The invention belongs to the field of coal mine gas extraction hole sealing, and particularly relates to a penetrating three-bag plugging device and a using method thereof.
Background
The coal bed gas extraction is a fundamental measure for controlling gas in a mine, and the plugging of a drill hole is not tight, and the gas leakage of the drill hole is an important factor causing the low gas extraction efficiency of the coal mine, so that the overall safety of the mine and the utilization of the extracted gas in the mine are influenced. The hole sealing technology of coal seam drilling is a key technical link of gas extraction, and the commonly used hole sealing technology comprises a two-plugging one-injection hole sealing method, a polyurethane hole sealing method and a hole sealing method of a hole sealing device, wherein polyurethane and cement mortar are used as materials. The existing hole sealing device comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of fixing a bag on a gas drainage pipe in the bag type hole sealing device and a hole sealing method (ZL 200710054384.5), a gas extraction secondary high-pressure grouting hole sealing device and a hole sealing method (ZL 200910064186.6), a gas extraction center split-flow type grouting hole sealing device and a hole sealing method (ZL 201110120920.3), a gas extraction fixed type plugging device and a using method (ZL 201310402234.4) thereof, a gas extraction penetration type plugging device and a using method (ZL 201310405906.7) thereof and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a penetrating three-bag plugging device and a using method thereof, wherein the plugging device is simple in structure and convenient to install and operate, the length of a hole sealing section can be adjusted, and three-plugging three-injection type drilling hole sealing can be realized.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:
a sleeve-penetrating three-bag plugging device comprises a first bag (1), a second bag (2), a third bag (3), a hole sealing grouting pipe (4), a crack plugging pipe (5) and a slurry guide pipe (13); the first bag (1), the second bag (2) and the third bag (3) are made of the same material and have the same structure, the respective lengths can be adjusted according to the hole sealing length, the hole sealing grouting pipe (4) is formed by connecting three sections of plastic pipes to form a through pipeline, each section of plastic pipe respectively penetrates through the interiors of the first bag (1), the second bag (2) and the third bag (3) and is connected end to end through a large-diameter quick connector (6) arranged at the left end of each section of plastic pipe to form the hole sealing grouting pipe (4), the length of each section of plastic pipe can be adjusted according to the length of the bag which the plastic pipe penetrates, the middle part of each section of plastic pipe is provided with a grouting port which is arranged in the bag and provided with a one-way valve (10), the plastic pipe in the second bag is provided with a one-way pressure sensing overflow valve (11) at the position close to the tail end on the right side, a plug (9) is arranged at the right end part of the plastic pipe positioned in the third pocket bag; the crack plugging pipe (5) is a small-caliber plastic pipe with the pipe diameter smaller than that of the hole sealing grouting pipe (4), a small-diameter quick connector (7) is arranged at the starting end of the crack plugging pipe (5), the front section of the crack plugging pipe (5) penetrates through the first bag, the rear section of the crack plugging pipe is positioned on the outer side of the second bag and is closely attached to the hole sealing grouting pipe positioned in the second bag for arrangement, and thus a crack plugging liquid outlet (18) of the crack plugging pipe (5) is positioned outside the second bag; the slurry guide pipe (13) penetrates through the second pocket, the length of the slurry guide pipe is larger than that of the second pocket along the axial direction, two ends of the slurry guide pipe (13) are located on the outer side of the second pocket, after the pockets are filled with slurry, a first slurry injection section (14) is formed between the first pocket and the second pocket, a second slurry injection section (15) is formed between the second pocket and the third pocket, and the slurry guide pipe (13) is used for guiding slurry in the second slurry injection section (15) into the first slurry injection section (14).
Further, the first bag (1), the second bag (2) and the third bag (3) are closed spaces formed by sewing an outer layer elastic cloth sleeve (21) and an inner layer elastic cloth sleeve (22), a layer of rubber sleeve (23) with air holes is further arranged on the inner side of the outer layer elastic cloth sleeve in a tightly attached mode, the space inside the inner layer elastic cloth sleeve (22) forms an inner hollow body (20), the axis of the inner hollow body (20) is parallel to the axes of the inner layer elastic cloth sleeve and the outer layer elastic cloth sleeve, the materials of the outer layer elastic cloth sleeve (21) and the inner layer elastic cloth sleeve (22) are permeable to water and impermeable to slurry, the hole sealing grouting pipe is clamped between the rubber sleeve (23) and the inner layer elastic cloth sleeve, the front section of the crack sealing pipe (5) penetrates through the inner part of the first bag, and the slurry guide pipe penetrates through the hollow body of the second bag.
