Background
Electronic products such as displays, integrated circuit boards and the like are different from common materials or products, and the electronic products need dust prevention, moisture prevention and collision prevention, so that the corresponding storage system for the electronic products has the functions of dust prevention, moisture prevention and collision prevention. But current warehouse system for electronic product has intelligent degree not high, and artifical transport work load is big and cause the collision easily, dustproof and the not good problem of dampproofing effect.
Therefore, it is desirable to design a warehouse system that is moisture and dust resistant and reduces manual handling.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to address at least the above-mentioned deficiencies and to provide at least the advantages which will be described hereinafter.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, the present invention provides an electrical storage system, comprising:
the stacking rack is provided with a plurality of layers of partition plates in parallel, a storage layer for storing electric appliances is formed between the partition plates, the partition plates are of hollow structures, air passages for air to pass through are formed in the partition plates, a plurality of air holes are uniformly distributed on the upper surface and the lower surface of each partition plate, and the air holes are communicated with the air passages; the storage layer is divided by the screen plate to form a plurality of space units, the size of each space unit is matched with that of an electric appliance, and a telescopic mechanism is arranged in each space unit to push the electric appliance into or push the electric appliance out of the space unit; the electric appliances are stored in each space unit, so that goods can be conveniently adjusted and managed, and meanwhile, dust can be prevented from falling into the space units to pollute the electric appliances. Make hollow structure with the division board and help lightening weight the time, can be in the inside wind channel that forms of division board, go into gas or follow wind channel extraction gas and can both be with dust and moisture in the space unit through taking out or spouting in the wind channel, reach the effect that the dehumidification was removed dust.
The dehumidifying and dedusting device comprises an air pump communicated with the air passage, an air filter arranged between the air passage and the air pump, and an air dryer communicated with the air pump for supplying air; the air pump selectively pumps air or supplies air to the storage layer; gas filter and gas dryer can let in the storing layer again after removing dust and drying with gas now, guarantee the drying and the cleanness of storing layer.

The height difference of the supporting units between adjacent supporting units is adjusted, so that the conveying frame is integrally inclined, the electric appliance can be automatically conveyed on the conveying frame, the manpower loss is reduced, and the collision in the manpower conveying is also reduced. The carriage can extend to a designated position, so that the electric appliance can be conveniently transported to the space unit from the designated position or the designated position. And the electric appliance is automatically transported by gravity, so that the power consumption is avoided. The telescopic structure of the conveying frame can also enable the arrangement of the conveying frame to be more flexible and faster.

Preferably, in the electrical storage system, the gas filter includes:
the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a refrigerator body and a control device, wherein a cavity with a rectangular cross section is formed in the refrigerator body, an air inlet is formed in the upper part of the refrigerator body, and an air outlet is formed in the lower part of the refrigerator body; the electrostatic dust removal module comprises a left electrode plate and a right electrode plate, the left electrode plate and the right electrode plate are parallel to each other and are relatively attached to the inner wall of the cavity, and the left electrode plate and the right electrode plate are respectively electrified to form an electric field between the left electrode plate and the right electrode plate; and dust-absorbing materials are respectively attached to the inner walls of the left electrode plate and the right electrode plate. Through letting in positive and negative electricity on controlling the plate electrode for the centre forms the electrostatic field, and when gas was therefrom passed, the dust that gas carried can be fixed on left plate electrode or right plate electrode, thereby reaches the effect of dust removal, makes the gas that lets in cleaner. The dust-absorbing material can be activated carbon or animal hair which is a material beneficial to dust accumulation.
