Based on the hardware structure of the mobile terminal, the following detailed description will be made of embodiments of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of steps of a method for multimedia services in an embodiment of the invention is shown. The multimedia service method is applied to the mobile terminal, and comprises the following specific steps:
step 201, determining a user mode in which the mobile terminal is currently located, where the user mode includes: child mode, geriatric mode, or normal mode.
For users in different age groups such as children, the elderly, and the young, since the intelligence level, the receptivity to new things, and the flexibility of limbs of the users have great differences, different users may have different difficulty levels in using the mobile terminal, and particularly, it may be difficult for children and the elderly to use the mobile terminal. Therefore, in order to make the mobile terminal convenient for each user to use normally due to the inconvenience or obstacle that the user may have to use the mobile terminal due to the difference, the mobile terminal may generally set different user modes according to the user characteristics of the user age group, and when the mobile terminal is in the different user modes, the user may use the mobile terminal in a personalized manner. That is, the user mode in the mobile terminal can explain the user characteristics such as the age of the user currently using the mobile terminal. Since users of different ages usually have different preferences or interests, and thus preferences for multimedia data or multimedia services are different, for example, children like cartoon and their surroundings, and the elderly like nostalgic drama, classical movie, etc., in order to accurately provide the user with the multimedia services preferred by the user according to the user mode currently located by the mobile terminal in the subsequent steps, the user mode currently located by the mobile terminal can be determined.
The user characteristics are used for explaining characteristics of the user, such as the age of the user.
The user mode is used for controlling parameters or settings related to the operation of the mobile terminal, such as an operation mode provided by the mobile terminal for hardware or software in the mobile terminal, user rights possessed by a current user, and the like. The user right is used for explaining the functions of the mobile terminal which can be used by the user. For example, for the child mode, the corresponding user right is 50%, the user of the mobile terminal may be a minor child, the user may only be able to open some specific applications in the mobile terminal, and the duration for the user to continuously log in the mobile terminal may be limited, for the normal mode, the corresponding user right is 100%, the user of the mobile terminal may be a parent, the user may be able to open any application in the mobile terminal, and the duration for continuously logging in the mobile terminal is not limited.
The user mode may be set by the mobile terminal through a first application, where the first application is an application capable of setting the user mode, such as a user mode control application, a system setting application, and the like. The first application may determine a plurality of user modes, and parameters related to the mobile terminal, such as an operation mode of hardware or software corresponding to the mobile terminal in each user mode, user permissions, and the like, in advance, and then, when receiving a specific operation instruction for any user mode, determine the user mode in which the mobile terminal is located, so as to control the mobile terminal or interact with a user through the parameters related to the mobile terminal corresponding to the user mode.
The first application may be obtained by the mobile terminal in advance, for example, preset by a manufacturer of the mobile terminal or downloaded from an application server, where the application server is used to provide various applications.
The mobile terminal may obtain, through the second application, the user mode in which the mobile terminal is currently located from the first application based on the interaction between the threads or the processes, for example, sending a user mode query message to the first application through the second application, where the first application sends the user mode in which the mobile terminal is currently located to the second application when receiving the user mode query message; or, when the first application sets the user mode, the set user mode is sent to the second application, so that the second application is notified of the user mode. Of course, in practical applications, the client may also determine the user mode in which the mobile terminal is currently located through other manners.
The second application can be used as a client to provide multimedia services for the user, and the second application can be obtained by the mobile terminal in advance. The second application and the first application may be the same application.
The multimedia service is used for presenting multimedia data to a user, and the presentation mode can be determined according to the form of the multimedia data. The multimedia data may include at least one form of text, image, sound, etc., and if the multimedia data is text or image, the corresponding multimedia service may be displaying text or image through the display screen; if the multimedia service is voice, the corresponding multimedia service may be playing voice through sound.
Certainly, in practical applications, in order to further facilitate the user to use the mobile terminal and improve the user experience, the mobile terminal may further set different user modes according to other user characteristics, for example, a male mode and a female mode are set according to the gender of the user; setting an expert mode, a common mode and an extremely simple mode according to the education degree of a user; and setting a student mode, a parent mode and the like according to the social roles of the users. Correspondingly, the mobile terminal can also provide multimedia service for the user according to the current user mode.
Step 202, multimedia data corresponding to the user mode is acquired.
Since the user mode can represent the user characteristics of the user currently using the mobile terminal, in order to accurately acquire the multimedia data preferred by the user and improve the accuracy of providing the multimedia service, the corresponding multimedia data can be acquired according to the user mode.
