The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. Therefore, the invention provides the electric cooking device which can automatically release pressure, has a simple structure and is simple in function process.
An electric cooking apparatus according to the present invention comprises: the cooker body is internally provided with a cooking cavity; the cooker cover is arranged on the cooker body to open or close the cooking cavity, and a pressure relief opening is formed in the cooker cover; a magnetic assembly, the magnetic assembly comprising: the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part are respectively positioned at two sides of the pressure relief opening so that the second magnetic part seals the pressure relief opening under the action of magnetic attraction; the driving device is arranged on the cooker cover and is used for driving the first magnetic piece to be far away from the second magnetic piece.
According to the electric cooking device, the driving device and the magnetic assembly are arranged, so that the pressure relief opening can be opened in the cooking process of the electric cooking device, the pressure relief of the cooking cavity can be automatically realized, the food can be rolled, and the taste of the food can be improved. And the electric cooking device has simple structure and simple realization of functional process.

in some examples of the present invention, the pot cover includes a seating body, the pressure relief port is formed on the seating body, the second magnetic member is disposed in a space inside the seating body, and the first magnetic member is disposed outside the seating body.
In some examples of the present invention, the first magnetic member is a magnet and the second magnetic member is a metal ball, and the seating body is a ball seat.
In some examples of the invention, the drive device comprises: pressure means adapted to move upwardly when a pressure value within the cooking chamber reaches a predetermined value; a linkage connected between the pressure device and the first magnetic member to drive the first magnetic member to move to drive the first magnetic member away from the second magnetic member when the pressure device moves upward.
In some examples of the present invention, the pot cover is formed with a steam port thereon, and the pressure device includes: the base body is arranged on the cooker cover; the push rod is suitable for opening or closing the steam port and is matched on the seat body, and the upper end of the push rod is connected with the linkage device; the elastic piece is arranged between the push rod and the seat body.
In some examples of the invention, the linkage device is provided as a linkage rod, the linkage rod is in an inverted U shape, one end of the linkage rod is fixed on the first magnetic piece, and the other end of the linkage rod is abutted against the push rod.
In some examples of the present invention, the electric cooking apparatus further includes: the guiding device is arranged on the pot cover and is used for guiding the linkage rod to move in the up-and-down direction.
In some examples of the invention, the guiding device comprises two opposite guiding plates, the guiding plates are provided with guiding grooves, and two sides of the linkage rod are respectively provided with a guiding block and are respectively matched in the two guiding grooves.
In some examples of the invention, the guide means are plural and distributed between the two ends of the linkage rod.
In some examples of the present invention, a spring is provided in the guide groove, the spring providing an elastic force of the guide block moving downward.
In some examples of the invention, the linkage comprises: the first pivoting rod and the second pivoting rod are pivotally arranged on the pot cover and are pivotally connected, one end of the first pivoting rod abuts against the push rod, and one end of the second pivoting rod fixes the first magnetic piece.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
An electric cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpot, etc., will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An electric cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: the cooker comprises a cooker body, acooker cover 10, amagnetic assembly 20 and adriving device 30, wherein a cooking cavity is defined in the cooker body, thecooker cover 10 is arranged on the cooker body to open or close the cooking cavity, and apressure relief opening 11 is formed in thecooker cover 10, wherein thepressure relief opening 11 is communicated with the cooking cavity. Themagnetic assembly 20 includes: the firstmagnetic member 21 and the secondmagnetic member 22, the firstmagnetic member 21 and the secondmagnetic member 22 are respectively located at two sides of thepressure relief opening 11 to enable the secondmagnetic member 22 to seal the pressure relief opening 11 under the action of magnetic attraction, thedriving device 30 is arranged on thepot cover 10, and thedriving device 30 is used for driving the firstmagnetic member 21 to be far away from the secondmagnetic member 22. It can be understood that the firstmagnetic member 21 and the secondmagnetic member 22 are respectively located at two sides of the pressure relief opening 11, so that when the firstmagnetic member 21 and the secondmagnetic member 22 are closer to each other, the firstmagnetic member 21 and the secondmagnetic member 22 are attracted to each other, so that the secondmagnetic member 22 is attracted to the pressure relief opening 11, and the secondmagnetic member 22 can seal the pressure relief opening 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, thepot cover 10 may include aseating body 12, for example, theseating body 12 may be a ball seat, thepressure relief port 11 is formed on theseating body 12, the secondmagnetic member 22 is disposed in the inner space of the seating body, and the firstmagnetic member 21 is disposed outside theseating body 12. The inner space of the seating body may be defined by theseating body 12 and a portion of the pot cover 10 together, thepressure relief port 11 is formed on the upper surface of theseating body 12, and the magnetic attraction between the firstmagnetic member 21 and the secondmagnetic member 22 may attract the secondmagnetic member 22 at thepressure relief port 11 against the gravity of the secondmagnetic member 22. Alternatively, the firstmagnetic member 21 may be a magnet, and the secondmagnetic member 22 may be a metal ball. As shown in fig. 1, the magnet may be constructed in a plate-shaped structure, which may facilitate the attraction between the first and secondmagnetic members 21 and 22.

