Background
PET (positron emission tomography) is nuclear medicine imaging equipment, which can obtain the functional metabolism condition of a lesion part by using positron technology, and has an important role in guiding diagnosis and treatment of tumor, heart and brain diseases, wherein a detector is a core device of a PET system, and judges the annihilation position and intensity of radioactive isotopes in a human body according to detected gamma photon annihilation coincidence events, so that a distribution image of the radioactive isotopes is obtained through a series of reconstruction algorithms, and along with the improvement of the modularization degree of an electronic signal processing system of the PET detector, a plurality of PCB boards are often arranged in one detector module. The continuous improvement of the performance of the electronic signal processing system, the continuous increase of the heating value of the electronic signal processing system, and the smaller size of the box body for packaging the electronic signal processing system, the higher requirements on structural design work are put forward, and in the prior art, a PET detector or other electronic products needing to realize the installation of a plurality of PCB boards mostly adopt a mode of stacking horizontal multi-layer PCBs. The arrangement and fixation modes are fixed by adopting the screws and the studs, so that the overall stability is poor, and the structure is difficult to compact; the flat cable is adopted as a data transmission link between the PCB boards, so that the connection reliability is poor, the PCB boards are easy to loose and damage, and the plugging is inconvenient; the heat dissipation of the heating device is difficult, only small special radiating fins can be used, the cost is high, if a plurality of devices need to dissipate heat, the radiating fins are closely arranged, the wind resistance is large, and the radiating effect of the devices at the air outlet side is poor.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of a fixing structure of a PCB board of a PET detector according to the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.

The preferred side of the first PCB 3 provided with the heating device is paved with a flexible insulating heat-conducting material layer 7, the other side is attached to the fixing plate 2, the flexible insulating heat-conducting material layer 7 in the embodiment is a silicon heat-conducting gel pad of 5W/m.k, and the height difference of different devices on the surface of the first PCB 3 can be compensated due to the fact that the flexible insulating heat-conducting material has larger allowable compression amount, so that the devices on the surface of the first PCB 3 are in complete contact with the heat-conducting material, and heat of the devices is rapidly transferred to the fixing plate 2.
The preferred bottom plate 1 of this embodiment has seted up a plurality of notches 102, the bottom of fixed plate 2 is equipped with the location boss 9 of pegging graft with notch 102, during the installation, inserts the location boss 9 on the fixed plate 2 in the notch 102 on the bottom plate 1, the fixed plate 2 of being convenient for is connected with the location of bottom plate 1.

The isolation studs 10 are preferably disposed on the adjacent second PCB 5 in this embodiment, and the height of the isolation studs 10 in this embodiment corresponds to the insertion height of the board-to-board connector 4, so as to compensate the height, and also play a role in connection.