The mobile terminal can obtain the multimedia data corresponding to the user mode from the server through the second application.
The server is corresponding to the second application and can interact with the mobile terminal where the second application is located, so that the mobile terminal can provide multimedia services. For example, the second application is an electronic book application, and the server may store a plurality of electronic books and be capable of providing data required for displaying the electronic books or voice reading and the like to the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal can send a multimedia data acquisition request to the server through the second application, the multimedia data acquisition request carries a user mode, and when the server receives the multimedia data acquisition request, the server selects multimedia data corresponding to the user mode according to the user mode and sends the multimedia data to the mobile terminal.
The server may classify the multimedia data according to the user modes in advance, thereby obtaining the multimedia data corresponding to each user mode.
For example, the second application is an electronic book application, the mobile terminal sends a multimedia data acquisition request carrying a user mode as a child mode through the second application server, and when receiving the multimedia acquisition request, the server acquires an electronic book (i.e., multimedia data) corresponding to the child mode, such as "how to improve learning efficiency", "examination skill", examination questions of the past year "," full composition guidance ", and" course selection and repair guidance ", and sends the acquired electronic book to the client.
Step 203, providing multimedia service according to the acquired multimedia data.
The acquired multimedia data is acquired according to the user mode capable of explaining the user characteristics, so that personalized multimedia services can be rapidly and accurately provided for the user according to the multimedia services provided by the multimedia data.
For example, if the first application is a music player, music can be played according to the acquired audio file; the first application is an electronic book application, and can provide electronic book display, voice reading and the like according to the electronic book file.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the user mode can indicate the user characteristics such as the age of the user currently using the mobile terminal, the user mode currently using the mobile terminal can be determined to be a child mode, an old-age mode or a common mode, the multimedia data corresponding to the user mode currently using the mobile terminal can be acquired, the acquired multimedia data can be the multimedia data liked by the user currently using the mobile terminal, the multimedia service can be quickly and accurately provided for the user according to the acquired multimedia data, and the personalized multimedia data can be provided for different users.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of the steps of a method for multimedia services in an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The multimedia service method is applied to the mobile terminal, and comprises the following specific steps:
step 301, the mobile terminal determines a user mode in which the mobile terminal is currently located, where the user mode includes: child mode, geriatric mode, or normal mode.
For the way in which the mobile terminal determines the user mode in which the mobile terminal is currently located, reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
Step 302, the mobile terminal acquires multimedia data corresponding to the user mode.
For the manner of obtaining the multimedia data corresponding to the user mode, reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to improve reliability of acquiring the multimedia data and further improve reliability of providing the multimedia service, the multimedia data may be acquired from a server or a local storage.
Of course, in practical applications, the mobile terminal may also retrieve multimedia data from the server and the local storage.
The mobile terminal can obtain multimedia data from other devices (such as a mobile hard disk or a cloud storage server) and store the multimedia data in a local storage.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to improve the accuracy of acquiring multimedia data, the multimedia data corresponding to the user mode may be acquired from multimedia data classified in advance according to the user mode; or determining a keyword corresponding to the user mode according to the user mode, and searching the multimedia data according to the keyword.
The keyword is used for searching multimedia data and may include at least one character. And the keywords corresponding to each user mode may be determined in advance, for example, by performing statistical classification on the multimedia data or by receiving submitted information.
The searching according to the keyword may be searching for a multimedia data identifier of the multimedia data, where the multimedia data identifier includes the keyword, the multimedia data is the searched multimedia data, and otherwise, searching for a multimedia data identifier of the next multimedia data. Of course, all the data of the multimedia data may be searched based on the keyword.
The multimedia data identifier is used to identify a multimedia data, and may be a name, a number, etc. of the multimedia data.
If the multimedia data is acquired from the server, the mobile terminal can send a multimedia data acquisition request to the server, and the multimedia data acquisition request carries the user mode. When the server receives the multimedia data acquisition request, acquiring multimedia data corresponding to the user mode from multimedia data classified in advance according to the user mode; or determining a keyword corresponding to the user mode according to the user mode, and searching according to the keyword to obtain multimedia data. The server may provide the searched multimedia data to the mobile terminal when the multimedia data is searched.
If the server obtains the multimedia data through keyword retrieval, the server does not need to classify the multimedia data according to each user mode in advance, but determines and stores the keywords corresponding to the user mode in advance, and then searches according to the keywords.
