Thefirst base 110 is mainly used for supporting, a supportingseat 111 is arranged on thefirst base 110, theheating body 120 is arranged on the supportingseat 111, and a temperature-resistant gasket 112 is arranged between theheating body 120 and the supportingseat 111. Specifically, the supportingseat 111 is disposed in the middle of thefirst base 110, and aheat insulation paper 113 is disposed between the heatresistant gasket 112 and theheating body 120 to prevent heat generated by theheating body 120 from being excessively transferred to the supportingseat 111.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, apositioning column 114 is further disposed at the edge of thefirst base 110, afirst positioning hole 115 is disposed on thepositioning column 114, a fixingupper cover 116 is disposed above thefirst base 110, asecond positioning hole 117 is disposed on the fixingupper cover 116, and the fixingupper cover 116 is inserted into thefirst positioning hole 115 and thesecond positioning hole 117 through a fastening member such as a screw, so as to fix the fixingupper cover 116 on the upper end of thefirst base 110. The bottom of thefirst base 110 is further provided with abase insulation paper 118 and abase sealing ring 119, and thebase insulation paper 118 is located between thefirst base 110 and thebase sealing ring 119.
Theheating body 120 is disposed on thefirst base 110. Theheating body 120 can be electrically connected to the battery through thewire 600, and can also be connected to theplug 200 through thewire 600. Specifically, in the present embodiment, heat is generated by energizing theheating body 120. Of course, in other embodiments, theheating body 120 may include a heating wire wound around a heat conducting rod, and heat generated by the heating wire after being powered is transferred to the heat conducting rod. Of course, in other embodiments, theheating body 120 may be electrically connected to the battery only through a wire, or may be connected to theplug 200 only through a wire, and may be plugged into a socket for power supply through theplug 200.
Theheating cup 130 includes acup body 131 and acontact portion 132 protruding from the bottom of thecup body 131, a gap is formed between the bottom of thecup body 131 and theheating body 120, one end of thecontact portion 132 contacts the bottom of thecup body 131, the other end of thecontact portion 132 contacts theheating body 120, and the area of the other end of thecontact portion 132 is smaller than the area of the bottom of the cup body 121. For example, thecontact portion 132 may be a convex pillar, a bump, or the like formed to protrude from the cup body 121, and an area of an end of thecontact portion 132 directly contacting theheating body 120 is smaller than an area of the entire bottom of the cup body 121.
The bottom of theheating cup 130 is not directly contacted with theheating body 120 but contacted with theheating body 120 through thecontact part 132, so that the heat of theheating body 120 can pass through thecontact part 132 in a conduction manner, but the area of the other end of thecontact part 132 is smaller than that of the bottom of the cup body 121, and a gap is formed between the bottom of thecup body 131 and theheating body 120, so that the heating body mainly heats theheating cup 130 by radiation heat transfer.
In the present embodiment, the bottom edge of thecup body 131 of theheating cup 130 is protruded downward to form acatch 133. The height of the holdingpart 133 is greater than that of thecontact part 132, the holdingpart 133 is held at the outer peripheral edge of theheating body 120, and the inner diameter of the holdingpart 133 is greater than the outer diameter of theheating body 120. Therefore, in a normal state, a certain gap is formed between the chuckingpart 133 and theheating body 120. The catchingpart 133 serves to restrict theheating cup 130 from excessively moving left and right. Specifically, thecatch 133 may be circular or may be formed by several rings spaced apart from each other.
The firstouter cover 140 covers thefirst base 110, theheating body 120 and theheating cup 130, and a plurality offirst air inlets 141 are formed on the outer periphery of the firstouter cover 140. The external cold air enters the inside of thefirst housing 140 through the firstair inlet hole 141, and theheating body 120 heats the cold air.
The plurality of first air inlet holes 141 are radially distributed along the outer circumference of the firstouter cover 140, and the first air inlet holes 141 are elongated holes extending in the axial direction of the firstouter cover 140. For example, the lengths of the two adjacent first air inlet holes 141 are different, and the lengths of the two first air inlet holes 141 spaced from each other are the same, so that a structure with staggered lengths is formed.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, ahookah case 700 is further included, and thehookah case 700 is used for holding hookah. Thewater cigarette case 700 is accommodated in thecup body 131 of theheating cup 130, thewater cigarette case 700 comprises atop cover 710 and acase body 720, thetop cover 710 is provided with a plurality of spacedfirst air holes 711, and thebottom wall 721 of thecase body 720 is provided with a plurality of spaced second air holes 722.
Specifically, in this embodiment, thebottom wall 721 of thebox 720 is an inward concave arc surface, and thebottom 134 of thecup 131 is a flat surface, so only the edge portion of thebottom wall 721 of thebox 720 directly contacts thebottom 134 of thecup 131, and a gap is formed between the middle portion of thebottom wall 721 of thebox 720 and thebottom 134 of thecup 131 to form theair flow channel 740.
Referring to fig. 8, in another embodiment, thebottom wall 721 of thehookah case 700 is an outward convex arc, and thebottom 134 of thecup 131 is a flat surface. Therefore, only the middle portion of thebottom wall 721 of thecartridge body 720 is in direct contact with thebottom 134 of thecup 131, and the edge portion of thebottom wall 721 of thecartridge body 720 has a gap with thebottom 134 of thecup 131 to form theair flow passage 740.