Further, the hole sealing grouting pipe (4) is fixedly connected with a first bag (1), a second bag (2) and a third bag (3) through steel rings (8), and the steel rings are fixed at the positions close to the two ends of each bag respectively;
furthermore, two cylindrical iron sleeves (17) which are spaced at a certain distance are arranged at the tail end of the crack plugging pipe (5) at intervals, a plurality of outlets with smaller sizes, namely crack plugging liquid outlet ports (18), are formed in the pipe wall of the crack plugging pipe (5) between the two iron sleeves, and a thick leather sleeve (16) is arranged on the crack plugging pipe (5) near the second bag (2).

The use method of the penetrating three-sac occluder comprises the following steps:
step one, a gas drainage pipe (19) penetrates through the inner hollow bodies of the second bag and the third bag respectively, so that the second bag and the third bag are sleeved on the gas drainage pipe (19), plastic pipes in the second bag and the third bag are connected through a large-diameter quick connector (6), and then two ends of the second bag and the third bag are tied to the gas drainage pipe (19);
secondly, a gas drainage pipe (19) penetrates through the inner hollow body of the first bag, so that the first bag is sleeved on the gas drainage pipe (19), meanwhile, a crack blocking pipe (5) penetrates through the inner hollow body of the first bag, the tail end part of the crack blocking pipe (5) is fixed on the second bag close to a sewing line (12) of a hole sealing grouting pipe (4), plastic pipes in the first bag and the second bag are connected through a large-diameter quick connector (6), and then the crack blocking pipe (5) and the hole sealing grouting pipe (4) outside the bag are fixed together through a hemp rope;
thirdly, the connected sleeve-penetrating three-bag plugging device is placed into an extraction drilling hole, an external hole-sealing grouting pipe is connected with a hole-sealing grouting pipe (4) through a large-diameter quick connector (6), and an external fracture plugging pipe is connected with a fracture plugging pipe (5) through a small-diameter quick connector (7);
connecting a gas drainage pipe according to the set hole sealing depth, sending the connected sleeve-penetrating type three-bag plugging device to the specified position of the drill hole, and sending an external hole sealing grouting pipe and an external fracture plugging pipe with a certain length into the drill hole;
step five, gas extraction hole sealing construction: connecting an external hole sealing grouting pipe with a grouting pump, and simultaneously injecting grouting liquid into a first bag (1), a second bag (2) and a third bag (3) through respective one-way valves (10) in the three bags by the grouting pump; when the grout in the second pocket bag reaches a certain pressure, the one-way pressure-sensing overflow valve (11) is opened, the grout enters the second grouting section (15), when the liquid level height of the grout in the second grouting section (15) reaches the height of the grout guide pipe (13), the grout in the second grouting section (15) enters the first grouting section (14) through the grout guide pipe (13), and the first grouting section (14) and the second grouting section (15) are filled with the grout along with the continuous grouting; and continuing grouting at the moment to enable part of slurry to seep into the coal under the action of grouting pressure, connecting the gas drainage pipe into the drainage pipeline after the gas drainage hole sealing construction is finished, cutting off the external hole sealing grouting pipe, and cleaning the grouting pump.
Step six, gas extraction drill hole crack plugging construction: after gas extraction is carried out for a period of time, the peripheral cracks of the sealed drill holes develop, the extraction concentration is reduced, and the peripheral cracks of the drill holes are blocked according to the attenuation amplitude of the field gas extraction concentration; connecting the external fracture plugging pipe to a grouting pump, and pumping a fracture plugging material into the fractures around the drill hole through the fracture plugging pipe (5) under high grouting pressure; and after the gas extraction drilling crack plugging construction is finished, cutting off the external crack plugging pipe, and cleaning the grouting pump.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) 3 independent bags are adopted for connection and then sleeved on a gas extraction pipe, and the length of the hole sealing section and the length of the grouting section can be adjusted by changing the lengths of the hole sealing grouting pipe and the fracture plugging pipe, so that the purposes of properly adjusting a hole sealing scheme according to the needs of a site and flexibly designing the length of the hole sealing section according to different geological conditions can be achieved; (2) the large-diameter quick connector arranged on the hole sealing grouting pipe can realize quick and flexible installation of the three bags, and reduce the preparation time of construction; (3) the pressure sensing overflow valve arranged on the right side of the second bag is automatically opened when the pressure of the slurry of the second bag reaches a preset value, the second grouting section can be grouted by opening the pressure sensing overflow valve, the slurry of the second hole sealing section can flow into the first hole sealing section through the slurry guide pipe, and then three-plugging two-injection sealing of the drilled hole is preliminarily realized; (4) after the gas extraction is carried out for a certain time, the concentration of the drill hole is attenuated, and the cracks around the drill hole can be plugged through the crack plugging pipe, so that the three-plugging and three-injection type sealing of the gas extraction drill hole is realized.