For example, the mobile terminal sends a multimedia data acquisition request to the server, and if a user mode carried in the multimedia data acquisition request is a child mode, the server determines that a keyword corresponding to the child mode is: "children's songs", "juveniles", "childhood", and "young children"; if the user mode carried in the multimedia data acquisition request is the old mode, the server determines that the keyword corresponding to the old mode is as follows: the elderly, square dance, Taijiquan, opera and the like. And then, searching through the determined keywords to obtain the multimedia data. Of course, if the user mode carried by the multimedia data request is the normal mode, the server may determine a keyword corresponding to the normal mode to perform a search, or the server may also determine the multimedia data ranked in the top as the searched multimedia data after ranking the multimedia data according to the click amount, the collection amount, the download amount, and the like of the multimedia data.
If the multimedia data is obtained from the local storage of the mobile terminal, the electronic mobile terminal can search for the multimedia data in a similar way to the way that the server searches for the multimedia data.
The mobile terminal may store the multimedia data to a storage location (such as a specific folder) corresponding to the user mode classification according to a corresponding user mode specified by a user for the multimedia data (or detect a user mode in which the mobile terminal is currently located) when detecting that the mobile terminal stores the multimedia data. Alternatively, the mobile terminal may receive submission of at least one keyword for the multimedia data to tag the multimedia data.
For example, when the mobile terminal detects that the mobile terminal stores the multimedia data 1 and the user mode in which the mobile terminal is currently located is the old mode, the multimedia data 1 is stored in a folder corresponding to the old mode.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the multimedia data includes one or more of audio data, video data, or audio-video data.
For example, the multimedia data may be a song.
Step 303, the mobile terminal provides a multimedia data menu, and the multimedia data menu includes a multimedia data identifier.
In order to facilitate the efficiency of providing multimedia data to the user, the mobile terminal may provide a multimedia data menu, and the multimedia data menu includes the multimedia data identifier of the obtained multimedia data.
The mobile terminal may display the multimedia data menu through a display screen or projection, or may broadcast the multimedia data menu through voice, thereby providing the multimedia data menu to the user. Of course, in practical applications, the mobile terminal may provide the multimedia data menu in other manners.
Step 304, if the mobile terminal receives a first user operation instruction for any multimedia data identifier, the mobile terminal provides the multimedia service according to the multimedia data corresponding to the multimedia data identifier.
In order to provide multimedia services for users, the mobile terminal may provide the multimedia services when receiving a first user operation instruction identified by any multimedia data based on the provided multimedia data menu.
The first user operation instruction is used for instructing the mobile terminal to provide the multimedia service. The first user operation instruction may be an operation such as clicking, touching, or pressing, and of course, in practical applications, the first user operation instruction may also be another operation.
Wherein, the manner of providing the multimedia service according to the multimedia data can refer to the related description in the foregoing, and is not described in detail herein,
if the multimedia data is a song, correspondingly, the multimedia service can be provided by playing the song according to the acquired multimedia data.
For example, the mobile terminal displays a multimedia data menu as shown in fig. 4, and the multimedia data is a song. The multimedia data playing menu comprises 3 songs such as song 1, song 2 and song 3, and three buttons such as 'playing', 'liking' and 'disagreeing' are correspondingly arranged behind each song. And the mobile terminal receives a first user operation instruction according to the play button of the song 1, and then plays the song 1.
Of course, if the mobile terminal broadcasts the multimedia data menu by voice, the mobile terminal may wait for a specific duration after broadcasting one multimedia data identifier each time, and provide a multimedia data service according to the multimedia data corresponding to the multimedia data identifier if receiving the "broadcast" voice of the user within the specific duration.
In the embodiment of the present application, preferably, since the user may have different preferences for different multimedia data, in order to further improve the accuracy of providing the multimedia service, the mobile terminal may play the multimedia data, determine whether the user likes the multimedia data according to the time length of playing the multimedia data, and store the multimedia data that the user likes or dislikes, respectively.
If the time length for playing the multimedia data is less than the preset playing time length, determining that the user dislikes the multimedia data, and storing the multimedia data as the disliked multimedia data of the user; and if the time length for playing the multimedia data is greater than or equal to the preset playing time length, determining that the user likes the multimedia data, and storing the multimedia data as the multimedia data liked by the user.
The preset playing time can be determined in advance by the mobile terminal, such as the value of the received submission.
For example, the preset play time period may be 20 seconds.
Since the mobile terminal may include a plurality of user modes, when storing multimedia data that the user likes or dislikes, respectively, the multimedia data that the user likes or dislikes may be classified and stored to a storage location corresponding to the user mode according to the user mode currently in.
