As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the leakage receiving chamber 12 is located in the middle of the cover 1, and is recessed inward from the upper surface of the cover 1, and the backflow hole 12a and the exhaust hole 11 are both located at the bottom of the recess of the leakage receiving chamber 12.
The bottom of the leakage receiving cavity 12 is arranged in a way of sinking downwards from the middle part, namely a so-called arc bottom; the return hole 12a is located below the exhaust hole 11.
The return hole 12a is located at the lowest position of the recess, and the exhaust hole 11 is located at one side of the recess and extends toward the center of the recess. That is, the vent hole 11 is inclined, so that air leakage is facilitated and the probability of leakage from the vent hole 11 is reduced.
The extending direction of the vent hole 20 is arranged to intersect with the extending direction of the vent hole 11. That is, the extending directions of the two holes are also different, thereby thoroughly preventing leakage (exhausting only hot air). Meanwhile, in the shape of the sealing cover, the aesthetic property of the cup cover is obviously enhanced, and the cup cover is more humanized and accepted and favored by consumers.
An annular clamping groove rail 120 is arranged on the side wall of the leakage receiving cavity 12, the sealing cover 2 comprises a sealing cover body 21 plugged into the leakage receiving cavity 12 and provided with a cavity communicated with the leakage receiving cavity 12, a matching block 22 arranged on the periphery of the sealing cover body 21 and protruding outwards to be matched with the annular clamping groove rail 120, and a cover panel 23 which is arranged on the sealing cover body 21 and covers the top of the leakage receiving cavity 12, wherein the sealing cover 2 is rotatably arranged on the annular clamping groove rail 120 through the matching block 22.
Specifically, the plurality of engaging blocks 22 are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the cover body 21, so that the locking is firm and is not easy to derail when rotated.
The cover body 1 is provided with an annular protruding part 13, the drinking opening 10 is positioned on the annular protruding part 13, the hot drink cup cover further comprises a connecting piece 4 used for connecting the sealing cover 2 and the plug cover 3, the sealing cover 2, the plug cover 3 and the connecting piece 4 are integrally formed, the connecting piece 4 is in a ladder shape, and a folding groove 5 which is convenient for folding and opening the plug cover 3 is arranged at the ladder position. By the design of the folding groove 5, the closing of the sealing cover 2 is not influenced when the plug cover 3 is opened.
Specifically, the connector 4 includes a first connecting portion 41 flush-connected with the cover panel 23, a second connecting portion 42 attached to the upper surface of the annular protruding portion 13 and connected with the plug cover 3, and a third connecting portion 43 for communicating the first connecting portion 41 with the second connecting portion 42, wherein the second connecting portion 42 is located above the first connecting portion 41, i.e., the third connecting portion 43 is disposed obliquely or vertically.
In this example, the hinge 5 is provided at the junction between the first connection portion 41 and the third connection portion 43.
Referring to fig. 4 to 8, the drinking opening 10 is recessed from the upper surface of the annular protrusion 13, the opening is correspondingly disposed at the bottom of the recess, and a clamping groove 10a is disposed on the sidewall of the drinking opening 10 (the recess), and the plug cover 3 includes a plug body 30 plugged into the drinking opening 10 and connected to the connecting member 4, a wedge-shaped clamping block 31 disposed on the side edge of the plug body 30 and matched with the clamping groove 10a, and a cover edge 32 disposed on the plug body 30 and protruding out of the annular protrusion 13.
Specifically, the drinking opening 10 is in a strip shape, two clamping grooves 10a are arranged at two ends of the strip shape, and the wedge-shaped clamping blocks 31 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping grooves 10a, or only one clamping groove is required.
Meanwhile, an indication mark 33 for prompting the user to open the plug cover 3 is also arranged on the plug body 30. As is commonly indicated by the arrows. As regards the design of the cover rim 32, this is mainly convenient for handling the opening.
Meanwhile, the outer end portion of the lid edge 32 is folded downward in this example and is fitted from the lower hem to the outer side wall of the annular projection 13 (not shown but not easily thought). This prevents accidental contact during the delivery process and thus allows the plug 3 to be opened.
In addition, in the embodiment, the overall shape of the cup cover obviously enhances the aesthetic property, so that the cup cover is more humanized and accepted and favored by consumers.
Then, in this example, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, a baffle 3 is provided on the cover 2, and the purpose of the baffle 6 is: on the premise of ensuring that the air leakage hole 20 can normally release air, the leakage of hot drink or foam in the leakage receiving cavity 12 from the air leakage hole 20 is prevented.
Specifically, the cover panel 23 is further provided with a baffle 6 extending downwards from the bottom of the cover panel 23, when the cover 2 is positioned on the leakage receiving cavity 12, the baffle 6 is fully attached to the bottom of the leakage receiving cavity 12 from the bottom and separates the inner area of the leakage receiving cavity 12 to form a first section a1 and a second section a2, the air leakage hole 20 is positioned in the first section a1, the air exhaust hole 11 and the air return hole 12a are positioned in the second section a2, wherein hot air in the second section a2 can flow to the first section a1 and is discharged from the air leakage hole 20; the hot beverage or foam located in the second zone a2 cannot flow to the first zone a1 under interception by the baffle 6. Specifically, a channel 7 for hot air to circulate is provided between the two sides of the baffle 6 and the inner side wall of the cover body 21, and hot air in the second section a2 flows from the channels 7 on the two sides to the first section a1.
In this example, the width of the channel 7 is about 1.5 mm.
In this example, the vent hole and the return hole in the leakage receiving chamber 12 may be the same hole.
In summary, the cup cover of the embodiment has the following advantages:
1. through the communication between the exhaust hole and the air release hole, the hot air can be released, and the falling of the cup cover is prevented;
2. Through the arrangement of the leakage receiving cavity, the backflow hole and the sealing cover, hot drink which is possibly leaked is returned into the cup body, so that the problem of leakage in the delivery is thoroughly solved;
3. the sealing cover and the plug cover are integrally arranged, and when the plug cover is opened, the sealing cover can be rotated, so that the plug cover is staggered with the drinking opening, and the drinking is facilitated; when drinking is not needed temporarily, the rotatable sealing cover is aligned with the drinking opening by the plug cover, then the sealing cover is closed, the operation is convenient, and meanwhile, the leakage prevention performance of the sealing cover is not influenced in the movement process of the plug cover;
4. the whole shape of the cup cover is attractive and elegant, so that the cup cover is more humanized to be accepted and favored by consumers;
5. The baffle plate divides the leakage receiving cavity into two sections which can be communicated with each other and can not be circulated with liquid or foam, so that the phenomenon that hot beverage leaks from the leakage hole is further prevented, and meanwhile, the space for containing the hot beverage or foam in the leakage receiving cavity is reduced, and further, the backflow of the hot beverage is facilitated.
