Background

The tightness test tool comprises a semi-finished plane sealing gland, a first bolt, a semi-finished axial sealing gland, a second bolt, a third bolt, a plane sealing gasket, an axial sealing rubber ring and an end face sealing rubber ring.
The semi-finished plane sealing gland is divided into an upper semi-ring and a lower semi-ring, a plane sealing gasket is arranged in the middle of the upper semi-ring and the lower semi-ring, the upper semi-ring and the lower semi-ring are positioned by adopting a first positioning pin and are radially connected by adopting a second bolt, the semi-finished plane sealing gland is fixedly connected to the end surface of a rear bearing of a stern shaft in a rear shaft hub of the stern shaft along the circumferential direction, an end surface sealing groove is arranged on a joint surface, and an annular axial sealing;

The leakage problem of the stern shaft sealing device is easy to find and process, the construction is convenient, and the working efficiency is high. The method is suitable for being used as a tightness test method of the stern shaft sealing device.
