At present, a plate-and-frame filter press is widely used, wherein a group of filter chambers are formed by alternately arranged filter plates and filter frames, solid-liquid materials are generally extruded by the pressure of a feed inlet to achieve solid-liquid separation after a solid-liquid mixture enters the filter chambers, but the water content of the materials after filter pressing is still about 70 percent due to the small self pressure, and the deep dehydration of the materials cannot be realized.
