Background
Injection molding, also known as injection molding, is a method of injection and molding. The method comprises the specific steps of stirring completely molten plastic materials by a screw at a certain temperature, injecting the materials into a die cavity by high pressure, and cooling and solidifying the materials to obtain the molded product. The method is suitable for mass production of parts with complex shapes, and is one of important processing methods. The injection molding method has the advantages of high production speed, high efficiency, automation in operation, multiple patterns, various shapes, large size, accurate product size, easy updating of the product, and capability of forming parts with complex shapes, and is suitable for the field of mass production, products with complex shapes and other molding processing.
However, due to the technical characteristics, the method has the inherent defects of complex equipment and high cost, and a large amount of waste materials such as six-channel cold materials, pouring gate cold solid materials, cleaning waste materials, waste edges and the like can be generated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a centrifugal dispensing plastic packaging method and device, which have simple equipment structure and greatly reduce the generation of waste compared with injection molding.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a centrifugal dispensing plastic packaging method comprises the steps that a die is buckled on a product to be packaged to form a plastic packaging cavity, and a through hole is formed in the upper surface of the die;
and enabling the product to be packaged to rotate, and enabling the liquid plastic packaging adhesive to enter the plastic packaging cavity through the through hole.
According to the technical scheme, dispensing is performed through the die, and the rotary action of the product to be packaged is matched, so that the plastic packaging glue fills the whole plastic packaging cavity, the implementation mode and the implementation structure are very concise, meanwhile, the dispensing quantity is well and accurately controlled, and useless waste materials cannot be generated.
Preferably, the through hole is positioned on a rotating shaft where the product to be packaged rotates.
According to the technical scheme, the through hole is positioned on the rotating shaft, namely, the through hole cannot change in position along with the rotation of a product to be packaged, namely, the dispensing head for realizing dispensing action can be kept in a static state, and can be always kept above the through hole. The structure is simplified.
Preferably, the temperature in the plastic package cavity is adjustable.
According to the technical scheme, the heating temperature and the rotating speed of the rotating carrying disc can be adjusted according to the type and the viscosity of the plastic packaging adhesive.
Preferably, the dispensing action is performed in a vacuum environment.
According to the technical scheme, the glue dispensing is performed under the vacuum effect, so that air bubbles can be prevented from being doped in the plastic packaging glue, and the quality of plastic packaging is ensured. Meanwhile, when the plastic packaged product is in a normal atmosphere environment, bubbles in the plastic packaging adhesive can be further compressed.

Specifically, the geometric center of the product to be packaged is positioned on the rotating shaft of the product to be packaged.

a rotary carrying disc, the product to be packaged is positioned above the rotary carrying disc and rotates along with the rotary carrying disc, and,
the dispensing head of the dispensing machine is positioned above the through hole; wherein,
the through hole is positioned on the rotating shaft of the carrying disc to be rotated.
Further, the centrifugal dispensing plastic package device further comprises a vacuum chamber, and the product to be packaged and the dispensing head are contained in the vacuum chamber.
Preferably, the geometric center of the product to be packaged is located on the rotating shaft of the product to be packaged.
Preferably, the rotary carrier plate is a temperature-adjustable carrier plate.
The centrifugal dispensing plastic packaging method and device provided by the invention can bring at least one of the following beneficial effects:
1. the dispensing is carried out through the die, and the rotary action of the product to be packaged is matched, so that the plastic packaging glue fills the whole plastic packaging cavity, the implementation mode and the implementation structure are very concise, the dispensing quantity is well and accurately controlled, and useless waste materials are not generated.
2. The through hole is positioned on the rotating shaft, namely, the through hole can not change in position along with the rotation of the product to be packaged, namely, the dispensing head for realizing the dispensing action can be kept in a static state, and can be always kept above the through hole. The structure is simplified.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the following description will explain the specific embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is evident that the drawings in the following description are only examples of the invention, from which other drawings and other embodiments can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort.
For simplicity of the drawing, only the parts relevant to the present invention are schematically shown in each drawing, and they do not represent the actual structure thereof as a product.
Taking the product to be packaged in fig. 1 as an example, the embodiment discloses a centrifugal dispensing plastic packaging method, a mold 1 is buckled above a product to be packaged 3 to form a plastic packaging cavity, and a through hole 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the mold 1 to form a structure shown in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 3, the product 3 to be packaged is rotated while dispensing is performed through the through-hole 2 using the dispensing head 5. When dispensing is carried out, the dispensing head 5 is positioned right above the through hole 2, and after plastic packaging glue enters a cavity formed by the die 1 and the product 3 to be packaged, the plastic packaging glue is dispersed under the centrifugal action, and then the whole die is filled. Illustratively, the product to be packaged is placed over a rotatable platform for rotation therewith, and reference numeral 4 is a rotatable tray, as shown in fig. 3, on which the product to be packaged is adsorbed for movement therewith.
Specifically, the through-hole 2 is located on a rotation shaft where the product 3 to be packaged rotates. The position of the dispensing head 5 does not need to be adjusted and is placed at rest in the rotating process of the product to be packaged as the position of the rotating through hole 2 of the product to be packaged does not change relative to the ground.
Preferably, the temperature in the plastic package cavity can be adjusted, and the heating temperature and the rotating speed of the rotating disc can be adjusted according to the type and the viscosity of the plastic package adhesive, so that the plastic package effect is optimal. The rotary tray 4 is an exemplary temperature-adjustable tray, i.e. it has a heating function, and the temperature in the plastic package cavity can be changed by adjusting the heating temperature of the rotary tray 4.
Preferably, the dispensing action is performed in a vacuum environment. The glue dispensing is carried out under the vacuum effect, so that air bubbles can be prevented from being doped in the plastic packaging glue, and the quality of plastic packaging is ensured. Meanwhile, when the plastic packaged product is in a normal atmosphere environment, bubbles in the plastic packaging adhesive can be further compressed. The vacuum environment can be realized by adding a vacuum chamber, and referring to fig. 3, the vacuum chamber 6 accommodates the rotary tray 4, the dispensing head 5 and the product 3 to be packaged therein.
It is further preferred that the geometric centre of the product 3 to be packaged is located on the axis of rotation of the packaged product. The geometric centers of the through hole 2, the rotating shaft and the product to be packaged 3 are collinear, at the moment, the plastic packaging glue is diffused to the periphery through the geometric center of the product to be packaged 3, and the plastic packaging effect is uniform.
The invention also discloses an embodiment of the centrifugal dispensing plastic packaging device, wherein the die 1 is buckled above the product 3 to be packaged, and the upper surface of the die 1 is provided with a through hole 2; this centrifugal point glues plastic packaging hardware includes: a rotary carrying disc 4 and a dispensing machine 5. The product 3 to be packaged is positioned above the rotary carrying disc and rotates along with the rotary carrying disc, and the dispensing head of the dispensing machine 5 is positioned above the through hole 2. The through hole 2 is located on the rotation axis of the carrier disc 4 to be rotated.
