Compared with the existing blade assembly with teeth directly arranged at the side edge of the fixed blade, the fixed blade is more stable in whole due to the back hook type design, and the area of the tooth slot is more stable due to good support, so that the fixed blade has good strength; the cutting blade is assembled to the fixed blade by side sliding insertion, so that the assembly is safe, the cutting blade is not easy to cut, the assembly is simple and convenient, and the process requirement is low. In the aspect of skin feel, the contact part of the razor cutting head and the skin is smooth, no edges and corners are formed, the razor cutting head is safe and comfortable to shave, and the razor cutting head can rotate back and forth, is easier to stick to the skin and is more humanized.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3,4 and 5, a razor cutting head of a first embodiment of the reciprocating razor of the present invention comprises a blade assembly, a blade holder 22, two side lugs 23 rotatably connected to two ends of the blade holder 22, a blade seat 25 fastened between the two side lugs 23 and carrying the blade assembly, a transmission member 21 driven by a power driving member to reciprocate left and right, a return spring 24 for rotating the return blade seat 25 supported on the two side lugs 23, and a movable blade holder 26 connected below the cutting blade 2. For effective noise reduction, the driving member 21 of the present embodiment is made of plastic. The blade assembly comprises a fixed blade 1 and a cutting blade 2 which can move in a reciprocating mode relative to the fixed blade 1, wherein the fixed blade 1 comprises a long strip body 1-1, pressing long sheets 1-2 which are respectively arranged below two long edges of the long strip body 1-1 and are parallel to the long strip body 1-1, and a bending connecting part 1-3 which is connected between the long edge of the long strip body 1 and the pressing long sheets 1-2, an inward return hook is formed on the two long edges of the long strip body 1-1 through the bending connecting part 1-3 and the pressing long sheets 1-2, a plurality of tooth grooves 3 are formed on at least one long edge side of the long strip body 1-1, cutting teeth 2-1 corresponding to the tooth grooves 3 are formed on the cutting blade 2, and the cutting blade 2 is inserted into a guide groove formed by the return hook and the long strip body 1-1.
In the embodiment, the back hook pressing type is adopted to lead the cutting blade to deform, the free edge of the propping long sheet 1-2 is propped against the cutting blade 2, so that the area where the cutting teeth of the cutting blade 2 are arranged deforms upwards to be close to the bottom surface of the long body 1. In this embodiment, in order to improve the pressing effectiveness and simplify the process, the inner wall of the free end of the pressing long sheet 1-2 is provided with a riveting bump 1-4 that presses to deform the cutting blade 2 upwards, and of course, a protruding strip may also be used, and in this embodiment, the riveting bump 1-4 is mainly used in consideration of noise reduction. In the embodiment, the free edge of the pressing long sheet of the fixed blade is used for pressing the cutting blade, so that the area where the cutting teeth of the cutting blade are arranged deforms upwards to abut against the bottom surface of the strip-shaped body, and the cutting teeth of the cutting blade reciprocate to abut against the lower bottom surface of the tooth slot of the strip-shaped body, thereby realizing shaving. The invention realizes the deformation of the cutting blade without additionally arranging an assembly part, has fewer parts and low cost. The cutter blade can be deformed by the pressing of the clasp, namely, the side lugs are provided with long clasps with thickness, the blade seat is provided with a buckling groove matched with the long clasps, and when the long clasps are buckled into the buckling groove, the top surface of the long clasp props against the movable cutter frame to move upwards, so that the area where the cutting teeth of the cutter blade are arranged is deformed upwards to abut against the bottom surface of the long body.
The lower part of the movable tool rest of the embodiment passes through a sliding groove 25-1 formed on a tool rest 25 to be connected with a transmission piece 21, and the tool rest bearing the tool assembly can swing back and forth under the action of two side lugs 23 and a return spring 24. The upper part of the transmission piece 21 is provided with a clamping cavity formed by matching two clamping arms 21-1, and the clamping cavity is used for inserting and limiting the lower connecting part of the knife rest. For stable connection, the lateral reciprocating motion is more reliable, the outer side surfaces of the two clamping arms 21-1 in this embodiment are respectively provided with an outwardly protruding limiting block, the upper portion of the transmission member passes through the sliding groove 25-1, the connection between the transmission block 21 and the blade seat 25 is realized by the abutting relationship between the bottom wall of the limiting block and the upper surface around the sliding groove 25-1, and the transmission block 21 can reciprocate laterally along the sliding groove 25-1.
In order to make more hair enter and prevent hair from piling up, the return hook of the embodiment is provided with a plurality of communication grooves corresponding to the tooth grooves 3, and the communication grooves are communicated with the corresponding tooth grooves, namely, the communication grooves comprise whisker falling grooves on the pressing long sheet 1-2 and connecting through grooves which are positioned on the bending connecting part 1-3 and are communicated with the whisker falling grooves and the tooth grooves, and the depth of the whisker falling grooves is more than or equal to that of the tooth grooves. The hairs enter tooth grooves and are directly separated from the blade assembly through the whisker falling grooves after being chopped by the cutting blades 2, so that the load born by a power source is effectively reduced, and the service life of the blade assembly is prolonged.
In order to further accelerate the doffing, every two adjacent doffing grooves on the pressing long sheet form an opening unit, and the two doffing grooves in the opening unit are communicated to enlarge the doffing groove area and form a static cutter hook pin 4 on the fixed blade 1. The tooth grooves and the communicating grooves corresponding to the opening units form a combined tooth unit. In the width direction of the fixed blade, the length of the supporting ribs between every two combined tooth units is longer than the extension length of the fixed blade hook feet 4 to the long edge side. Namely, the teeth of the strip-shaped body 1-1 are long and short at intervals, the beard inlet is enlarged, so that hair in various forms is easy to enter, especially long beard and tendril. The long and short interval teeth are smooth on the skin contact surface and have no free ends, so that the shaving is more comfortable and the skin feel is better. Of course, in order to improve the strength and the firmness of the static knife hook leg 4, the free end of the static knife hook leg 4 and the free edge of the pressing long sheet 1-2 can be connected through a connecting arm.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that the invention is not limited thereto, but may be modified and altered somewhat by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and the scope of the invention is therefore to be limited only by the scope of the appended claims.