Preferably, in the electrical storage system, the gas dryer includes:
the drying tube is internally provided with a tube cavity, one end of the drying tube is an air inlet end, the other end of the drying tube is an air outlet end, and the tube cavity is filled with water absorbing materials which are close to the air outlet end; the refrigeration module is wrapped outside the drying tube and used for reducing the temperature of the tube cavity, and the refrigeration module is close to the air inlet end. In the drying tube, gas is subjected to low temperature, such as low temperature below 0 ℃, water vapor in the gas is condensed, the water vapor content in the gas is greatly reduced through the low temperature, then the gas with extremely low water vapor content is obtained through filtering of water absorption materials, such as activated carbon, quick lime and the like, and the gas is introduced into the storage layer to be beneficial to keeping the storage layer dry.
Preferably, in the electrical storage system, the processor is electrically connected to the air pump, and the processor is configured to: presetting a humidity limit; receiving a humidity value of a humidity signal of the humidity sensor; when the humidity value is less than or equal to the humidity limit, controlling the air pump to respectively pump air and deliver air for 5-10 minutes every 5-6 hours; and when the humidity value is larger than the humidity limit, controlling the air pump to respectively pump air and feed air for 10-15 minutes every 1-2 hours. The space units are periodically exhausted, blown, dehumidified and dedusted, so that the cleanness and dryness of the storage layer are ensured. Meanwhile, when the humidity is increased, the dehumidifying and dedusting force is increased.
Preferably, in the electrical appliance warehousing system, the air suction and the air supply are performed alternately. Do benefit to the clearance of dust, avoid the dust to pile up the position that can't clear up at one-way air current.
Preferably, in the electrical appliance warehousing system, the control module further includes a memory, the memory stores the number and the height of each space unit, the processor is connected with the memory, the processor is electrically connected with the telescopic mechanism and the electric telescopic rod, and the processor is further externally connected with a computer, and the computer is used for sending an instruction for storing or taking out an electrical appliance in a specified space unit to the processor. The serial number does benefit to the management of space unit, appoint the number of space unit and deposit or take out the instruction from the computer end input, the treater can know the positional information such as height that corresponds the space unit according to the storage information in the memory, the lift of control carriage at this moment for the transport face is leveled with the space unit that corresponds, and the telescopic machanism of controlling again just can be pushed out the electrical apparatus from the space unit to the transport face on, or telescopic machanism finishes storing in pushing into the space unit with the electrical apparatus on the transport face.
Preferably, in the electrical appliance warehousing system, the processor extracts the height information of the corresponding space unit from the memory according to the instruction of the computer; according to the height information, the processor controls the electric telescopic rod to stretch and retract so as to adjust the conveying frame to be lifted to a proper height; then, the processor controls the telescopic mechanism to push the electric appliances in the space unit onto the conveying frame or send the electric appliances on the conveying frame into the space unit. For example, the height of the space unit is 5 meters, the original height of the conveying frame is 0.5 meter, and then the electric telescopic rod automatically extends for 4.5 meters, so that the conveying surface is level to the space unit. Therefore, automation of electric appliance conveying, goods taking and stock can be realized, manpower is reduced, and efficiency is improved.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the invention is provided with the stacking frame and the dehumidifying and dedusting device, the stacking frame is provided with the space unit for accommodating the electric appliance, dust can be reduced from falling onto the electric appliance, and meanwhile, the hollow mechanism of the partition plate can pump air and jet air to the space unit, so that the dust and moisture in the space unit can be effectively removed, and the space unit can be kept dry and clean.
The conveying frame is arranged, the conveying frame is provided with a retractable and liftable structure, the retractable structure is beneficial to extending the conveying frame to a specified position and is beneficial to conveying electric appliances, the liftable structure enables the conveying frame to be matched with the space units to be consistent in height, and the electric appliances are beneficial to pushing the electric appliances onto the conveying belt or pushing the electric appliances of the conveying belt into the space units to finish storage.
The invention also arranges a control module to ensure that the conveying frame automatically ascends and descends to be matched with the corresponding space unit height so as to finish the automatic storage and taking of the electric appliance, reduce the labor and improve the efficiency.