Referring to fig. 9, in another embodiment, thebottom wall 721 of thebox 720 is a plane, and thebottom 134 of thecup 131 is an outward convex arc. Therefore, only the edge portion of the bottom 134 of thecup 131 is in direct contact with thebottom wall 721 of thecartridge body 720, and the middle portion of the bottom 134 of thecup 131 is spaced from thebottom wall 721 of thecartridge body 720 to form theair flow passage 740.
Referring to fig. 10, in another embodiment, thebottom wall 721 of thebox 720 is a flat surface, and thebottom 134 of thecup 131 is a concave arc surface. Therefore, only the middle portion of the bottom 134 of thecup 131 is in direct contact with thebottom wall 721 of thecartridge body 720, and the edge portion of the bottom 134 of thecup 131 is spaced from thebottom wall 721 of thecartridge body 720 to form theair flow passage 740.
When theheating assembly 100 starts to work, theheating body 120 is heated rapidly. In the non-suction state, one end of thecontact portion 132 is in contact with the bottom of thecup 131, the other end is in contact with theheating body 120, the area of the other end of thecontact portion 132 is smaller than the area of the bottom of thecup 131, and a gap is formed between the bottom of thecup 131 and theheating body 120, so that the heating body mainly transfers heat to theheating cup 130 by radiation heat transfer, and the amount of heat transferred by direct contact is small. Moreover, the first air inlet holes 141 in the firstouter cover 140 can also disperse heat, so that the heat is prevented from being conducted upwards in a concentrated manner, and the fact that the water tobacco is burnt and the taste is poor due to the fact that the water tobacco does not rise rapidly after the temperature of the water tobacco reaches the tobacco outlet requirement when the water tobacco in thecup body 131 is baked can be guaranteed, but a gently rising state is kept in a proper temperature section.
In a suction state, the air flow enters through the firstair inlet hole 141, and takes away a part of heat of theheating body 120 through forced convection to enter thecup body 131 to bake the hookah, so that the temperature of the hookah is temporarily increased, and the increase of the smoke amount is promoted. Therefore, the hookah is roasted and heated in a heating mode of hot air flow and heat radiation, and the hookah is favorably and uniformly heated.
Referring again to fig. 1, theplug 200 is electrically connected to theheating element 100 through a wire. Specifically, theplug 200 is electrically connected to theheating body 120 through a wire, and theplug 200 is inserted into a socket to generate heat from theheating body 120. Anac control assembly 210 is further disposed between theplug 200 and theheating assembly 100, and theac control assembly 210 is used for controlling the temperature variation of theheating assembly 100 by controlling the voltage.
For example, when the heating element is not being pumped after the power-on, theac control component 210 controls the voltage to be a value at which theheating element 120 generates heat after being energized. After a period of time, the acelectronic control unit 210 reduces the voltage, and then theheater 120 generates heat after being powered on under the reduced voltage for a period of time. Theac control component 210 controls the voltage to another value, and theheater 120 generates heat after being powered on. The control voltage is mainly adjusted according to the taste, when the voltage is large, more smoke is generated, the taste is heavy, when the voltage is small, less smoke is generated, and the taste is fresh.
Referring again to fig. 1, thefilter assembly 300 includes asecond base 310, aconnector 320, agas tube 330, afilter bottle 340 and anupper cover 350. Thesecond base 310 is covered above theheating cup 130, and asecond air inlet 311 is formed on a side wall of thesecond base 310. Specifically, thesecond base 310 covers theheating cup 130, acavity 310a is formed between thesecond base 310 and theheating cup 130, the secondair inlet hole 311 is communicated with thecavity 310a, and thecup body 131 of theheating cup 130 is also communicated with thecavity 310 a.
Thefilter bottle 340 is used for containing the filter medium. In the embodiment, the filter medium is water, and the smoke filtered by the water has a warmer taste, so that the irritation and throat choking feeling of the smoke can be reduced. Of course, in other embodiments, the filter media may be other media that serve the same purpose.
The bottom of thefilter flask 340 is disposed on thesecond base 310, theconnector 320 is disposed on thesecond base 310 and communicated with theheating cup 130, theair duct 330 is disposed at the bottom of thefilter flask 340, and thesecond air inlet 311 is communicated with the inside of thefilter flask 340 through theair duct 330. Specifically, theair tube 330 includes aninner tube 331 and anouter tube 332, theinner tube 331 is disposed inside theconnector 320, theouter tube 332 is disposed outside theconnector 320, and theouter tube 332 is sleeved on theinner tube 331.
The top of theinner tube 331 is provided with a first throughhole 3311, the bottom end of the side wall of theouter tube 332 is provided with a second throughhole 3321, and the second throughhole 3321 is communicated with thefilter flask 340. Therefore, thecavity 310a is communicated with theconnector 320, theconnector 320 is communicated with the first throughhole 3311 and the second throughhole 3321, the second throughhole 3321 is communicated with the inside of thefilter bottle 340, smoke generated by the hookah in the heating hookah box enters theinner tube 331 through theconnector 320, then enters theouter tube 332 from the first throughhole 3311 at the top of theinner tube 331, and then enters thefilter bottle 340 through the second throughhole 3321 at the bottom end of the side wall of theouter tube 332. Theupper cap 350 is provided at the upper end of thefilter flask 340.
Thesuction assembly 400 includes asuction nozzle 410, a fixed joint 420, asteel ball 430, and afilter screen 440. Thesuction nozzle 410 is disposed on thefilter bottle 340 and is communicated with the inside of thefilter bottle 340. Specifically, thesuction nozzle 410 is disposed on theupper cover 350, the fixed joint 420 is housed in thefilter bottle 340 and disposed inside theupper cover 350, and the fixed joint 420 is a hollow cylinder with two open ends.
