along thesliding slot 24, and selectively clamp one of the upper wedge-shaped portion 21, the lower wedge-shaped portion 22 or theflat plate portion 23 between thefixing portion 32 and thedoor liner 1, and the threaded adjustingmember 323 can adjust the screwing amount in the front-back direction to change the distance between thefixing portion 32 and the adjusting seat 2.
In this embodiment, the connectingportion 31 and thefixing portion 32 are machined and bent to be perpendicular to each other to form thebracket 3, and since it is difficult to make the connectingportion 31 and thefixing portion 32 be perpendicular to each other in the actual machining process, after the connectingportion 31 is assembled in the refrigerator body (not shown) in the longitudinal direction, when the machining deviation is as shown in fig. 3 or fig. 5, thedoor liner 1 fixed on thebracket 3 is correspondingly deviated to generate a door deviation, and the door deviation can be adjusted and eliminated by the adjusting seat 2 and the threaded adjustingmember 323 without replacing thebracket 3 with a new one.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2b, the upper wedge-shaped portion 21 and the lower wedge-shaped portion 22 are formed by extending and converging theflat plate portion 23 up and down along the height direction, that is, theflat plate portion 23 is connected to thewedge bottom 212, in other alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 2a, the upper wedge-shaped portion 21 and the lower wedge-shaped portion 22 may also be formed by extending and diverging theflat plate portion 23 up and down along the height direction, that is, theflat plate portion 23 is connected to thewedge point 211, and corresponding changes of the above embodiments and adjustment modes are within the protection scope of the present invention.
After the connectingportion 31 is assembled to the refrigerator body, when thefixing portion 32 is not offset, thefixing portion 32 is vertically disposed and perpendicular to the connectingportion 31, thefixing portion 32 abuts against the rear side of theflat plate portion 23, and the fastening member 4 is screwed with thepositioning hole 11 after passing through the throughhole 31 and thesliding groove 24 to fix thebracket 3 to thedoor liner 1.
After the connectingpart 31 is longitudinally assembled on the refrigerator body, if the top of thedoor liner 1 tilts forward due to the deviation of thefixing part 32, the fastener 4 is loosened, the adjusting part 2 moves downwards to enable the upper wedge-shaped part 21 to be located between thedoor liner 1 and thefixing part 32, the position of the upper wedge-shaped part 21 is vertically adjusted until the door body is in a vertical state, the screwing-in amount of the adjustingpart 323 is adjusted again to adjust the distance between the door body and the refrigerator body, so that the distance between the door body and other door bodies and the refrigerator body is consistent, and the fastener 4 is fixed to finish the adjustment of the door body.
After the connectingportion 31 is longitudinally assembled to the refrigerator body, if the top of thedoor liner 1 tilts backwards due to the deviation of thefixing portion 32, the fastening member 4 is loosened, the adjusting seat 2 is moved upwards to enable thelower wedge portion 22 to be located between thedoor liner 1 and thefixing portion 32, the position of thelower wedge portion 22 is adjusted vertically until the door body is in a vertical state, the screwing-in amount of the adjustingmember 323 is adjusted again to adjust the distance between the door body and the refrigerator body, so that the distance between the door body and other door bodies and the refrigerator body is consistent, and the fastening member 4 is fixed to complete the adjustment of the door body.
The refrigerator applying the drawer type door body utilizes the adjusting seat 2 arranged between thedoor liner 1 and thefixing part 32 of thebracket 3 to adjust the angle of thedoor liner 1 so as to eliminate door deviation caused by processing deviation of thebracket 3, and the adjustment is simple and convenient and saves cost.