The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, an appliance warehousing system comprising:
thestacking rack 1 is provided with a plurality of layers ofpartition plates 2 in parallel, astorage layer 8 for storing electric appliances is formed between thepartition plates 2, thepartition plates 2 are of hollow structures, air passages for gas to pass through are formed in the partition plates, a plurality of air holes are uniformly distributed on the upper surface and the lower surface of each partition plate, the air holes are communicated with the air passages, so that the gas in the air passages can be sprayed into the storage layers from the air holes, and the gas in the storage layers can be sucked into the air passages through the air holes; thestorage layer 8 is separated by theotter board 3 and forms a plurality ofspace units 4, the size and the electrical apparatus phase-match ofspace unit 4 are convenient for hold and store the electrical apparatus, be provided with telescopic machanism in the space unit and push or release the space unit with the electrical apparatus, telescopic machanism is electronic, can simply understand that a tongs is connected to electronic pole one end, and electronic pole can extend and shorten, and the tongs is used for clinching the electrical apparatus, just so can realize drawing in the electrical apparatus or push out.
The dehumidifying and dedusting device comprises anair pump 5 communicated with the air passage, anair filter 6 arranged between the air passage and theair pump 5, and an air dryer 7 communicated with theair pump 5 for air supply; the air pump is controlled by the processor to selectively pump air into or out of thestorage layer 8, and the dust can be blown away or sucked away when the air flow speed reaches a certain degree; gas filter and gas dryer can let in the storing layer again after removing dust and drying with gas now, guarantee the drying and the cleanness of storing layer.
Atransport rack 9 provided on the front side, the back side or the side of thestacking rack 1 for transporting an electric appliance to and from thestorage layer 8; the conveying frame is formed by splicing a plurality of supporting units, each supporting unit comprises a left supportingrod 15, a right supporting rod and a left parallelogramtelescopic piece 10 and a right parallelogramtelescopic piece 10 which are respectively arranged on the left supporting rod and the right supporting rod, the left supportingrod 15 and the right supporting rod are both made of electric telescopic rods, the parallelogramtelescopic pieces 10 are formed by hinging four supporting rods end to end, the four supporting rods are hinged end to form anupper hinge point 11, alower hinge point 12, aleft hinge point 13 and aright hinge point 14, the left supportingrod 15 and the right supporting rod are supported at thelower hinge point 12, a rotatingrod 27 is horizontally arranged between theupper hinge point 11 of the left parallelogram telescopic piece and the upper hinge point of the right parallelogram telescopic piece in a penetrating way, a plurality of rolling balls or rolling wheels are connected in series on the rotating rod, as shown in figure 4, the rotatingrods 27 of the plurality of supporting units are combined to form the conveying surface of the, under the action of gravity, the electric appliance is automatically conveyed on the conveying surface.
Control module, it includes humidity inductor and treater, humidity inductor sets up in thestorage layer 8, the treater respectively with humidity inductor and dehumidification dust collector electricity are connected, the treater basis humidity inductor's humidity signal control dehumidification dust collector dehumidifies and removes dust to the storage layer, and what the treater control air pump bleed and jet-propelled effect that reaches the dehumidification and remove dust.
Further, thegas filter 6 includes: the refrigerator comprises abox body 16, a door body and a door handle, wherein acavity 17 with a rectangular cross section is formed in thebox body 16, anair inlet 18 is formed in the upper part of thebox body 16, and anair outlet 19 is formed in the lower part of the box body; the electrostatic dust removal module comprises aleft electrode plate 20 and aright electrode plate 21, wherein theleft electrode plate 20 and theright electrode plate 21 are parallel to each other and are oppositely attached to the inner wall of thecavity 17, and the left electrode plate and the right electrode plate are respectively electrified to form an electric field between the left electrode plate and the right electrode plate; wherein, the inner walls of theleft electrode plate 20 and theright electrode plate 21 are respectively adhered with dust-absorbing materials. Through letting in positive and negative electricity on controlling the plate electrode for the centre forms the electrostatic field, and when gas was therefrom passed, the dust that gas carried can be fixed on left plate electrode or right plate electrode, thereby reaches the effect of dust removal, makes the gas that lets in cleaner. The dust-absorbing material can be activated carbon or animal hair which is a material beneficial to dust accumulation.
