Referring to fig. 2-4, the second actuator includes asecond button driver 52 coupled to thelock button 5, aclamp link 32 coupled to theclamp 24, and apivoting mechanism 33 positioned between thesecond button driver 52 and theclamp link 32. That is, theintermediate rotation mechanism 33 is shared by thefirst transmission mechanism 3 and the second transmission mechanism, so that the structure can be simplified and the cost can be reduced. The operation of therelay mechanism 33 is similar to the unlocking process described above, but the process is reversed. The specific process is as follows: when the pot cover is covered, thelocking button 5 is touched, thetouch part 51 of thelocking button 5 acts on the secondbutton transmission piece 52, and the secondbutton transmission piece 52 acts on the other side of thestress plate 331, so that thestress plate 331 swings (the direction is just opposite to the unlocking swinging direction), and the subsequent transmission gears rotate in opposite directions, and finally theclamp 24 is driven to close. In this embodiment, in order to improve the opening and closing hand feeling, the transfer mechanism further includes aspring 335, one end of thespring 335 is fixed on the force-bearingplate 331, and the other end is fixed on the liner 22, so that when unlocking or locking, thespring 335 has the function of assisting the force-bearingplate 331 to swing, and the hand feeling when touching the button can be improved.
In this embodiment, a secondelastic device 521 is disposed on the second transmission mechanism, when thelocking button 5 is triggered to drive the clamp to close, the secondelastic device 521 deforms, and when thelocking button 5 is released, the secondelastic device 521 recovers to deform to drive thelocking button 5 to return. The second elastic means are similar in structure to the first elastic means, as can be seen in fig. 6. However, the deformation position is driven by the first elastic means, and the secondelastic means 521 is deformed when thelocking button 5 moves, that is, the first elastic means is deformed when contacting the unlocking button at the first position, and the second elastic means is deformed when contacting thelocking button 5 at the initial position. Therefore, when thelocking button 5 is released, the second elastic means 521 can restore the deformation to drive thelocking button 5 to return to the original position.
In the present embodiment, thelocking button 5 is flush with the unlockingbutton 4 in the initial state. Preferably, the two are arranged adjacently, so that part of the transmission mechanism between the button and the clamp can be shared, and the cost is saved. Namely, the unlocking button and the locking button of the embodiment are arranged separately. It can be understood that the unlocking button is provided with an unlocking mark, and the locking button is provided with a locking mark. The unlocking mark and the locking mark can be characters or patterns. The unlockingbutton 4 is located on the front side of thelid 2. Therefore, the unlocking button and the locking button are arranged adjacently, so that the product is compact and reasonable in layout. The front and back directions of the invention are based on the state of the machine in normal use, and the hinge joint is far away from the user, namely the back side, and the unlocking button is near the user, namely the front side in normal use.
The pressure cooker of the embodiment is used according to the following principle: when the pressure cooking is finished and the cover needs to be opened, the pressure is firstly reduced to the cover opening pressure through the air exhausting operation, such as air exhausting through an air exhausting button or air exhausting through a solenoid valve. After the pressure is reduced to the pressure capable of opening the cover, the unlockingbutton 4 is triggered to move, when the unlockingbutton 4 moves from the initial position to the first position, thefirst trigger part 41 on the inner side of the unlockingbutton 4 drives thefirst transmission mechanism 3, so that theclamp 24 is opened, namely theclamp 24 is staggered with the edge of theinner container 12 on thepot body 1. At the moment, thepot cover 2 and thepot body 1 are unlocked, and the unlockingbutton 4 is lower than the initial position, so that a user can recognize that the pot cover is in an unlocking state at the moment and cannot perform heating cooking. In order to avoid the situation that the residual pressure in the cooker burns consumers when the cooker cover is opened, the exhaust operation can be further carried out, or the exhaust can be driven in the opening process of the clamp so that the exhaust pipe is in an open state at the moment. Then, when the unlockingbutton 4 is further activated to move to the second position, themovable catch 21 is separated from thecatch 11, and in the process, the firstelastic means 311 is deformed. Thelid 2 can thus be rotated open relative to thebody 1. It can be seen that with the structure of the embodiment, the pressure cooker is unlocked and unlocked through one operation of touching the unlockingbutton 4, and the pressure cooker is opened. After thecooker cover 2 is opened, when the cooker cover needs to be closed again for cooking, firstly, thecooker cover 2 is buckled on thecooker body 1, and themovable clamping piece 21 is meshed with thefastener 11. Thelocking button 5 is then activated, and thelocking button 5 causes thejaws 24 to move from the open position to the closed position via the second actuator, after which pressure cooking can take place.

The main difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is the difference in the transmission mechanism between the button and the clamp. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, thefirst button driver 31 and thesecond button driver 52 are provided with gears, therelay mechanism 3 in the present embodiment is atransmission gear 34, and thefirst button driver 31 and thesecond button driver 52 are engaged with thetransmission gear 34 through the gears thereon. In addition, thetransmission gear 34 of the present embodiment is provided with aprogressive groove 341, theclamp connector 32 is provided with aconnection post 321, and after installation, theconnection post 321 is located in theprogressive groove 341 as shown in fig. 7. The spacing of theprogressive groove 341 from its center varies, and theclamp link 32 can only move laterally, so that thegear 34 can carry theclamp link 32 open or closed during rotation.
The specific operation principle is similar to that of the embodiment, the opening of the clamp and the unlocking of the buckle are realized by touching the unlockingbutton 4, and the closing of the clamp is realized by touching thelocking button 5. The operation and effect are similar to those of the embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
The first elastic device is arranged on the first button transmission part, the first elastic device deforms when the unlocking button moves from the initial position to the first position, and the first elastic device recovers to deform to drive the unlocking button to return when the unlocking button is released.
