Background

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a novel controller clamp spring and shell structure, so that the heat dissipation and the waterproofness of the controller are improved, the size of the controller is reduced, and the assembly requirement of the whole vehicle is met.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the controller comprises a shell, a circuit board, clamp springs and end covers arranged at two ends of the shell, wherein the upper portion of an inner cavity of the shell is provided with a downward bulge, the side wall of the inner cavity is provided with an inward bulge, a power tube is welded on the circuit board and is arranged between the side wall of the inner cavity of the shell and the bulge of the upper portion of the inner cavity, the lower portion of the power tube is supported by the bulge of the side wall of the inner cavity, and the clamp springs are arranged between the power tube and the bulge.