Of course, in practical applications, the mobile terminal may determine whether the user likes some multimedia data in other manners. For example, if a second user operation instruction for any multimedia data identifier is received, it is determined that the user dislikes the multimedia data corresponding to the multimedia data identifier; and if a third user operation instruction aiming at any multimedia data identification is received, determining that the user likes the multimedia data corresponding to the multimedia data. For another example, the mobile terminal counts the playing times of the multimedia data, and if the playing times of the multimedia data is greater than the preset playing times, it is determined that the user likes the multimedia data; otherwise, it is determined that the user dislikes the multimedia data.
The second user operation instruction is used for indicating that the multimedia data corresponding to the multimedia data identifier is the multimedia data which is disliked by the user, and the third user operation instruction is used for indicating that the multimedia data corresponding to the multimedia data identifier is the multimedia data which is liked by the user. And the operation forms of the second user operation instruction and the third user operation instruction may be the same as the form of the first user operation.
The preset number of plays may be determined in advance by the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to save storage space, when determining whether the user likes the multimedia data, the mobile terminal may store not the multimedia data that the user likes or dislikes, but store the multimedia data identifier of the multimedia data that the user dislikes into the first multimedia list, and store the multimedia data identifier of the multimedia data that the user likes into the second multimedia list.
The first multimedia list corresponds to a user mode where the mobile terminal is currently located and is used for storing multimedia data identifications of multimedia data which are disliked by the current user, and the second multimedia list corresponds to the user mode where the mobile terminal is currently located and is used for storing multimedia data identifications of multimedia data which are liked by the current user.
For example, the mobile terminal displays a multimedia data menu as shown in fig. 4. And when the mobile terminal receives a second user operation instruction according to the annoying button of the song 2, determining that the song 2 is a song that is disliked by the user, and storing the song 2 into the first multimedia list. And when the mobile terminal receives a third user operation instruction according to the favorite button of the song 3, determining that the song 3 is a favorite song of the user, and storing the song 3 into the second multimedia list.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to further improve the accuracy of providing the multimedia service, the mobile terminal may recommend the multimedia data, which is pre-stored and liked by the user, to the user.
The mobile terminal can acquire the favorite multimedia data of the user from the storage position corresponding to the user mode according to the current user mode and provide the favorite multimedia data to the user, or acquire a second multimedia list corresponding to the user and provide the second multimedia list to the user, so that the favorite multimedia data of the user can be recommended to the user.
The mobile terminal may recommend multimedia data preferred by the user to the user when detecting that the first application is opened, or the mobile terminal may obtain the multimedia data preferred by the user when providing the multimedia data menu to the user, and prioritize the multimedia data provided by the multimedia data menu according to the multimedia data preferred by the user, for example, if the multimedia data preferred by the user exists in the multimedia data menu, the multimedia data is preferentially provided to the user in a manner of ranking the multimedia data ahead and the like.
Of course, the mobile terminal may also obtain the multimedia data that the user does not like when providing the multimedia data menu to the user in the foregoing description, and filter the multimedia data provided by the multimedia data menu according to the multimedia data that the user does not like, for example, if the multimedia data menu includes the multimedia data that the user does not like, the multimedia data identifier of the multimedia data is deleted from the multimedia data menu, so that the multimedia data is not provided to the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, firstly, because the user mode can indicate the user characteristics such as the age of the user currently using the mobile terminal, the user mode currently using the mobile terminal can be determined to be a child mode, an old mode or a common mode, the multimedia data corresponding to the user mode currently using the mobile terminal can be acquired, the acquired multimedia data is the multimedia data liked by the user currently using the mobile terminal, the multimedia service can be quickly and accurately provided for the user according to the acquired multimedia data, and the purpose of providing personalized multimedia data for different users is realized.
Secondly, the multimedia data can be classified in advance according to the user mode, so that the multimedia data corresponding to the user mode can be accurately acquired, or the multimedia data can be searched and acquired according to the keyword corresponding to the user mode, the accuracy of acquiring the multimedia data is improved, and the accuracy of providing the multimedia service is improved.
In addition, whether the multimedia data liked by the user is determined and stored according to the time length of the user playing the multimedia data in the process of playing the multimedia data, so that the multimedia data liked by the user can be recommended to the user, and when the multimedia data is acquired later, the multimedia data provided by the multimedia data menu can be filtered or preferably sequenced according to the multimedia data liked or disliked by the user, so that the accuracy of providing the multimedia service is further improved.
