The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems in the related art to some extent. To this end, an object of the present invention is to propose a waste liquid bottle for a plate washer.
Another object of the invention is to propose a liquid suction device for a plate washer.

The waste liquid bottle for a plate washer according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the waste liquid bottle for a plate washer according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a cylinder 10, a top cover 20, a bottom cover 30, and a plurality of locking bars 40.
Specifically, the upper end of the cylinder 10 is opened to form a first opening 101, and the lower end of the cylinder 10 is opened to form a second opening 102, that is, the upper end and the lower end of the cylinder 10 are both open structures.
The top cover 20 is covered on the upper end of the cylinder 10 and seals the first opening 101, and a first interface 201 for connecting a vacuum pump and a second interface 202 for connecting a liquid suction head are arranged on the top cover 20. That is, in a specific application, the first interface 201 may be connected to a vacuum pump, and the interior of the cylinder 10 is vacuumized by the vacuum pump to form a negative pressure, while the second interface 202 may be connected to a liquid suction head, and under the action of the negative pressure, the liquid suction head may suck the waste liquid after cleaning in the microplate into the cylinder 10.
The bottom cover 30 covers the lower end of the cylinder 10 and closes the second opening 102.
The locking bars 40 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cylinder 10 and are positioned at the outer side of the cylinder 10, the upper end of each locking bar 40 is detachably connected with the top cover 20, and the lower end of each locking bar 40 is detachably connected with the bottom cover 30.
That is, the plurality of locking bars 40 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction and connected between the top cover 20 and the bottom cover 30 such that the top cover 20, the cylinder 10, and the bottom cover 30 are fixed together, thereby ensuring that the top cover 20 seals the first opening 101 of the upper end of the cylinder 10 and the bottom cover 30 seals the second opening 102 of the lower end of the cylinder 10.
It should be noted that, in the waste liquid bottle in the related art, because the cap is in threaded connection with the bottle body, in order to meet the waste liquid collection requirement, the diameter of the bottle body is relatively large, and correspondingly, the diameter of the cap is relatively large, and when the cap is in threaded connection with the bottle body, a user can easily open the cap or close the cap on the bottle body by one hand or both hands, and in addition, the cap and the bottle body are difficult to screw up to achieve a good sealing effect. Moreover, the inside of the bottle body is difficult to clean, especially at the bottom of the bottle body and other places which are not easily accessible.
According to the waste liquid bottle for the plate washer, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, the waste liquid bottle comprises a barrel 10, a top cover 20, a bottom cover 30 and a plurality of locking rods 40, wherein the top cover 20 is covered at the upper end of the barrel 10, a first interface 201 for connecting a vacuum pump and a second interface 202 for connecting a liquid suction head are arranged on the top cover 20, the bottom cover 30 is covered at the lower end of the barrel 10, the plurality of locking rods 40 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the barrel 10 and are positioned at the outer side of the barrel 10, the upper end of each locking rod 40 is detachably connected with the top cover 20, and the lower end of each locking rod is detachably connected with the bottom cover 30, so that the waste liquid bottle is convenient to detach and clean and maintain the inside. In addition, the liquid suction device is provided with a first interface 201 and a second interface 202, so that the liquid suction device is convenient to connect with a liquid suction head and a vacuum pump and is convenient to use.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, a first external thread 401 is provided at an upper end of the locking lever 40, and a second external thread 402 is provided at a lower end of the locking lever 40, and the second external thread 402 is opposite to a rotation direction of the first external thread 401; the top cover 20 is provided with a first threaded hole 2031, the bottom cover 30 is provided with a second threaded hole 3011, the first threaded hole 2031 is in threaded fit with the first external thread 401, and the second threaded hole 3011 is in threaded fit with the second external thread 402. When the locking lever 40 is rotated in one direction, the top cover 20 and the bottom cover 30 are moved toward each other to be respectively pressed against the upper and lower ends of the cylinder 10, so that the first and second openings 101 and 102 are sealed.
That is, the upper and lower ends of each locking lever 40 are provided with external threads (first external thread 401 and second external thread 402), and the external threads of the upper end are opposite to the external threads of the lower end in rotation direction, for example, the first external thread 401 is a positive screw thread, the second external thread 402 is a negative screw thread, or the first external thread 401 is a negative screw thread, the second external thread 402 is a positive screw thread, and then the first external thread 401 is screw-engaged with the first screw hole 2031 on the top cover 20, and the second external thread 402 is screw-engaged with the second screw hole 3011 on the bottom cover 30, so that when the locking lever 40 is rotated in one direction (e.g., clockwise), the top cover 20 moves downward to be pressed against the upper end of the cylinder 10, and the bottom cover 30 moves upward to be pressed against the lower end of the cylinder 10, thereby sealing the first opening 101 and the second opening 102, respectively, ensuring good sealing effect thereof. When the locking lever 40 is rotated in the opposite direction (e.g., counterclockwise), the top cover 20 moves upward to be away from the upper end of the cylinder 10, the bottom cover 30 moves downward to be away from the lower end of the cylinder 10, and the first opening 101 and the second opening 102 can be opened, so that cleaning and the like in the cylinder 10 are facilitated, and the sealing device is simple in structure, convenient to use and good in sealing effect.