It can be understood that thepressure device 31 can sense the pressure in the cooking cavity, and when the pressure in the cooking cavity reaches a predetermined value, thepressure device 31 can push thelinkage device 32 upward, so that the other end of thelinkage device 32 can drive the firstmagnetic member 21 to move upward, and further the firstmagnetic member 21 and the secondmagnetic member 22 can be far away from each other, so that the secondmagnetic member 22 can open thepressure relief opening 11. Wherein the predetermined value can be set according to the condition of the electric cooking device.
As shown in fig. 2, thepot cover 10 is formed with a steam port, and thepressure device 31 may include: aholder body 311, apush rod 312 and anelastic member 313, wherein theholder body 311 is installed on thecooker cover 10, thepush rod 312 is adapted to open or close the steam port, and thepush rod 312 is fitted on theholder body 311, the upper end of thepush rod 312 is connected with thelinkage 32, and theelastic member 313 is disposed between thepush rod 312 and theholder body 311. When the pressure in the cooking cavity reaches a predetermined value, thepush rod 312 can move upward against the elastic force of theelastic member 313, so that thelinkage 32 synchronously moves upward and drives the firstmagnetic member 21, the firstmagnetic member 21 is far away from the secondmagnetic member 22, and the secondmagnetic member 22 opens the pressure relief opening 11. It can be understood that, after the pressure is released, thepush rod 312 moves downward, the firstmagnetic member 21 moves downward, and the firstmagnetic member 21 re-attracts the secondmagnetic member 22 to the pressure release opening 11 so that the secondmagnetic member 22 seals the pressure release opening 11. Wherein, thepressure device 31 may be provided with a switch, and when thepush rod 312 moves upwards, the switch turns off the heating system of the electric cooking device, so that the electric cooking device stops heating. When the secondmagnetic member 22 seals the pressure relief opening 11, the switch controls the heating system to start working.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, thelinkage device 32 may be configured as a linkage rod, the linkage rod is in an inverted U shape, one end of the linkage rod is fixed on the firstmagnetic member 21, and the other end of the linkage rod is stopped on thepush rod 312. Therefore, thepush rod 312 can synchronously drive the firstmagnetic member 21 to move upwards or downwards through the linkage rod.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the electric cooking apparatus may further include: a guide means 40, the guide means 40 being provided on thepot cover 10, and the guide means 40 for guiding the linkage rod to move in the up-down direction. Theguide device 40 can ensure the linkage rod to move up and down, thereby ensuring the electric cooking device to work reliably and stably.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the guidingdevice 40 may include two opposite guidingplates 41, the guidingplates 41 are provided with guidinggrooves 42, two sides of the linkage rod are respectively provided with guidingblocks 323, and the two guidingblocks 323 are respectively fitted in the two guidinggrooves 42. Theguide groove 42 may limit the moving direction of the linkage bar by limiting the moving direction of theguide block 323, so that the linkage bar may be moved up and down along with thepush rod 312.
In order to improve the structural stability of the electric cooking apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, the guide means 40 may be plural, and the plural guide means 40 are distributed between both ends of the linkage rod.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, aspring 43 may be disposed in theguide groove 42, and thespring 43 provides an elastic force for theguide block 323 to move downward. Through setting upspring 43, can make the elastic force can force gangbar and pushrod 312 quick downstream after the cooking chamber finishes the pressure release to can make firstmagnetic part 21 and the quick magnetic adsorption of secondmagnetic part 22, so that secondmagnetic part 22 seals pressure release opening 11 fast, and then can improve electric cooking device's reliability.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, thelinkage 32 includes: thefirst pivoting lever 321 and thesecond pivoting lever 322, thefirst pivoting lever 321 and thesecond pivoting lever 322 are pivotably disposed on thepot lid 10, and thefirst pivoting lever 321 and thesecond pivoting lever 322 are pivotably connected, one end of thefirst pivoting lever 321 abuts against thepush lever 312, and one end of thesecond pivoting lever 322 fixes the firstmagnetic member 21. When thepush rod 312 moves upward, thefirst pivot rod 321 rotates clockwise, and thesecond pivot rod 322 rotates counterclockwise, so that the firstmagnetic member 21 can move away from the secondmagnetic member 22, and the secondmagnetic member 22 can open thepressure relief opening 11.
According to the electric cooking device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the drivingdevice 30 and themagnetic component 20 are arranged, so that thepressure relief opening 11 can be opened in the cooking process of the electric cooking device, the pressure of the cooking cavity can be automatically relieved, the food can be rolled, and the taste of the food can be improved. And the electric cooking device has simple structure and simple realization of functional process.
