Background
With the large-scale application and rapid development of industrial control computers in the field of special equipment such as industrial control, as the stability and operability of the display part of the equipment become important equipment indexes which are most concerned by users, the current advanced method is to use a touch capacitor/resistor display screen and install the screen on the front panel of the industrial control computer for the convenience of users. Thus, an advanced display device which can be conveniently operated and used by self-touch is formed. However, in practical use, the installation environment and the installation position of the industrial control computer are not suitable for direct operation, for example, the installation position is too high or too low, and thus, the user cannot see the screen and touch operation directly.
The device has independent operation practicability, and the fact that the length of time for using the device by separating from an industrial control computer to use the battery capacity in actual operation directly influences the use duration of an operator is found, and an alternative solution is being searched.

a device for separating and using an industrial control computer screen comprises a screen display device and a buckling component for buckling the screen display device, the buckling component comprises a front panel and a main panel, the middle of the main panel is of an inward concave structure, the left end wall and the right end wall of the inward concave side of the main panel are provided with clamping grooves, an inner edge strip and a rotating shaft plate are fixed on one side of the front panel close to the main panel, a hook is fixed on the inner edge strip, the rotating shaft on the rotating shaft plate is buckled on the clamping groove and slides up and down, iron sheets are also fixed on the two side faces of the front panel close to the main panel in the vertical direction, the left side and the right side of the front end face of the main panel are also fixedly provided with magnetic blocks, and the inner side of the screen display device is also provided with a loudspeaker, a touch liquid crystal screen, a signal main control board, a power supply board, a battery pack, a core processing board, an interface driving board, a functional interface board, a recording interface board, an MIC (microphone) and a key board.

The further technical scheme is that the key board is connected with a loudspeaker, and the recording interface board is connected with an MIC.
The further technical scheme is that the core processing board is also connected with a WIFI antenna.
The invention aims to solve another technical problem of providing a using method of the industrial control computer screen separation using device, which can improve the efficiency.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the method comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, inserting a screen display device into the inner side of a hook on a front panel, then clamping the screen display device into a clamping groove through a rotating shaft on a rotating shaft plate, and closing the front panel to enable the front panel and a main panel to be in adsorption buckling with iron bars through magnets; 2) then the user turns on the device by pressing the key board open/close button; 3) the key processing board processes the signals, informs the power board to turn on a power supply through the signals, and informs the main control board to process the signals; 4) the core processing board is connected with an industrial control computer through a WIFI antenna, obtains display and operation signals by using a communication protocol, and displays the signals by using a liquid crystal touch display screen; 5) the liquid crystal touch display screen displays real-time images of the industrial control computer; 6) and the liquid crystal touch display screen feeds back signals to the core processing board through a touch function, and is connected with the industrial control computer through the WIFI antenna to transmit control instructions by using a communication protocol, so that operation is performed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the screen display device is convenient to use and can be used in a wireless effective range, so that the working convenience is improved;
2, the screen display device of the invention uses IP67 high-grade protection technology, thus effectively avoiding equipment failure caused by accidental falling and other reasons;
the invention provides a separate use method of a screen display device, which is convenient and high in efficiency, and the display touch screen is not easy to damage in accidental situations such as falling.

The use method of the industrial control computer screen separation use device comprises the following steps: 1) firstly, inserting a screen display device into the inner side of ahook 3 on a front panel 1, then clamping the screen display device into aclamping groove 8 through arotating shaft 71 on a rotatingshaft plate 7, and closing the front panel 1 to enable the front panel and amain panel 4 to be in adsorption buckling with an iron bar 2 through amagnet 6; 2) then the user turns on the device by pressing the key board open/close button; 3) the key processing board processes the signals, informs the power board to turn on a power supply through the signals, and informs the main control board to process the signals; 4) the core processing board is connected with an industrial control computer through a WIFI antenna, obtains display and operation signals by using a communication protocol, and displays the signals by using a liquid crystal touch display screen; 5) the liquid crystal touch display screen displays real-time images of the industrial control computer; 6) and the liquid crystal touch display screen feeds back signals to the core processing board through a touch function, and is connected with the industrial control computer through the WIFI antenna to transmit control instructions by using a communication protocol, so that operation is performed.
When the device is used on the panel of the industrial control computer, the power supply board is disconnected with the power supply of the industrial control computer, and the following operations are carried out: (1) the battery pack supplies power when the device is used, (2) the operation is the same as that when the device is used on an industrial control computer panel;

the invention provides a method for using a touch operation display device, which comprises the following steps of 1, fixing a touch screen display device on a front panel of an industrial control computer, wherein the state of closing a cover is shown in figure 2;
2. the turnover mechanism is manually opened, so that the screen display device can be displaced to a separable position, and the screen display device is pulled out of the turnover mechanism to be separated from the front panel 1 of the industrial control computer;
3. the front panel and the display screen of the industrial control computer are separated to form an independent touch display screen and an industrial control computer host, and the operation software arranged in the touch display screen can be directly connected with the background control software of the industrial control computer through a communication protocol in a WIFI wireless connection mode to perform equipment operation, as shown in fig. 3/4.