Illustratively, the outer peripheral surface of the top cover 20 protrudes outwards to form a plurality of first lugs 203, a plurality of first lugs 203 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the top cover 20 and are in one-to-one correspondence with the upper ends of the ejector rods, and each lug is provided with one first threaded hole 2031. The outer peripheral surface of the bottom cover 30 protrudes outwards to form a plurality of second lugs 301, a plurality of second lugs 301 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bottom cover 30 and correspond to the lower ends of the ejector rods one by one, each lug is provided with one second threaded hole 3011, and therefore arrangement of the first threaded holes 2031 and the second threaded holes 3011 is facilitated, and the structure is simple and compact.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, a first annular groove 206 is formed on a lower surface of the top cover 20, a second annular groove 302 is formed on an upper surface of the bottom cover 30, an upper end of the cylinder 10 is clamped in the first annular groove 206, and a lower end of the cylinder 10 is clamped in the second annular groove 302.
That is, the upper end of the cylinder 10 is defined in the first annular groove 206, and the lower end of the cylinder 10 is defined in the second annular groove 302, so that when the top cap 20 and the bottom cap 30 are respectively pressed against the upper and lower ends of the cylinder 10 by the locking lever 40, the top cap 20 and the upper end of the cylinder 10 cannot be horizontally moved relative to each other, and the connection between the bottom cap 30 and the lower end of the cylinder 10 is ensured to be more secure and reliable.
In one embodiment of the invention, the cap 20 is provided with a pouring spout having a removable seal 204. Thus, after the waste liquid is collected in the cylinder 10, the waste liquid can be poured out through the liquid pouring opening, and the top cover 20 does not need to be opened, so that the use is more convenient.
Advantageously, a removable seal is screwed onto the pouring spout, and a handle 2041 for the user to hold is provided on the removable seal 204. In this way, the user can apply a rotational force by means of the handle 2041, thereby opening the detachable sealing cover 204 more easily.
Referring to fig. 1-3, in one example of the present invention, the top cover 20 is provided with at least one handle 205 for grasping by a user. Because the diameter of the cartridge 10 is relatively large, the waste bottle is heavy after the waste is collected, and thus, the handle 205 is convenient for a user to pour the waste and transport the waste bottle.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, a liquid level sensor 50 is disposed in the cylinder 10, and the liquid level sensor 50 is connected to the top cover 20 through a connection rod 51. In this way, the liquid level in the cylinder 10 is detected by the liquid level sensor 50, so that the user can be prompted to perform treatment in time when the cylinder 10 is full of waste liquid.
The liquid suction device for the plate washer comprises a liquid suction head, the waste liquid bottle for the plate washer and a vacuum device.
Wherein the first interface 201 of the waste liquid bottle for the plate washer is connected with the liquid suction head through a liquid suction pipe.
The vacuum device is connected with the second interface 202 of the waste liquid bottle for the plate washer through an air pipe.
In one embodiment of the invention, the vacuum apparatus includes a buffer bottle having a third port and a fourth port, and a vacuum pump, wherein the third port is connected to the second port 202 through a first air pipe. The vacuum pump is connected with the fourth interface through a second air pipe. So, when liquid in the waste liquid bottle for the plate washer is collected fully, if the waste liquid in the waste liquid bottle for the plate washer is not poured in time, the waste liquid can be sucked into the buffer bottle, namely, the buffer bottle is utilized to prevent the liquid in the waste liquid bottle for the plate washer from overflowing and then being sucked into the vacuum pump, and the vacuum pump is protected.
According to the liquid suction device for the plate washer, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, the liquid suction device for the plate washer comprises the cylinder 10, the top cover 20, the bottom cover 30 and the plurality of locking rods 40, wherein the top cover 20 is covered at the upper end of the cylinder 10, the top cover 20 is provided with a first interface 201 for connecting a vacuum pump and a second interface 202 for connecting a liquid suction head, the bottom cover 30 is covered at the lower end of the cylinder 10, the plurality of locking rods 40 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cylinder 10 and are positioned at the outer side of the cylinder 10, the upper end of each locking rod 40 is detachably connected with the top cover 20, and the lower end of each locking rod 40 is detachably connected with the bottom cover 30, so that the liquid suction device is convenient to detach and convenient to clean and maintain the inside. In addition, the liquid suction device is provided with a first interface 201 and a second interface 202, so that the liquid suction device is convenient to connect with a liquid suction head and a vacuum pump and is convenient to use.