In conclusion, the invention has simple structure, easy installation and convenient underground construction, can realize the free adjustment of the length of the hole sealing section in the underground gas extraction hole sealing, realize the sealing of the drill hole and the plugging of the peripheral cracks of the drill hole, and realize the three-plugging three-injection mode of the drill hole plugging as a whole; the method can lead the length of the hole sealing section of the gas extraction hole sealing to be flexible and changeable according to the field requirement, greatly improve the labor efficiency and improve the sealing degree of the gas extraction drill hole.

As shown in fig. 1, a penetrating three-pocket plugging device sequentially comprises a first pocket 1, asecond pocket 2, a third pocket 3, a hole sealinggrouting pipe 4, afracture plugging pipe 5 and aslurry guiding pipe 13 from left to right; as shown in fig. 3-5, the first, second andthird pouches 1, 2 and 3 have the same structure, and are each a closed space formed by sewing an outerelastic cloth cover 21 and an innerelastic cloth cover 22, the inner side of the outer elastic cloth cover is closely attached to arubber cover 23, the rubber cover is provided with a plurality of tiny air-permeable and slurry-impermeable vent holes, the space inside the innerelastic cloth cover 22 forms an innerhollow body 20, the axis of the innerhollow body 20 is parallel to the axes of the inner and outer elastic cloth covers, the materials of the outerelastic cloth cover 21 and the innerelastic cloth cover 22 are water-permeable and slurry-impermeable, and it should be noted that, whenever a pouch satisfying the characteristics of the present invention is within the protection range of the patent, the respective lengths of the first, second and third pouches can be adjusted according to the length of the sealed holes; as shown in fig. 1, the hole sealinggrouting pipe 4 is formed by connecting three sections of plastic pipes to form a through pipeline, each section of plastic pipe respectively passes through the interiors of a first bag 1, asecond bag 2 and a third bag 3 and is connected end to end through a large-diameterquick connector 6 arranged at the left end of each section of plastic pipe to form the hole sealinggrouting pipe 4, the hole sealinggrouting pipe 4 is fixedly connected with the first bag 1, thesecond bag 2 and the third bag 3 throughsteel rings 8, and the steel rings are totally six and respectively fixed at positions close to the two ends of each bag; the length of each section of plastic pipe can be adjusted according to the length of the bag which the plastic pipe penetrates through, the middle part of each section of plastic pipe is provided with a grouting opening, the grouting opening is positioned in the bag, and a one-way valve 10 is arranged on the grouting opening; a one-way pressure-sensingoverflow valve 11 is arranged at the position, close to the tail end, of the right side of the plastic pipe of the second bag, a plug 9 is arranged at the end part of the right side of the plastic pipe of the third bag, and each section of the plastic pipe is clamped between therubber sleeve 23 and the inner-layer elastic cloth sleeve; as shown in fig. 1, thefracture plugging pipe 5 is a small-caliber plastic pipe with a pipe diameter smaller than that of the hole-sealinggrouting pipe 4, a small-diameter quick joint 7 is installed at the starting end of thefracture plugging pipe 5, twocylindrical iron sleeves 17 with a certain distance are installed at the tail end of thefracture plugging pipe 5 at intervals, and a plurality of small-sized outlets, namely fracture pluggingliquid outlet ports 18, are formed in the pipe wall of thefracture plugging pipe 5 between the two iron sleeves; the front section of thecrack plugging pipe 5 penetrates through the inner hollow body of the first bag, the rear section of thecrack plugging pipe 5 is positioned on the outer side of the second bag and is arranged in a manner of being tightly attached to the hole-sealing grouting pipe positioned in the second bag, so that a crack pluggingliquid outlet 18 of thecrack plugging pipe 5 is positioned outside the second bag, and athick leather sleeve 16 is arranged on thecrack plugging pipe 5 near thesecond bag 2 to prevent slurry from entering the crack plugging pipe.
