Technical Field
The invention relates to a measuring device and a measuring method, in particular to a measuring device and a measuring method for the thickness of a round wire welding strip coating.
Background
The welding strip used for connecting the battery piece on the photovoltaic module is mainly divided into a circular welding strip and a flat rectangular welding strip, and the thickness of a welding auxiliary coating on the surface of the welding strip is an important technical parameter of the welding strip, so that the welding strength, the welding reliability and the battery piece fragment rate are determined. The thickness measurement of the welding strip becomes a necessary inspection item of each batch of welding strips.
For rectangular welding strips, the thickness direction of the coating is perpendicular to the plane direction of the welding strips, so that the measurement result can be accurately and conveniently obtained by adopting a common coating thickness meter.
For the round wire welding strip, the base material is a cylindrical base body, so that the measurement cannot be directly performed by adopting a coating thickness meter. The metallographic method is generally adopted for measurement, but the metallographic method has a plurality of detection steps and takes a long time, one metallographic sample needs to be subjected to the steps of cutting, fixing, preparing mosaic materials, mosaic, polishing, measuring and the like, and although a plurality of samples to be measured are inlaid in one die for synchronous measurement during actual measurement, the metallographic method still takes a long time even so, and the detection time of the metallographic sample generally needs about 70 minutes. In the metallographic detection process, more and basically manual operations are adopted, errors are possibly introduced in each process, such as non-perpendicular cutting surfaces and samples, cross section deformation caused by cutting, incomplete vertical of embedded samples, non-horizontal bottom surfaces of polished metallographic samples, deformation of tin layer profile caused by incomplete filling of embedded materials, and finally manual scribing measurement of shot pictures. Therefore, the metallographic method is a method with high requirements for detection personnel, and a skilled operation is required for detecting the result so as to have good stability.

the welding strip pressing block is provided with at least one limiting groove on the surface, the welding strip pressing block is arranged on the measuring probe, and the limiting groove is matched with a round wire welding strip on the measuring probe.
Compared with the prior art, the method can rapidly detect the coating thickness of the round wire welding strip, has the advantages of simple measurement method, fewer steps, difficult error introduction, high measurement accuracy reaching +/-0.1 mu m, high long-term stability of the measurement device, rapid derivation of measurement data by a coating thickness meter, and contribution to statistical analysis of the data.
Further, one end face of the welding strip fixing column is provided with a welding strip pressing mechanism, the welding strip pressing mechanism comprises a pin shaft, a pressing ring and a pressure spring, the pin shaft is vertically arranged on the end face of the welding strip fixing column, the pressing ring and the pressure spring are sleeved on the pin shaft, and the pressure spring presses the pressing ring on the end face of the welding strip fixing column.
Further, arc-shaped grooves matched with the round wire welding strips are formed in the contact surfaces of the pressing rings and the welding strip fixing columns.

step 3, placing the welding strip pressing block on a measuring probe, so that the round wire welding strip to be measured is limited in a limiting groove of the welding strip pressing block;
step 4, adjusting the position of a measuring point on an operation interface of the coating thickness measuring instrument to enable the measuring point to fall in the middle of a sample to be measured, adjusting the focal length, and measuring after the focal length is clear;
step 5, rotating the welding strip fixing column along the central axis, and sequentially arranging all cylindrical surfaces of the welding strip fixing column polyhedron on a measuring platform, wherein each rotation is measured according to the step 4 until all the cylindrical surfaces are completely measured;
and 6, obtaining coating thickness data of each equal division point of the circle of the round wire welding strip from a coating thickness measuring instrument.
By adopting the preferable scheme, the coating thickness of the round wire welding strip can be rapidly detected, the measuring method is simple, the steps are few, errors are not easy to introduce, the measuring precision can reach +/-0.1 mu m, the long-term stability of the measuring device is high, and the coating thickness meter can rapidly derive the measured data, so that the statistical analysis of the data is facilitated.
Further, the round wire welding strip can be translated through the translation mechanism, and coating thickness data of different positions of the round wire welding strip can be measured.
By adopting the preferable scheme, the round wire welding strip can be stably translated to measure the thickness of the coating at different positions in the length direction.

In order to achieve the object of the present invention, one embodiment of the present invention is: as shown in fig. 1-3, a device for measuring thickness of a round wire bonding tape coating comprises:
the welding strip fixing column 1 is a linear regular polygon column body, a penetrating round hole 11 is formed in the central axis of the column body, a slit 12 communicated with the round hole 11 is formed in the column body of the welding strip fixing column 1, and one end of a circular wire welding strip 4 to be measured penetrates through the slit 12 and is placed in the round hole 11;
the coating thickness measuring instrument comprises a measuring platform 21 and a measuring probe 22, wherein a welding strip fixing column 1 is placed on the measuring platform 21, the axis of the welding strip fixing column 1 is parallel to the measuring platform 21, and a part to be measured of the round wire welding strip 4 is placed on the measuring probe 22;
the welding strip pressing block 3 is provided with at least one limiting groove 31 on the surface, the welding strip pressing block 3 is arranged on the measuring probe 22, and the limiting groove 31 is matched with the round wire welding strip 4 on the measuring probe 22.
The coating thickness measuring instrument is an instrument capable of rapidly measuring the thickness of the rectangular welding strip coating in the prior art, namely, the thickness of the coating in the irradiation direction can be rapidly measured, and the instrument can be a laser coating thickness measuring instrument or an X-ray coating thickness measuring instrument, and is not limited by the invention.

As shown in fig. 4, in other embodiments of the present invention, one end surface of the welding strip fixing post 1 is provided with a welding strip compressing mechanism, the welding strip compressing mechanism comprises a pin 15, a compression ring 14 and a compression spring 13, the pin 15 is vertically arranged on the end surface of the welding strip fixing post 1, the compression ring 14 and the compression spring 13 are sleeved on the pin 15, and the compression ring 14 is compressed on the end surface of the welding strip fixing post 1 by the compression spring 13; the contact surface of the pressing ring 14 and the welding strip fixing column 1 is provided with an arc-shaped groove matched with the round wire welding strip 4.
