The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to an osteotomy guide plate.
Background
The traditional tibia high-level osteotomy guide plate has more selection and control limitation on an osteotomy region, and a doctor needs to select a fixed position for multiple times when using the guide plate, so that although osteotomy is finished, the operation time is long, the difficulty is high, and the damage to a patient is serious.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an osteotomy guide plate that is simple, convenient, and can rapidly adjust the osteotomy angle.
The aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an osteotomy guide plate comprises a first fixing part, a second fixing part and a universal adjustable side guide plate; the first fixing part comprises a first main body part and a first connecting part; the first main body part is provided with a first concave part and a first convex part, and a first guide hole is arranged near the first convex part; the first connecting part is provided with a spherical part, the spherical part is provided with a through hole, the through hole comprises a first spherical surface, and the outer surface of the spherical part is provided with a second spherical surface; the second fixing part comprises a second main body part and a second connecting part; the second main body part is provided with a hollowed-out part and a second protruding part, and a second guide hole is arranged near the second protruding part; the second connecting part is a protruding part arranged on the second main body part; the second connecting part is provided with a threaded hole; the universal adjustable side guide plate comprises a third main body part and a third connecting part; the third main body part is provided with a second concave part, a third concave part and two pin holes; the second concave part is communicated with the third concave part; the third connecting part is provided with a third spherical surface and a threaded through hole; the first fixing part is connected with the universal adjustable side guide plate through a universal ball structure, so that the angle of the universal adjustable side guide plate can be adjusted relative to the first fixing part; the second fixing part is connected and matched with the universal adjustable side guide plate to form adjustable sliding fit, and the second fixing part is locked and fixed through an inner hexagon screw after the relative position of the second fixing part and the universal adjustable side guide plate is determined.
Further, the universal ball structure comprises a spherical part, a third connecting part, a screw and a nut; the spherical part and the third connecting part are fixedly connected through the screw and the nut; the second spherical surface of the spherical part is matched and connected with the third spherical surface of the third connecting part; the nut of the screw comprises a fourth spherical surface, and the fourth spherical surface is in fit connection with the first spherical surface; the screw passes through the through hole and the threaded through hole and is locked by the nut.
Further, the second concave part of the universal adjustable side guide plate is a sliding guide groove, the second connecting part of the second fixing part is in sliding fit with the second concave part, the threaded part of the socket head cap screw penetrates through the second concave part to be in threaded connection with the threaded hole, and the end part of the threaded part is inserted into the third concave part; two semicircular holes are symmetrically formed in the nut of the inner hexagon screw, the two semicircular holes are respectively and correspondingly arranged with the two pin holes, and two fixing pins are respectively inserted into the pin holes and the corresponding semicircular holes.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics and improvements:
1. the first fixing part of the osteotomy guide plate is connected with the universal adjustable side guide plate through the universal ball structure, so that the angle of the universal adjustable side guide plate relative to the first fixing part can be adjusted, and the osteotomy angle can be simply, conveniently and rapidly adjusted through the universal ball structure.
2. The second fixing part of the osteotomy guide plate is connected and matched with the universal adjustable side guide plate to form adjustable sliding fit, and the relative position of the second fixing part and the universal adjustable side guide plate is fixed by locking through the socket head cap screw after being determined, so that the relative position of the universal adjustable side guide plate is convenient to adjust.
3. The osteotomy guide plate reduces the guide holes, and can be stably fixed only by 2 holes after the osteotomy angle is determined.
4. The osteotomy guide plate can assist in using the 3D to print the bone model, and a doctor can design an operation scheme in advance and preset an angle.
5. The osteotomy guide plate can obviously reduce operation time, reduce pain of patients, reduce occurrence of complications and shorten average hospitalization time.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an osteotomy guide plate comprises a first fixing part 1, a second fixing part 3 and a universal adjustable side guide plate 2; the first fixing portion 1 includes a first main body portion 10 and a first connecting portion 13; the first body 10 is provided with a first recess 14 and a first boss 11, and a first guide hole 12 is provided near the first boss 11; the first connecting portion 13 is provided with a spherical portion 15, the spherical portion 15 is provided with a through hole 16, the through hole 16 comprises a first spherical surface 17, and the outer surface of the spherical portion 15 is provided with a second spherical surface 18.
The second fixing portion 3 includes a second main body portion 30 and a second connecting portion 34; the second body portion 30 is provided with a hollowed portion 31 and a second boss portion 32, and a second guide hole 33 is provided near the second boss portion 32; the second connection portion 34 is a protruding portion provided on the second main body portion 30; the second connecting portion 34 is provided with a screw hole 35.
The universal adjustable side guide 2 includes a third main body portion 20 and a third connecting portion 22; the third body portion 20 is provided with a second recess 24, a third recess 26, and two pin holes 21; the second recess 24 communicates with the third recess 26; the third connecting portion 22 is provided with a third spherical surface 23 and a threaded through hole 25.
The first fixing part 1 is connected with the universal adjustable side guide plate 2 through a universal ball structure, so that the angle of the universal adjustable side guide plate 2 can be adjusted relative to the first fixing part 1, and the osteotomy angle can be simply, conveniently and rapidly adjusted through the universal ball structure.
The second fixing part 3 is connected and matched with the universal adjustable side guide plate 2 to form adjustable sliding fit, and the second fixing part 3 is locked and fixed through the inner hexagon screw 6 after the relative position of the second fixing part 3 and the universal adjustable side guide plate 2 is determined.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the universal ball structure includes a spherical portion 15, a third connecting portion 22, a screw 5, and a nut 4; the spherical portion 15 and the third connecting portion 22 are fixedly connected by the screw 5 and the nut 4; the second spherical surface 18 of the spherical portion 15 is in fit connection with the third spherical surface 23 of the third connecting portion 22; the nut 51 of the screw 5 comprises a fourth spherical surface 52, the fourth spherical surface 52 being in mating connection with the first spherical surface 17; the screw 5 passes through the through hole 16 and the threaded through hole 25 and is locked by the nut 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the second recess 24 of the universal adjustable side guide 2 is a sliding guide groove, the second connecting portion 34 of the second fixing portion 3 is in sliding fit with the second recess 24, the threaded portion 61 of the socket head cap screw 6 is threaded through the second recess 24 to the threaded hole 35, and the end 62 of the threaded portion 61 is inserted into the third recess 26; two semicircular holes 63 are symmetrically arranged on the nut of the inner hexagon screw 6, the two semicircular holes 63 are respectively and correspondingly arranged with the two pin holes 21, and the two fixing pins are respectively inserted into the pin holes 21 and the corresponding semicircular holes 63.