As shown in fig. 2, the outer edge of the second pouch is provided with twosewing lines 12, the twosewing lines 12 are symmetrically arranged about the axis of thesecond pouch 2, and one sewing line close to the hole sealinggrouting pipe 4 coincides with the spatial position of the blockingliquid outlet 18, thesewing line 12 is a U-shaped or V-shaped sewing line applied to the second pouch by a sewing machine, which aims at expanding the second pouch after injecting the grout, and the circumferential expansion amount of the sewing line is smaller so as to protect the blockingliquid outlet 18 from being squashed by the expanded second pouch; theslurry guide pipe 13 penetrates through the inner hollow body of the second pocket, the length of the slurry guide pipe is greater than the length of the second pocket along the axial direction, so that two ends of theslurry guide pipe 13 are positioned at the outer side of the second pocket, when the pockets are filled with slurry, a first slurry injection section 14 is formed between the first pocket and the second pocket, and a second slurry injection section 15 is formed between the second pocket and the third pocket; theslurry guide pipe 13 is used for guiding the slurry in the second grouting section 15 into the first grouting section 14.
The use method of the penetrating three-sac occluder comprises the following steps:
step one, agas drainage pipe 19 respectively penetrates through the inner hollow bodies of the second bag and the third bag, so that the second bag and the third bag are sleeved on thegas drainage pipe 19, plastic pipes in the second bag and the third bag are connected through a large-diameterquick connector 6, and then two ends of the second bag and the third bag are tied to thegas drainage pipe 19;
step two, thegas drainage pipe 19 penetrates through the inner hollow body of the first bag, so that the first bag is sleeved on thegas drainage pipe 19, meanwhile, thecrack blocking pipe 5 penetrates through the inner hollow body of the first bag, the tail end part of thecrack blocking pipe 5 is fixed to the position, close to thesewing line 12 of the hole sealinggrouting pipe 4, of the second bag, and then thecrack blocking pipe 5 and the hole sealing groutingpipe 4 outside the bag are fixed together through a hemp rope;
thirdly, the connected sleeve-penetrating three-bag plugging device is placed into an extraction drilling hole, an external hole-sealing grouting pipe is connected with a hole-sealinggrouting pipe 4 through a large-diameterquick connector 6, and an external fracture plugging pipe is connected with afracture plugging pipe 5 through a small-diameter quick connector 7;
connecting a gas drainage pipe according to the set hole sealing depth, sending the connected sleeve-penetrating type three-bag plugging device to the specified position of the drill hole, and sending an external hole sealing grouting pipe and an external fracture plugging pipe with a certain length into the drill hole;
step five, gas extraction hole sealing construction: connecting an external hole sealing grouting pipe with a grouting pump, and simultaneously injecting the grout into a first bag 1, asecond bag 2 and a third bag 3 through one-way valves 10 in the three bags by the grouting pump; after the bag is filled with the grout, a first grouting section 14 is formed between the first bag and the second bag, and a second grouting section 15 is formed between the second bag and the third bag; when the grout in the second pocket bag reaches a certain pressure, the one-way pressure-sensingoverflow valve 11 is opened, the grout enters the second grouting section 15, when the liquid level height of the grout in the second grouting section 15 reaches the height of thegrout guide pipe 13, the grout in the second grouting section 15 enters the first grouting section 14 through thegrout guide pipe 13, and the first grouting section 14 and the second grouting section 15 are filled with the grout along with the continuous grouting; and continuing grouting at the moment to enable part of slurry to seep into the coal under the action of grouting pressure, connecting the gas drainage pipe into the drainage pipeline after the gas drainage hole sealing construction is finished, cutting off the external hole sealing grouting pipe, and cleaning the grouting pump.
Step six, gas extraction drill hole crack plugging construction: after gas extraction is carried out for a period of time, the peripheral cracks of the sealed drill holes develop, the extraction concentration is reduced, and the peripheral cracks of the drill holes are blocked according to the attenuation amplitude of the field gas extraction concentration; connecting the external fracture plugging pipe to a grouting pump, and pumping a fracture plugging material into the fractures around the drill hole through thefracture plugging pipe 5 under high grouting pressure; and after the gas extraction drilling crack plugging construction is finished, cutting off the external crack plugging pipe, and cleaning the grouting pump.