Further, the gas dryer 7 includes: thedrying tube 22 is internally provided with a tube cavity, one end of the drying tube is an air inletend 23, the other end of the drying tube is anair outlet end 24, the tube cavity is filled with awater absorbing material 26, and thewater absorbing material 26 is close to theair outlet end 24; arefrigeration module 25 wrapped around the outside of thedrying tube 22 for reducing the temperature of the tube cavity, the refrigeration module being proximate to theair inlet end 23. The refrigeration module can be a refrigeration module of a common refrigerator or an air conditioner. In the drying tube, gas is subjected to low temperature, such as low temperature below 0 ℃, water vapor in the gas is condensed, the water vapor content in the gas at the low temperature is greatly reduced, and then the gas with extremely low water vapor content is obtained by filtering water absorbing materials such as activated carbon, quick lime and the like, so that the gas is introduced into the storage layer and can be beneficial to keeping the storage layer dry.
Further, the processor is electrically connected to the air pump, the processor configured to: presetting a humidity limit, such as 5% or 10%; receiving a humidity value of a humidity signal of the humidity sensor; when the humidity value is less than or equal to the humidity limit, controlling the air pump to respectively pump air and deliver air for 5-10 minutes every 5-6 hours; and when the humidity value is larger than the humidity limit, controlling the air pump to respectively pump air and feed air for 10-15 minutes every 1-2 hours. The space units are periodically exhausted, blown, dehumidified and dedusted, so that the cleanness and dryness of the storage layer are ensured. The air suction and air supply are alternately performed. For example, two minutes of pumping and two more minutes of pumping, followed by a cycle.
Furthermore, the control module further comprises a memory, the memory stores the number and the height or the position information of eachspace unit 4, the number is helpful for management, and is also convenient for a computer to specify the space unit, and the processor is connected with the memory to read the corresponding information such as the number and the height information. The processor with the telescopic machanism ofspace unit 4 inside and the electric telescopic handle electricity of controlling the bracing piece is connected, the processor still is external to have a computer, the computer be used for to the processor sends the instruction of depositing in or taking out electrical apparatus at appointed space unit, and the computer can input the serial number instruction earlier, then inputs the instruction of depositing in or taking out. The serial number does benefit to the management of space unit, appoint the number of space unit and deposit or take out the instruction from the computer end input, the treater can know the positional information such as height that corresponds the space unit according to the storage information in the memory, the lift of control carriage at this moment for the transport face is leveled with the space unit that corresponds, and the telescopic machanism of controlling again just can be pushed out the electrical apparatus from the space unit to the transport face on, or telescopic machanism finishes storing in pushing into the space unit with the electrical apparatus on the transport face.
Further, the processor extracts the height information of the corresponding space unit from the memory according to the instruction of the computer; according to the height information, the processor controls the electric telescopic rod to stretch and retract so as to adjust the conveying frame to be lifted to a proper height; then, the processor controls the telescopic mechanism to push the electric appliances in the space unit onto the conveying frame or send the electric appliances on the conveying frame into the space unit. For example, the processor firstly performs positioning according to the serial number instruction of the computer and performs contrasting positioning with the serial number in the memory, extracts the height information or the position information of the corresponding space unit after positioning, and then controls the left and right support rods to extend for 9 meters according to the height information, for example, the position of the corresponding space unit is 10 meters high, the initial height of the conveyingframe 9 is 1 meter, so that the conveying frame is level with the space unit, and then the processor controls the telescopic mechanism to push the electric appliance in the conveying belt into the space unit, or controls the telescopic mechanism to push the electric appliance in the space unit into the conveying frame. Because the carriage can once only carry a plurality of electrical apparatus, consequently improved efficiency greatly.
