Disclosure of Invention
Currently, the low-temperature cigarettes in the market mainly utilize a special electric heating device to be filled with tobacco materials, such as cigarettes, tobacco shreds or tobacco flakes, and the tobacco materials are baked to emit smoke through heating, so that a smoker can obtain smoking feeling similar to that of a traditional cigarette. However, because the electric heating temperature is far lower than the temperature of the traditional cigarette, the smoke generation amount of the tobacco material is low, and the smoke generation amount of the tobacco material is increased by adding the smoke generation agent into the tobacco material. The low temperature cigarette smoke agent is polyol, mainly glycerin and propylene glycol. However, when the addition amount of the smoke agent is high, especially when the content of glycerol is high, the tobacco material can absorb moisture seriously, the cigarette is softened, and the cigarette paper becomes yellow; but also causes the tobacco material to be bonded into blocks due to the high viscosity of the glycerol, so that the tobacco material is heated unevenly and the suction resistance is increased, thereby influencing the suction effect. When the content of the smoke generating agent is low, particularly when the content of glycerin is low, the smoke amount of the tobacco material is low, and the feeling of smoking cigarettes cannot be obtained. Therefore, how to overcome the defects of the prior art is a problem which needs to be solved urgently in the technical field of the low-temperature cigarettes.
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a preparation method of a cigarette core material containing an adsorbent for low-temperature cigarettes. In order to achieve the technical purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of a cigarette core material containing an adsorbent for low-temperature cigarettes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step SS 1: drying and grinding tobacco raw materials into powder;
step SS 2: adding an absolute ethyl alcohol solution containing tobacco essence to the tobacco raw material prepared in the step SS1, placing for 24-48 h in a sealed state, and naturally drying;
step SS 3: adding the adsorbent adsorbing the smoking media into the tobacco raw material prepared in the step SS2, and uniformly mixing;
step SS 4: adding a thickening agent to the tobacco material obtained in step SS3 to form a viscous mixture;
step SS 5: and drying the viscous mixture obtained in the step SS4 into thin sheets at low temperature to obtain the tobacco core material.
As a preferred embodiment, step SS1 specifically includes: the tobacco raw material is dried and ground into powder, and the particle size of the powder is less than or equal to 40 meshes.
As a preferred embodiment, the tobacco flavor in step SS2 is one or a mixture of eugenol, bromelain and ethyl vanillin.
As a preferred example, the adsorbent in step SS3 is one or more selected from activated carbon, silica gel, sepiolite, montmorillonite, maifanite, and molecular sieve.
As a preferred embodiment, the smoking medium of step SS3 is glycerol.
As a preferred embodiment, the smoking media of step SS3 is sorbed onto the sorbent.
As a preferred embodiment, the thickener in step SS4 is one or more of guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan, agar and gelatin.
As a preferred embodiment, step SS5 further includes: the low-temperature drying temperature of the tobacco raw material is 40-70 ℃.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects: firstly, the adsorbent is used for adsorbing the smoke agent, so that the problem of tobacco material adhesion caused by directly adding the smoke agent into the tobacco material is avoided; secondly, the adsorbent is used for adsorbing the smoke agent, so that the problems of cigarette softening and yellowing of cigarette paper caused by serious moisture absorption of the tobacco material due to the fact that a large amount of smoke agent is directly added into the tobacco material are solved; thirdly, the adsorbent is used for adsorbing the smoke agent, the smoke amount of the tobacco material can be regulated and controlled by applying the amount of the adsorbent, and the formula of the tobacco material can be conveniently adjusted; fourthly, the adsorbent-containing core material for the low-temperature cigarette, which is prepared by the invention, is used for adsorbing the smoke agent, so that the apparent dry feeling of the core material is increased, the looseness among the core materials is increased, the heat among the core materials is better transferred, and the heating uniformity of the tobacco material is increased; fifthly, the adsorbent-containing core material for the low-temperature cigarette is used for adsorbing the smoke agent, so that the apparent dry feeling of the core material is increased, the looseness among the core materials is increased, and smoke can be better transmitted; sixth, the adsorbent is used for adsorbing the smoke agent, and the smoke agent with higher consumption can be applied, so that the smoke amount of the low-temperature cigarette is high, and meanwhile, when the generated high smoke amount penetrates through the tobacco material, hot air flow can bring out the fragrant substances of the tobacco material, and the fullness of the smoke is increased; seventh, the preparation method of the cigarette core material containing the adsorbent for the low-temperature cigarette is simple, and the smoking effect is good: the smoke irritation is low, the smoke amount is large, the smoke concentration is high, and the sensory comfort degree is obviously improved.
Example 1:
a preparation method of a core material containing an adsorbent for low-temperature cigarettes sequentially comprises the following steps:
drying and grinding the tobacco raw material into powder, and sieving the powder by a 40-mesh sieve; applying an absolute ethyl alcohol solution containing tobacco essence to the tobacco leaves, wherein the application amount is M cut tobacco: ethanol 1.0 g: 1.0mL, placing the mixture in a sealed state for 24-48 h, and naturally drying the mixture; adding the silica gel adsorbed with the glycerol into the tobacco raw material, and uniformly mixing; guar gum is used as a thickening agent to enable the tobacco raw material and silica gel to form a sticky mixture; the resulting viscous mixture was dried at 60 ℃ to form a sheet.
The invention has no special limitation on the type and source of the tobacco essence, and the tobacco essence well known to those skilled in the art can be adopted. In the invention, the absolute ethyl alcohol solution of the tobacco essence preferably comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2 per mill eugenol, 0.5 per mill bromelain, 1 per mill ethyl vanillin, and the balance of absolute ethyl alcohol, wherein the total of the components is 100, and the eugenol, the bromelain and the ethyl vanillin are uniformly mixed to prepare the traditional Chinese medicine.
In the present invention, MSilica gel:MGlycerol=2:3;
In the present invention, MTobacco raw material:MSilica gel=5:3。
Example 3:
the difference from example 1 is that the thickener is xanthan gum.
Evaluation of the effects:
the core materials prepared by the methods of example 1, example 2 and example 3 and the core material without the adsorbing material (comparative sample) were added to a low-temperature smoking set for sensory quality evaluation, and the evaluation results are shown in table 1.
And (3) a checking program: and providing a test sample and a test table for 6 smoking experts, and requiring the smokers to smoke all indexes according to the requirements of the table.
TABLE 1 results of the test of the examples of the invention
Note: glycerol% (% M)Glycerol/MCigarette core material)*100%。
As can be seen from Table 1, the smoke release performance and the sensory quality of the released smoke of the smoke core material prepared by the invention in a heating non-combustion state are obviously improved, and the smoke comfort is improved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
